@Missgoldilocks nothing for me yet m'dear. CD23 so going by the fact I don't think I've ovulated I'm kinda hoping AF arrives by this time next week. Still awaiting DH's 'kit' to arrive in the post LOL

@Missgoldilocks I'm really not sure, with this spotting it could be any day now

@anny27 gearing up for fertile week then!! Well, I'm a bit down 😪 I can feel my period getting ready to come sooo🤷‍♀️. We are off to Amsterdam next weekend and then the week after that we get to take our new kitten home I just really can't wait to get our little simba lol. Still waiting on sperm results so hopefully we hear something soon! X

@Anny27 we aren't that far behind you now.
I'm still spotting, 3rd day today, its heavier today though so think AF will arrive later today or tomorrow.
@Missgoldilocks I went to Amsterdam last year, got lost countless times because all the streets look the same LOL

@Gems7 hahaha I do love Amsterdam it's a lovely little break away. At least I can party and not worry!! Not bleeding yet but stuck on the sofa with pain so it'll be here, this is the hardest part, then we can get excited during fw! Xx

@Anny27 not until beginning of April but yeah they've taken some bloods so they probs know I'm not ovulating etc

@Annny27 no 😞 12/13DPO today, been spotting every day since 9/10DPO 🤷🏻‍♀️
What's going on..
spotting for 4 days... why? 😒
When I had the implant in my periods were like
Clockwork, I never had spotting either, ever.
Even the first 6-7 months of TTC I didn't.. but the last 2 cycles I have had it.. only 2 days prior to AF last cycle which I believe is normal but today is day 4 so far. I have really bad power back ache currently so maybe AF will show by the end of today, I hope so really so I can just get on with things. Sorry for the rant I'm just confused I guess.

@Gems7 Ahhh I hope you have some answers soon. If af does show maybe you should talk to your doc about low progesterone. Someone just started taking isoflavones and it make their ovulation earlier as their luteal. Phase was too short I don't. Know if that could. Help with spotting?
I have blood up by my cervix but it isn't coming down yet x

@Missgoldilocks thanks huni, yeah I defo think it's time to go back and pester my gp. I'm going to call them next week. I read about isoflavones, but to be honest people recommend so many different things it's really hard to know what to do or what will work for you isn't it.
My spotting is more red now rather than pink and more of it but still not what I would call full flow yet. Can't be long now though. I think I'll try one more cycle of tracking ovulation and symptoms in my diary then stop doing all that for a while, less stress and all that and see if that makes a difference. Looking for holidays right now so I'm not too down about it really 😊 xx

@Gems7 glad you aren't down about it xx don't think I couldn't stop tracking though lool I think the worst thing about it all is getting af...
I've got brown spotting now and I feel so sick I just had a nap. It's only the last couple of cycles I've felt really sick first day of period it's awful xx
Holidays always make things better :)

@Missgoldilocks it's strange isn't it how we experience different things as the cycles go on.. you with the nausea me with the spotting. Every month is different but you just have to carry on don't you. No matter how disappointed you may feel just pick yourself up and keep going. I think we are all made of tough stuff on here 😊 so glad I have all you girls to talk to xx

@Gems7 yep I have spotting the day before AF, sometimes 2 days before which I think is normal but anything more can be a progesterone issue I think

@laur89 hope your little bean is doing well. Will you have an early scan?

@anny27 thanks xx it's crap. Can't wait for sperm results next week! Then go onto have a look at me... I might bring up possible endometriosis because I don't know whether having so much pain in my ovaries is normal during af and when I go toilet. I don't remember it always being like this! Onto "official" month 8 but it'll be a year in April that I've been off contraception!! How are you doing? Near fw?

I am cd6 now so AF ended yesterday so probably a week away from fertile week - my cycles are a bit mucked up after miscarriage so I just go with the flow haha!

I have been off contraception since end of May so I guess 10 months for me! Yep maybe ask the doctor about endometriosis, I get period pain but only really cramping that can be helped with ibuprofen so not severe

Yes CD1 today for me. Woke at 5am with the worst AF cramps ever 🥺
I think I may have a possible progesterone issue, that's what my gut is telling me anyway although I know you can still have babies with low progesterone, just need OH to have his sperm test then I can go back to my GP 😊 onto cycle 9 now. I have seen a natural progesterone cream you can buy. So I'm going to order some and use it this cycle to see if it makes a difference. And eat lots of broccoli LOL (aswell as the walnuts, I have a big bag of them in my handbag and munch on a few each day 😃) what are we like eh haha

Ahh sorry girls af is there for you! @Annny27 yeah you're coming up to a good part now with the fertile window :) will you use opks this month? I don't think I will have an early scan, I've got my booking appointment when I'm 10 weeks then just gonna wait for my 12 week scan! Feels so long away 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️
@Gems7 make sure your oh is having walnuts for his sperm, that's what the doc told me, I don't think it benefits us ladies so much?

@Laur89 oh bloody hell are you joking me.. I thought we were supposed to be eating them! You're telling me I've been munching them since Friday for nothing.. they're vile! 🤮😂😂😂

Ahahahahaha @Gems7 the things we do 🤣🤣🤣 I was drinking grapefruit juice to help cervical mucus and it was disgusting
