TTC September 2019 Train

Hi all

I don't know if TTC trains are done on Mumsnet or not but I've had a bit of a search and I can't see any like this, so thought I'd start one. Hope it's not a duplication of any other threads.

If you have never been on a TTC train before, it's basically a place for us to share our TTC journey and look forward to our test days together.

Comment below with your test date and I will add you to the train. You can still join the train if you aren't sure if your test date too.

Hello I hope it's not too late to join.

I'm 31 and ttc #1 after a long break from TTC as it was driving me nuts.
I'm on cycle 1 and testing on the 29th! Haven't even ov'd just yet, so despite my best attempts to remain a vision of calmness and serenity I can see where this going already!

I did a couple more tests this morning and the pink lines are barely there. You have to squint to see them. So after yesterday's very obvious BFP, I'm not hopeful that this little one will stick.

Oh @pottypotamus that’s rough. Did you use the same type of tests as different brands will differ in intensity? I really hope it is okay for you.

I’m currently 10DPO. I tested two days ago when I was 8DPO and got a positive on the IC and the Clearblue early detection stick (even though technically it should have been too early to detect anything). I tested again the following morning, using both models. While the lines were still there, they were fainter. I then tested with an IC yesterday afternoon and the line was considerably darker – very visible. I write this to say don’t give up hope. I was very worried yesterday morning when the lines were less visible. But yesterday afternoon confirmed for me that my egg has been fertilised. My worry now is whether it implanted. My fiancé and I don’t want to ‘celebrate’ until my period is late – then we’ll know that all is OK at this time. That means we have to wait until next Thursday. It’s so difficult, I want to cry. But I’m remaining hopeful and trusting. That’s all we can do at this time – and look after ourselves, too, of course.

@MountAbora I used 2 tests this morning. 1 was a clear and simple one, same as yesterday and the other was an Asda cheap one. Trying to be strong and think what's meant to be will be, but also just feel like crying.

So I have had light pink/brown spotting on and off since 8dpo. I am now 12 dpo and feel light i have period pain and have had red blood. So looks like I have got AF a bit early and I am out for this month! 👎

Lets hope I dont have another 104 day cycle this time 😫

@pottypotamus good luck to you :-) I just rushed to get another test& again it's a negative ... trying to hold onto hope, I feel sick today but not sure if it's anxiety .. why can't I just wait instead of driving myself mad haha!!! Xxx

I just caved and tested just now after drinking a lot of water an hour before. I have a squinter but I'll update with fmu tomorrow

@Nicecupofcoco absolutely no idea, I don't track ovulation and don't get any symptoms. Not even any noticeable ewcm but I'm on CD29 and have been feeling different. Woke up with stomach pains last night, moments of nausea and dizziness, and reallllyy tired

Will test again tomorrow am

I did another Asda cheapie this morning and it seems a little darker than yesterday. I've also got quite a dull ache in my lower left pelvic region which is pretty much constant. And this evening have a slight shortness of breath. I think I might be looking for something to be wrong though

I wouldn't lose all hope just yet @LisaxMarie. I've also had a BFN this morning, but I'm making myself remember that with DS I took tests on the day my period was due and two days later- both were negative and then when I tested another 2 days later (so 5 days late) I got a positive. So unless period shows up... keep on waiting and testing! X

Congratulations @rosina. Do we have anyone else testing this morning? Af not due until either the 21st or 24th for me so still a waiting game, going to try and hold off until the 21st before I test
