TTC 1 year, no positive- Need help

I'm 36 and had a MC September 2018 after about 8weeks. It was natural. Had very irregular cycles ever since and had been TTC WITH no positive since the MC. Sex drive is at zero although I get turned on after much for play. Been to the clinic and done scans with no reasonable result to not be pregnant. I Need help please. Anyone with similar experience or advice? This weighs me down alot.
