Afternoon,

I need your help! Was dtd this morning and when we were finished my dp said you’ve started your period! I went to the toilet upset and there was a brown pinky blood coming out.. af due Friday and 9dpo so it can’t be my af early as it’s since stopped?

So confused 🤷‍♀️

@Sunflower2019 do you think it could be implantation x

@Sunflower2019 just wait and see what happens - hopefully implantation if full AF doesn't come. I did have one very early period a few months ago, hoped it was implantation but think it was the stress of ttc :( Fingers crossed for you!

It’s very light.. just when I wipe! Brown.. no cramps or anything though.. I will test tomorrow morning if it hasn’t progressed onto af! How very strange as periods are always so regular! Xx

@Sunflower2019 If that's not normal start of Af for you then i would def hope it's implantation. 9 dpo is about right for that i think! Don't be disappointed if you don't get a bfp though as it still might be early. xxx

@Sunflower2019 sounds promising, fingers crossed! Although I wouldn't be too hopeful of a BFP tomorrow if you do test, it's still quite early and HCG doesn't start to be produced until after implantation so maybe wait a couple days to give it time to increase.

Based on the last couple of cycles I would usually have started spotting by now which hasn't happened, AF due on Thursday, although Friday/Sat would be 14 DPO so I'm trying not to test until Wednesday. I'm either pregnant or my body is starting to get back to normal cycles instead of spotting at 9 DPO so I'm happy :)

@mumofbun we sound like we’re in the same boat. Same stabbing pains 8dpo and sue AF on Sunday. Are the stabbing pains normal for you? I don’t think I have noticed them like this before.

@Sunflower2019 I've read before that brown blood is older blood so it does sound promising! Have you had any cramps at all to go with it?

@Sunflower2019 I'm doing well thank you, other then having a really annoying cold! I got a 3 week plus on a clear blue digital today so I clock myself at about 5 weeks. Symptom wise my boobs are on and off soar, I'm really not excited about my usual foods/drinks and I've had some light nausea. I've read things start kicking off at around 6 weeks so I may tell a different story then 🙈

Well af was due today going off the last few months and no sign if it doesn't come tomorrow I might allow myself to be a little excited ! Rather than terrified like I feel now want this next 24 hours to go quickly x

@Sunflower2019 I had an implantation bleed with my 1st that I only noticed when dtd so sounding v positive for you!

I’m 1dpo and I know I don’t have the willpower not to test when I get to 8dpo even though I feel we haven’t dtd enough this month!

@Rose87777 oh really? That’s useful info as couldn’t work out why it was only when I dtd!!! I’m gonna test tomorrow but I know it maybe too early...

@Sunflower2019 no because af usually comes straight after or with my FMU so couldn't hack the double disappointment if I do a test just before. If it doesn't come tomorrow I will get a first response on my way home and do it wed morn.
I had some light cramping since Friday usually af cramps only start the night before I have dark veins half way round each nipple and huge green veins from boobs right up my chest that I have never noticed or had in my life before ! Here's hoping ! X

Oh thanks @november90 me too I stupidly did a due date calculator yesterday and if I fall pregnant this month my due date would be my husbands birthday so I had a little cry!
I just think if feels too good to be true but we will no more tomorrow x

@SGholly no I don't think I've had the pains before - they were really sharp and sudden, sore enough for me to stop what I was doing and go "oh" out loud so that's why my husband noticed too. Only lasted less than a minute so probably nothing! Boobs still really sorry today and my stomach a bit funny but I ate crap all weekend and I looked back on Flo and sometimes I do have tender boobs at this point in my cycle so who knows!

@mumofbun Iv had sharp pains on and off all day, nothing to take my breath away but enough to notice. My boobs are always sensitive this time of the month but pains in my lower right abdomen is unusual. Knowing my luck it’s wind 😩🤦🏽‍♀️

I get so bloody impatient and feel like it consumes me, I will start testing in the next few days, using ic just to keep up with my poas obsession

I have barely any symptoms, I had a sore lower back for a few days, and heavy tum but nothing now.
