Hey all,

So managed to dtd last night.. not that I’m in my fertile period, will be in a couple of days though so 🤞

This month I’m feeling different not so obsessed... I’ve not even done an opk which is odd for me as would of started by now in case I ovulate earlier but I’m gonna start in a couple of days when I’m in my 5 day fertile time!

I may try the smep but my dp will get weird if I turn down dtd 😂 so we will see!

I’m working till late tonight so maybe we will squeeze some dtd in just for practise! Last month after I ovulated was really weird as had no libido... never had this before..

Anyone testing this week?? My dp has got his semen Test on the 16th and we can’t dtd 48 hours before, apparently I’m due to ovulate the 12th so should be just in time!

@MrsD0147 That's annoying were they cheapies? What CD was the monday? Did you have EWCM or twinges?

Yes I can't wait to not be in work finished at 5.30 tomorrow I will be logging completely out of Mumsnet and not thinking about TTC for a whole 11 days. Going to Portugal for a week on Tuesday I will be logging back in on the 18th and hope to see some BFP's.

Yes @Sophieb15 but i have only ever used internet cheapies and never had two positive before - i guess what will be will be, nothing i can do now but the Monday was CD12 and yes EWCM but no twinges but i don't really get O twinges.

Ah that is fab - enjoy the break and hopefully you will come home to a BFP

@Sunflower2019 sounds like good timing then with your O day and the semen test so fingers crossed! I am actively trying to avoid testing this week atm

@MrsD0147 Prob was the Thursday so because you normally get EWCM before O. Lets hope next week you get a BFP :)

I know i know just had an overwhelming urge today, didn't trust myself to go to a aupermarket for lunch and not buy a test though so ended up in M& S instead on the basis it was as close as the other shops + sells lunc + does not sell tests- I have officially lost the plot haha!!!

@MrsD0147 well done!!! The urge is ridiculous, even when I do fall pregnant I’ll wanna test 😂 Yes and maybe when he has the test I’ll have some good news before hospital results 🤞 Good luck to you!!

Stupid question but IF I have ovulated early this month does that mean that af will also arrive earlier than originally predicted?

@Tamalama AF should arrive 14 days after O day. So yes.

@Tamalama best thing to do if you are unsure what day you Ovulated go by your longest cycle and then if you don't get them take a test 😁🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

My O pain got worst throughout the day loads of pressure so I'd say I will get static tomorrow and O either tomorrow night or sat morning. 😁😁😁

@Sophieb15 yep, always FMU at the same time. I wonder if my cycles are still a little messed up as this is only cycle 3. The first time I used them I had 6 days of flashing, then last cycle was 4 days. We'll keep DTD every two days and go from there. We would usually go again on peak day if it's not one of the days we're going on but I'm not sure when that is. Hope you're doing ok :)

Morning ladies how is everyone? I’ve definitely not spent the last couple of hours googling of colds can be symptoms of early pregnancy since I’ve woke up full of one out of nowhere 🤣- thought I was doing well this month at being chilled but since yesterday that’s long gone lol!!

Finally got my static.... worst timing ever as we're going to visit family this weekend face palm

So I think af is on her way which would make sense if I did ovulate early. I've lower back pain, twinges near ovary and I've woken up feeling grumpy as f*ck! 😕

@MrsD0147 I know how you feel I always say i'm going to be more relaxed but it never happens. That's why holidays are going to be a great distraction

I had another flashing this morning was convinced I would get a static maybe tomorrow morning. x CD 13 today going to DTD tonight tomorrow sun and Monday anyway

@Sophieb15 we managed to get one in this morning. I felt so guilty setting number 1 up with the monitor and a load of toys downstairs whilst we snuck back to bed We'll try and get another one in tomorrow. Fingers crossed for your static tomorrow!

@Tamalama It's still a little early for AF isn't it? I'm sure you got a flashing with me about a week ago, unless you think you ovulated before that?

@Fredthespider LOL poor child Only joking. How old is he/she? my little girl is nearly 4 going on 14 in her head the diva, def wouldn't get away with that with her.

@Tamalama are you not only CD 18 today? Are you sure it's not O pains rather than AF? How long are your cycles normally?

@Sophieb15 I'm CD20 today and I took a ov cheapie test with fmu and just the faintest line. My cycle for when af comes is always between 26-27 days. DH is away now. Didn't dtd Wednesday or yesterday in the end so I guess I'll just see what happens...

If I am ov, which I'm not convinced I am, we dtd cd7, 9, 15 & 16 so it probably won't have been enough anyway 😕
