Is anyone going to be testing at the start of September?

I'm 1DPO today and seeking buddies to wait/symptom spot with.

I'm on cycle 3 of TTC first child.

I am on first cycle of trying to conceive, i had a missed miscarriage in June and wasn't trying but now want to be pregnant more than ever.

I can only compare symptoms to last pregnancy which were my boobs felt like bricks and my nipples were literally stinging and tingly it was madness 🤭 and.... I have the nipple veiny thing again but don't know if I am just imagining it. Not due a period until 2nd sept so far too soon to test.

How are you guys getting on ?

Im trying my best not to symptom spot because I'll convince myself I'm pregnant when I'm probably not! But since yesterday I've had some dull achy pains really low down in my tummy, and felt a little tired but other than that I'm feeling pretty normal. I am dying to do a test, even though I know I'm still way too early to test ha x

I'm feeling really nauseous today, which is normal for me just after ovulation.

I'm going to try and not torture myself with symptom spotting, although it's hard to resist. In June, my first cycle TTC, I thought about it constantly, and ended up with a delayed period which I reckon was psychological. That cycle was about 36 days, and usually I'm 28 days. So weird. It could have been a chemical I suppose, but I'm not sure.

@charlie0692 i know what you mean 😂 I done a test this morning and of course it was negative im only like 3 days past ovulation 😂😂 I will test in a week... i don't have any other symptoms apart from the nips are on fire 🤭 x

@firsttimemum1993 I have ordered some tests online, hopefully they will be here by the weekend. They are only cheap ones so I may test every morning until af arrives 🙈 it's so addictive isn't it ha x

Hi! 😊 I'll be testing 31 August (which will inevitably be inconclusive as likely to be 9 DPO tops) and then on 6 September when AF is actually due. Ideally I'd wait a couple extra days but attending weddings on both of those dates so I'd rather know before drinking. When is your AF due @Bezalelle ?

First cycle TTc here and I think ovulation today or tomorrow! So no DPO yet . Will be testing on the 5th if September if AF doenst show up first !

My AF is due September 3rd. I'm going to try and hold out until then to test, but in reality I'll probably do an FRER on September 1st. I waited until AF was due to test last month, and didn't end up testing because she showed up bang on time!

@Bezalelle AF for me is due 2nd so day before yours. Have you got any symptoms? X

Hi guys, I’ll be testing Friday 30th Aug if AF hasn’t appeared on the 29th. I’m on cycle three trying for my first child. Just about went mad last month with a longer than normal cycle so hoping to just wait patiently this month and only test on first day of missed period.
No symptoms as of yet and if I’m honest, despite how positive I try to stay, I just have a sinking feeling that we’ve not done it this month.

@Positivity2019 its so frustrating waiting i feel like ive turned in to a crazy person 😂

We said we would just be casual about TTC yet here I am googling every single symptom, you would think I should no better considering I am a nurse but hey 💁🏽‍♀️

@firsttimemum1993 I'm in a similar job and am the same ! Re-learning all my biology and googling things I know the answer to my symptoms spotting but hoping there some anecdotal evidence that I'm wrong lol facepalm

@firsttimemum1993 I am absolutely the same. When we started I was telling my partner it would be fine, we are just DTD without contraception...wrong...google is my new best friend too!!! It’s an emotional rollercoaster that’s for sure.
I have an Ava bracelet that I use to track. I think it is still trying to figure out my body signals so I bought a pack of clear blue OPK to use for my next cycle. I decided it might be useful to see how accurate the Ava is, although so far it seems quite good.

I'm the same! Every single day until AF I'm googling "early symptoms, 3dpo" etc.!

I'm feeling a bit nauseous today but it's probably just a surge of hormones after ovulation. CM has gone creamy today after EWCM for several days before.

(... and I never thought I'd be discussing my cervical mucus with people online! )

@Positivity2019 Would you recommend the Ava? I love the idea of it particularly that it removes temping, if we don't get a BFP this month I think I'm going to order one! Did it take long to arrive?

@MrsMeow2019 what are we like 🤭 I only have the stinging nips its actually pretty sore but no other symptoms but my last MMC pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms apart from the stingy nips 🙋🏾‍♀️ xx

@Positivity2019 I had to just google the AVA bracelet im clueless and learning all the TTC business, only thing I do know is the sex part 🤭💁🏽‍♀️

i have never used the ovulation sticks before as I was not really taken with the reviews on here, did u find them helpful? And when did you use them on the day you think your ovulating or days leading up? Sorry I sound so silly but google is my only way of knowing the TTC process x

@firsttimemum1993 Sorry to hear about your MMC, fingers crossed for you this month and for a sticky one!

It's quite scary isn't it, there's all the stress of TTC and then once you get a BFP all the worry and risk of it not working out, and I can only imagine you feel that way through the entire pregnancy.

I'm going to jump on if that's okay, 3rd cycle ttc, ov predicted for 2 days time, using clear blue ovulation sticks this time to see if they're any good. AF due 7th September!

Only managed once this month in fertile window so not holding out any hope. Due 28/29 aug. Trying not to test unti late...

Sore breasts so trying to ignore the voice telling me I am pregnant as no other symptoms so very unlikely...

AF due 2nd sept and I've been symptom spotting 😂 ridiculous so need something to keep me sane. Currently 5dpo 🤞🤷🏼‍♀️

AF is due around the 5th or 6th for me. I'm not expecting anything this month as have only dtd twice (Monday and yesterday) and ovulation is today or tomorrow, but will keep an eye out anyway. Annoyingly DH is away this weekend so can't have another crack tonight!

I don't think there's a ttc thread that I haven't babbled in. Only signed up to net mums today and already stalking! It's my 4th cycle ttc baby no.1. AF is due to arrive in 9 days. I'm a symptom spotter addict and this month have tried to be more reasonable however, it's hard not too. We've dtd more times than ever this month and have also been using preseed so fingers crossed this is the one. I've been getting headaches and feeling super dizzy which is unlike me. But again... I've worked a couple of night shifts so could just be that...
