TTC first baby

Hi,
I'm on cycle 5 of TTC with first child. I used clear blue advanced ovulation test for the first time last month and have purchased another one to use this month also. I'm on day 7 of this cycle and am planning on starting ovulation testing on day 12 as I ovulated on day 17 last month. I have a pretty regular 27 day cycle (no longer than 29 days).
I know it's still early days but I feel like it's never going to happen. I can't imagine actually getting a positive result. Is anyone else in a similar position and want to be on this journey with me?

@littlelisa34 no don't be silly!! I'm then happy about the TMI 😂 I've had so much milky CM the last day or two, I've almost put a pad on! The days after ov it was very thick.

@tryingforbabyone hopefully you'll be able to have some fun today even though your not drinking and lose the baby brain for a few hours at least 😁

@May2311 yeah I'm definitely waiting until I'm at least a couple of days late for AF due on 16th/17th just hoping she doesn't show up this month.. Hopefully yours will go really quick and you'll get a BFP 😁

Hi..quick question re my grown son and his partner. Date of conception 29 july 18 not sure lmp can you work out when baby would have been due latest?..even with overdue as I believe they wont let you go much over 2 weeks.

Not positive this month but first month using clear blue opk and like them! Got peak on Wednesday but flow but ovulation as Friday
Dtd fri and sat as hubby works away hence why I think it's not happened yet x

@littlelisa34 I'm 13 dpo today had my BFP 9dpo 2 days late today keep expecting AF to arrive!! 😊🙈 trying to keep positive as it's very early x

@tryingforbabyone good I'm glad you enjoyed yourself and had a good time, I'm due on around 16/17th so going to wait until around the 20th if I make it that far but last night and today has some AF like cramps so don't actually think I will make it that far. How are you doing anything new?? When are you thinking of testing?? X

@Ginfizz90 I've read that a lot women expecting to go to the loo and AF to be there after there BFP but I'm sure it will be a wonderful happy and healthy 9 moths for you Hun. I've had some AF like cramps for couple of days now so I'm not feeling like it's worked this month ☹️x

@mrssunshinexxx clearblue are really good I think when you get your first peak day you usually ovulate within 24-36 hours must be hard when your partner works away but you may have caught ovulation this time you never know. I use Flo and its usually off so I started using glow instead.

@littlelisa34 still very much the same really. Feel like I have a little sore lower back and little cramps and tingly nipples now and then but I think I'm imagining it tbh. I think I'm going to test on the 20th/21st if I make it that far.

@tryingforbabyone I will keep my fingers crossed for you that you make it that far.. I have a free day on the 21st so that's when I'm thinking I'm gonna go buy a test because I'm definitely not buying one before that. Your symptoms sound good Hun, my boobs don't feel any different at all got a sharp shooting pain in one couple of days ago but that's all.. do you usually get cramps this early before your AF??

@littlelisa34 no not this early normally the day my AF starts but they are only very slight!

wanting to ttc , I've been terrible in supermarkets and shopping malls when I've seen babies I never used to be like this

No long off my pill, stopped 1st August just waiting on my cycle getting back to normal.

How's everyone feeling today? Any updates?

Hey can I jump on at all? So I came off my pill 25th June, had period a month later (no luck first month) now 6dpo after tracking. For the past 3 days I've been feeling sick in the mornings but not actually being sick and today I've got cramps in my belly. I'm hoping it's a good sign.

@tryingforbabyone no updates other than I'm really thirsty but sure it's all in my head it's far too soon and I don't think I caught this month but I am really positive about next month now I've started using cb opks

@mrssunshinexxx I'm now 7dpo and have got lower back pain, dull cramps (which I don't usually get) and a tender left breast which is strange. I also had tingling breasts yesterday but I'm not sure if it's all in my head! We will see soon I guess!

Hi ladies.. well went to bed last night with indigestion and couldn't sleep at all was awake until well after 2am 😩 had some cramping earlier on but nothing now and when I went to bed last night my nipples seemed really dark but then this morning back to normal which I find very strange.. can't wait to find out one way or another.
@tryingforbabyone your symptoms sound promising heard pain in one boob is quite common before a BFP although I don't want to get your hopes up too much!

@mrssunshinexxx hopefully you won't need your new opks 😁
