Thanks so much @PixieN 🥰 They won't let us transfer 2 on day 5, so it'll just be the one going in I think (unless they don't look so good by tomorrow I guess 🤔). It's very reassuring that you carried on as normal afterwards 😊 I've taken Monday off to have acupuncture and decompress, but then it's back to work after that 💪

@BambiOnIce80 crossing everything for your embies! Hope tomorrow's call will be positive! And there are some embies to freeze! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I hope so @PixieN 🤞. Good luck with your scan. Wow though 20 weeks. Time goes very fast... it really is frightening.

Yes I am going to have to @BambiOnIce80 I just get so frustrated trying to get through to them and then having to re explain myself constantly. It works me up so much it puts me off all together.

As for the honeymoon, I've booked 3 weeks off work in September/october as I've ran out of leave this year (april-april holidays). Going to go to Japan. I've always wanted to go, so a honeymoon/40th celebration... I'm doing it! Although a bit of me want to hold off booking every month, just in case...

I know it's horrible @Carley321 😔 Could you have a short pre-written script/summary that's concise and to the point to stick to whenever you ring up? I kind of do that mentally whenever I have to ring up the NHS and it seems to make things go more smoothly.x

I'm soooooo jealous @CNizzle!! 😍 Japan is definitely on my to-do list! 🇯🇵 I also feel you on the lack of annual leave - I'm in the same boat 😏 If/when we get a BFN on OTD my "glass half full" way of dealing with it is going to be to book a wine resort and spa in Umbria for my 40th 🍾🥂🥳 We stumbled across it the last time we were in Italy and it'd be perfect if this cycle doesn't work out... Not as exciting as Japan, but it'll do! 😉

So. Yesterday we had a single 4AA quality embie put back in and now, we wait 🕒 OTD is next Tuesday, so not a full TWW at least! Got acupuncture this morning and then going to go for a bit of a walk through the toon to distract myself 😊 Then back to work (and reality!) tomorrow 😏

I have no idea about ivf related tings but that sounds like a good embryo?
Oh next Thursday will be here in no time 🤞. I’m sure work will be crap but maybe a welcome distraction. Hope You managed some rest and your walk was nice and refreshing.

Haven’t tried something like that, although my doctor has said that reflexology may help 🤔. Maybe I’ll look into it after my lap. I’m struggling to look past that at the moment.

@BambiOnIce80 thanks for asking. Nothing goes according to the plan and my cycle was abandoned this month due to slow growth of follicles. I'm doing natural cycle for DE FET. Follicles produce natural progesterone etc and when there's no dominant follicle just before OV, doc cancelled the cycle. It looks like my body in slow recovery after MC in November. And she didn't want to waste a top grade PGS tested embryo and risk another MC. And it feels like I've only just OV, cd19 or so. Now waiting for AF and will have semi-medicated cycle next month.

Well... my wait is over! I started my cycle today!😆 There's reasons I'm excited. First, we can start a new month with more info then the previous month. I also found that the two apps I use for the OPKs ( my first time) are very accurate with only a 1 day difference. That's great because it makes tracking so much easier.

I hope everyone is moving forward in their journey 😍

I think it depends on your cycle @Gupster I start around CD8-10. I’m very irregular though. Which ones do you have?

I am going to try the clear blue one, since having my coil removed my cycle seems to be 23 days, so I think I should start around cd6?

I knew you'd have a thorough plan in place @Russkispy! 😍 You'd be proud of me too - I'm 9dp5dt and I still haven't done a home test yet (but I will tomorrow!).x

I do indeed have acupuncture @Carley321 and I find it pretty relaxing (it's supposed to help support IVF too, but who knows! 🤷‍♀️). Do I remember correctly that you're needle phobic though?! 📍🚫 I do know needle-phobes who have found it really relaxing once they've got themselves in there, but trying reflexology and/or fertility massage could also help you out? Have a little Google and see what you think 🤔 If you want to give the acupuncture a go, I'll send you the link that I used to find a registered acupuncturist nearby (we don't want just any random sticking pins in you! 😉).x

Thanks for thinking of me @Pinkywoo @Carley321 @Swife 🥰 I got my serum beta-hCG result at 12.30pm and it's taken until now for me to come down off the ceiling... it was 135IU and they say anything over 50IU is a BFP, so apparently I'm pregnant! 🤯😮🤯😮 I was absolutely convinced that AF was on her way yesterday and this morning, so I think I'm still in a bit of shock 🤯

First thing I'm going to do tomorrow morning is POAS. I have a score to settle with those HPT's after all those f🤬king BFN's!! 😈

Hello @BambiOnIce80. I have dabbled with the idea of it or reflexology. I think I’m in a bit of a.... what’s the point bugger all will work kind of place at the moment. There armed just so many recommendations I feel like I don’t know where to start. I’m also a few days from af and also sure she’s on her way. Going by the huge spot I get a week before every period I’ve had over the last year along with the odd dull aches and mild niggles that don’t let you forget she’ll be rearing soon. 🙄. Sorry out of my pout now lol.

Of Positive news myself. Yea CD 6 sounds good. At least you know you won’t miss it. I’m beginning to recognise the signs and symptoms but have no real way of knowing if I’m actually ovulating.

I have taken your advice @Russkispy and pee'd on many, many sticks this morning! 😂 Literally everything I had lurking at the back of my cupboards! 🤣

I'm delighted to oblige @Pinkywoo! 😘 At the top we have an IC OPK to demonstrate that they do indeed cross-react with hCG (🤓). In the middle we have a clearblue with a sensitivity of 25IU that expired in 2013 (yes ladies, that's how long I've been unsuccessfully TTC! 🤯), and finally we have my last IC one-step hCG test with a sensitivity of 10IU... HPT score = settled 😉😁

My lovely @Carley321 , I'm so sorry that you're understandably fed up with all this TTC b🤬llocks at the moment 😔 I thoroughly understand and have been there many, many times myself. All I can say is that I think the point to all these extra little things that we do help us feel like we're doing something in a process that we have bugger all control over (and it can be nice and relaxing, so get yourself some reflexology booked! 😉).x

Oh, and the serum beta-hCG is the blood test for pregnancy 🧪 It looks for the same protein that the HPT's do, just in the blood and is more accurate early on (because the excess from the blood is secreted in the urine 🤓) 👍
