Any one else in the two week wait I'm 8DPO

Me three. BFN this morning for me too feeling crappy today aswell. Keep telling myself that there's chance yet, I'm still only 10DPO and have some symptoms, cramps, constipation, bloating, fatigue, and earlier today I broke down in tears on my partner for the most ridiculous reason and that's not like me at all. (Poor bloke!) my mood has been up and down for days. Probably AF getting ready to greet me next week!

Can I join you all? TTC #2 but haven't had a period so no clear indication if I'm ovulating or not at the moment. I've been using cheapy OPKs since the end of May and finally got a positive last Thursday so am considering myself as being in the TWW. I had some cramps late on Thursday and yesterday and have been spotting today so I'm crossing my fingers it's implantation related but wouldn't be massively surprised if it turned into AF.

I'm technically still in but I'm pretty sure I'm out. My period is due today but hasn't arrived yet, however, I did a test this morning which looks very negative!

Can I join? For some reason I was convinced it would work this month. My cycles are getting shorter (24/25 days after 25 years of 28 day cycles) and I'm scared I'm peri-menopausal at age 37. I know I have a low egg reserve but I'm desperate to conceive DC2 before it's too late. DC1 took us 2.5 years and we've been vaguely trying for 18 months. Had an MMC at 8 weeks in October.

Due next Thursday but been having hot flushed and period pain today. Felt exactly like I was coming on.but I haven't. So guess there is hope there yet 😭

AF is due a week on Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday. Still DTD as don't know if I've ovulated or not. Been TTC a year now, had a MC in December. Already have a DD and got pregnant the first month with her... Realising more each month how much of a miracle that was!

Not tracking anything anymore just writing AF dates on a bit of paper and DTD every second day.

@mamansnet - I am also 37, mine have gone from 28 to 26 over the years so you aren't alone!

Been camping with no signal but I got BFN this morning too 10 dpo but I have symptoms but don't feel pregnant if that makes sense 🙄😒

@Naomi9313 I know exactly what you mean! I feel the same. I don't feel like I normally do I feel "different" like I'm pregnant one minute but then I feel like I'm not. Having so many strange twinges and feelings "down there" it's confusing! Im not testing again though it's deflating, AF is due end of this week going to try my hardest to wait it out and see what happens! Fingers crossed for us both xx

Hello everyone, I'm also joining the TWW. Approx 5DPO, CD 18. Not feeling confident at all. This will be my 6th cycle trying. TTC #2 at the grand age of 40.

Pretty sure I'm out as the bleeding got heavier today. I might test in a few days if it doesn't last too long but even if it is AF at least it suggests things are getting back to normal. Onto the next month and I have my fingers crossed for some BFP for you all :)

@Gems7, the trouble is I seem to get 'symptoms' every month.
I always have sore breast during the week leading up to AF and a weird pulling, cramping sensation after ovulation.
I have those again now, but I decided not to get my hopes up, because it has been like that every single cycle and AF always turns up on time.
I don't know whether my mind is playing tricks or I do conceive but the egg fails to implant, I'm really not sure. I try to ignore those symptoms now.

Can I join please? I’m now in the 3 week wait. Period was due on Thursday 18th, tested on Saturday 20th - BFN. Still no sign of AF. Waiting til Thurs to test again as I will then be 1 week late. Periods usually arrive like clockwork - 27-29 days.

So weird as last week really felt like I was gearing up for AF - usual PMS symptoms, absolutely starving and water retention around my tummy. Both symptoms have gone but no AF! I feel like my body is conspiring against me.

I'm new to Mumsnet, also in the 2WW, period due Monday. Someone please tell me what AF and BFN stands for?! Have managed to work the others out!

Can I also join in? TTC #2, currently in the TWW for cycle 4, AF due tomorrow. Managed to not test yet, but not feeling hopeful as I didn’t seem to get a positive OPK this month 😕

@Absa AF is Aunt Flo, ie your period and BFN is big fat negative pregnancy test

Ahhh great, thanks! Wouldn't have ever for the AF one... work as a nurse and my head can't get away from medical terminology! Haha!

@Zigzag11 I think ignoring the symptoms may be a good idea, because I'm driving myself crazy with it. It's hard though isn't it when you want something badly. I've just turned 35 so worried that it won't be as easy as when I had my son in my early 20's

AF is due Thursday for me, had a strange pain in my right hand side all night last night which I couldn't explain and I'm still feeling like I have a uti despite a negative test at the Gp a week last Friday so I have dropped another sample off this morning! Feel so tired aswell, only been up 2 hours, currently sat in the car park at work willing myself to get on with it and go in!

Is testing at 10 dpo too early? The wait is killing me! I think I’m gonna get BFN as my acne alone is making me think AF will definitely come

Tested this morning on a one step cheapie and got the faintest line.. however I have that not burning but THAT feeling just before af arrives.. so confused just want to know now.. holiding our till Friday to test if AF hasn't appeared first. Fingers crossed for everyone x

@Naomi9313 I think I'm due same day as you. Still playing the waiting game, but expecting AF to arrive - popped supplies into my handbag this morning. Trying to remain positive but fully expecting to be catching the August bus this week.
