I'm only 8dpo and I tested in the evening which I know isn't the best time. I thought it was obviously negative but my friend said she could see a line. With some manipulation I can see what she means.

Can anyone else see it?

Sorry both look negative to me.

However 8dpo is very early for testing so wait another few days.

Hmmmbop · 15/07/2019 10:26

Those photos aren't clear enough.

Did you retest this morning?

miniaturelocomotive · 15/07/2019 10:44

I did and I thought it was definitely negative, but my friend thinks she can see a line again. Maybe she's just got line eyes! I realised that yesterday was 9dpo, not 8, so today is 10dpo.

Can you put a ring over the test to help your camera focus as they are quite blurry

miniaturelocomotive · 15/07/2019 12:42

I'll do that next time I take a test. Good suggestion.

Two very negative tests this evening.

(I know I'm testing too regularly but I've got a ridiculous amount of tests so I didn't see the harm).

I think I see a squinted on the one step fingers crossed for you op xxx

miniaturelocomotive · 15/07/2019 21:51

@mummyjojo19 do you mean on the one I just posted, or an earlier photo?

OP posts:
mummyjojo19 · 15/07/2019 21:54

The one you just posted

Michellebops · 15/07/2019 22:37

Try holding off testing for a few dates. Very few people get positives this early.

If you're going to have a positive hcg needs time to build up to show.

Save your tests as I'm sure you're just frustrating yourself as the answer you'd like isn't clearly showing.

miniaturelocomotive · 15/07/2019 23:00

That is the problem though. The not knowing. Me and my partner aren't "trying" but we have been wittingly careless. We both agree that it wouldn't be a catastrophe if it happened. The reason I'm testing early is because of our carelessness and I just have a "feeling", although I had a feeling I was pregnant with my first which was correct but I had the same feeling when I was trying with my second which wasn't.

At this point I would rather just know one way or the other. Which accounts for the constant testing. That and cheap ebay tests.

I think I can see something on the 2nd one you posted. Wait a few days now and try again

miniaturelocomotive · 15/07/2019 23:09

The one step tests seem to give some kind of shadow. I think it's just that.

Michellebops · 16/07/2019 06:29

I understand but testing multiple times the others day isn't going to help or give you a clear answer this early.

Look through the hundreds of line eyes posts using these tests and there is very few with positive answers on the one step tests. They're famous for the shadows and evap lines.

Try put it to the back of your mind for a few days.

miniaturelocomotive · 16/07/2019 07:53

I didn't know that about the one step tests.

You are right. I'm going to try to forget about it and just wait and see if my period arrives.

I always find the IC hard to read! We are trying for our next baby and I'm 9/10 dpo( I suffer from hormone issues which has meant it can be very difficult to conceive) this is my ic test from this morning. What do you guys think?

miniaturelocomotive · 16/07/2019 08:17

I can see a line on that @Melabells. Does it look pink?

OP posts:
Melabells · 16/07/2019 08:22

@miniaturelocomotive yes I would say it's pink just very faint and in the timescale too

miniaturelocomotive · 16/07/2019 09:25

Can you get a FRER? A positive on a FRER is unmistakable.

I know I said I was going to wait until my period is due, but I decided to test this morning. I don't seem to be able to get a photo that isn't blurred, but I can see a line even on the photos.
