So some new symptoms this evening, I’m exhausted like I’ve had to lie down while cooking dinner, I have pain in my lower back and twinges in my lower abdomen and I’ve been starving all day even after eating! This is my first so nothing to compare against! Going spend the weekend outside in the fresh air getting some exercise and avoiding alcohol! Hopefully next week will bring me some good news! 🤞

I am struggling today I feel like everywhere I look people are pregnant

@embaby same I was crushed when af came Last month not sure how long I could cope with it not happening.
I'm considering deleting the app this month and see if that helps but I do love chatting to you all in the same boat it just becomes really addictive x

@mrssunshinexxx I know what u mean about it being addictive. I find I'm on here all the time during TWW because it's all I can think about. I'm fine the first part of the month though x

@Hannah1925 I'm abroad and am just using whatever was available in the pharmacy. Annoyingly I have 25 internet cheapies at home. 😂
