Good morning, i started the discussion back on the june bus but decided to take a break from been so possessive over everything and trying not to think about it. But after a missed miscarriage early this year and been ttc for over a year i think this morning i may have a faint positive. Im so nervous and scared right now. I just dont feel pregnant and tbh i wasnt expecting this. Ive loads going on at the moment and ive been super stressed out.

@Lauralozzle did AF arrive? Hope ur ok.

@DorritoPaws when ru testing? I'm still here waiting too and it's torturous! 🙋🏼‍♀️ totally feel ur pain!

@flossy12 my apps have been like that. The only way to get more of an idea is to use OPKs so ur on the right track for sure!

@mumof1hants Can you see this? Its not as clear in the photos but im sure im not going mad? I really will have to wait it out i think

@mumof1hants I'm only 6 days DPO but as I've a short LP AF is due in 5ish days. Already got cramps - hoping it's implantation, not just because I'd obvs love to see a BFP! but also because I'll be seriously worried coming on so soon after Ovulation.

I ordered some first response tests on Amazon which will arrive today. Verrrry, very tempted to test tomorrow but realistically know it's probably a waste of a test! When are you going to test?

@Lj02 I can see a very faint line alright. When is AF due for you?

@Lj02 is that a first response test? If not I would get one if I were you. Although it's only a few days, I know it'll feel like the longest wait ever!

No its a cheapie, do you think i should wait a couple of days then test again? Im so paranoid i may be going mad or something will happen i dont know what to do 😩

Hey ladies, I'm back from holiday and think I'm also on the way out of contention for this month, feeling moody and got some cramping going on. All the possible pregnancy symptoms seem to have abandoned me and my skin has gone all spotty so I think it's only a matter of time. AF is due at the weekend but my cycles vary so we'll see when she arrives. Congrats to those who've got BFPs and commiserations to those who haven't, TTC is such a lonely rollercoaster of emotions

@DorritoPaws I wouldn't waste a test. I know the wait is horrendous but it really is too early for any hormones to have built up yet. I'm going to test thurs... I should be about 13dpo then and two apps predict that as AF day (another days Saturday!). This is my longest ever cycle though. I'm usually 25-29 days and I'm on cd33 now!

@Lj02 I agree with using a first response in a couple more days. It should be much clearer then!

@ThatSamIAm Welcome back, hope you had a lovely holiday although I know TTC will have been on ur mind. There's still hope. I've had cramps on & off but no AF yet... there's still time x

@mumof1hants I know, it's a waste. I'm very impatient at the best of times to finding it hard . Everything crossed for you. What apps do you use? I've used flo for years, just to predict AF and finding it works quite well for me now. Tried Ovia but the interface was too cluttered to easily work out!

@ThatSamIAm I agree, it can be very lonely at times. I haven't told any of my family or friends as I don't want to feel under pressure or any expectation from them. MIL has had her eye on my womb for a long time now so I'd rather just keep it quiet. I have found solace here though, such a lovely bunch of ladies, who are so supportive of each other.

@Lj02 Agreed, if you can hold out get a first response and wait a couple more days. I order mine online on standard shipping to make myself wait

@DorritoPaws it's soooo hard! And I think every day of the TWW gets harder!! Well I've always used Clue even when on contraception/not TTC but you can't log temps on it to since I started temping I've also used Fertility Friend and Glow. So far FF has been most accurate for me when predicting AF. X

@mumof1hants yes AF arrived in full force yesterday. Hopped onto August bus now.

Argh. Feel crap today, all emotional and hot flushes and cramping, which all suggests AF is on it's not-so-merry way 😔 I really don't understand all the pseudo-symptoms I had after ovulation, they just don't make any sense at all and gave me so much false hope 😢 I'm going to go hop on the end of August bus. Hope a few of you get a last minute positive this month 🤞

So this is my test yesterday and a negative today! Must be just an evap line 😩

@mumof1hants no, it's not technically due til Sunday (so I still have a tiny bit of hope left) but everything feels like it's coming 😢

So been on Ovia today which says pregnancy test due in 6 days which would be the 7th August, however app is saying AF not due until the 11th so I'm confused, however when I look on Flo my AF is predicted on the 7th 😅 which is day before OH birthday 😱

The 7th of August would make me technically 12dpo though so would expect something to show up if it was to be positive? 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I got my BFP today :) so chuffed! Wishing everyone loads of luck for this month! X

@flossy12 with a shorter LP you can't really test accurately until you're due AF. It's the same for me - I'm due AF on Monday 5th according to Flo, but can't test til then as it'll only be 11 days DPO. @mumof1hants congratulations!! I started my discussion with you. I did a frer this morning and i can see the faintest of line there but its not visible on a photo. 🤞🏼
