@mumof1hants I did add symptoms for the first time & probably that's why, I've been feeling AF coming since yesterday but she decided to chill & torture me with the slightest hope.

I had a very nice flat white and a Prosecco @ brunch. I will be having loads more wine tomorrow, a nice Sauvignon blanc that I've been saving.

Can anyone tell me if I don't start counting period until heavier flow do I count the couple of days of spotting when it tails off ....

@mrssunshinexxx I stop counting it my period when red/pink bleeding stops. I usually have about 2/3 of brown/discharge spotting at the end and about 4 days of bleeding before - I only count my period 4 days with about 2 days of spotting after. Not enough for a tampon or pad - a pantyliner covers it.

Start CD one as the heaviest flow!

Thanks @Lauralozzle I only have 2 days of proper flow then maybe 2 or 3 with brown/ discharge I hope I'm not abnormal only bleeding for 2 days ?!

@Lauralozzle how many dpo are u now & when is AF due? I wouldn't completely trust those cheapies anyway. The FRER is a good shout... when ru doing it? I have one sat in my drawer for thurs if I make it that far! My body is trolling me too. Tender boobs today and a weird bubbly/fluttery feeling in my tummy. Probably gas 😂 im getting myself tight at it tho!

@AmIseeingRight ahhh that's why then. It's all so confusing. Definitely enjoy the wine. I have a bbq Monday that indefinitely drinking at! Hopefully it'll be the last time in a while!

@mrssunshinexxx if u enter spitting into an app it doesn't count it as period do id go with that.

Urgh guys so as you no af came today... my sister has just told me she's pregnant. Obviously so happy for her but im just feeling so down about myself now. Pregnancy is a struggle for me due to my pcos and I'm just fed uppppppp!!!! X

@mumof1hants that's what I have been doing previously on flow but it has been calculating it as part of my period ... x

@november90 I am sorry AF came! Mine has just started as well. Keep positive your time will come! I will be making sure I enjoy lots of sangria whilst away now( looking for The positives 🙄) Onwards and upwards till next month😘😘 xx

Oh @november90 it's so hard to hear that though. Does she know your trying and was she. Its normal to still be upset about it.

@mrssunshinexxx oh I see! I guess weirdly all the apps are different. FF and Clue don't count spotting see.

AF has finally arrived this month has prob been the worst PMS I have ever had. Still have really sore boobs too today!!!

On to lucky month 7 for me and the August bus.

I have decided not to do OPKs because I can feel when I ovulate I can literally pin point the hour and it's exactly 12 days ago it was around this time of the day and the OPKs get expensive.

Good luck to everyone who is left on the July bus. I will still be on to hopefully see some BFPs 😘😘😘

@mumof1hants I’m either 11/10dpo depending if I go by app or FF (FF reckons 10 but got LH surge 48 hours before so actually reckon 11dpo).

I’m thinking of using frer if I reach 15dpo. The one step ones are 10miu so would have thought they’d show something if I was. I’m so tired today, just want to curl up and sleep. Not sure if that’s because work this week was horrible, I had horrific stomachache last night, period is coming, laziness - because I’ve not done anything today or something else... I suppose time will tell!

@Sophieb15 oh no, so sorry. I hate how the symptoms get us excited every month. I had a good feeling too. Still onward and upward to August... I'll probably be joining u Ina couple of days. I really don't feel that there have been many bfps on here this month though? It's great u can pinpoint ovulation. Saves a bit of money too. I have no bloody idea usually!

@Lauralozzle you'll be testing around the same time as me then hopefully. Fingers crossed for us both! I've been really tired too but have that heavy feeling now like AF is on the way.... 😒

@Sophieb15 I'm so sorry that at is here! I was really hoping that it was going to be your time from all your symptoms! It's tough because pregnancy symptoms really are just your af symptoms minus the period so it's so hard to not symptom spot.
I am doing the same as you. I'm gonna ditch the ovulation tests as I feel they just really stressed me out this month! Hopefully we will have a lucky August :) (or early September for me with my horrendously long cycles!).

I hope someone can help me because i am losing my mind now.
Been ttc for quite some time now. This cycle I calculated my ovulation date by an app and it was cd14. We DTD on cd13 and cd14. I saw ewcm on cd14. Other than that we couldn’t manage to do it because husband works away and he had to go back to work.
Could we manage to secure it?
Its only been 5 days and i have done like 3 pregnancy tests. Obv all negative I believe its too early to detect.
Please advise

@BismaNoor way too early, even very sensitive FRER test won't show until 10DPO. Try and wait until AF is due. Harder said the done 🙋‍♀️. I've wasted money and been so disappointed at each BFN!

Still waiting & not buying anymore tests even cheap ones.

AF finally arrived, glad thats over with. Wine and caffeine here I come .

Think I’m out people, boobs less sore today (still sore, though) and AF cramps last night/this morning. Temp dropped this morning (still above coverline though) so I think I’m out.

Expecting spotting to start tonight or tomorrow and tomorrow’s temp to have dropped again, possibly below coverline.

Did another IC which was BFN.

Morning ladies, how are we all on this glum, rainy Sunday? Had a few drinks last night 😧 and not feeling the better of it today.

Been trying not to symptom spot but I've noticed that my boobs get really tender and sore each month the day after ovulation and lasting right up to AF. Does anyone else get this? It's irritating that I've got PMS for around 2 weeks but I'm also worried that it could be a sign something's not quite right with my cycle?

Enjoying this month so far! Me and OH got over giddy the other day 🙃 (tmi used the pull out method) but knowing me we will have caught the month I didn't want to 😅😂

Party last night and wedding next week so I'm going to enjoy it while I can

@BismaNoor the advice from @AmIseeingRight is correct. Its too early at the moment. You need to wait until at least 10dpo but lots don't get a positive until 14dpo+ Good luck to u!

@Lauralozzle There's still a chance! I've got no symptoms today but my temp is still going up so taking that as a positive!

@DorritoPaws I have never noticed sore boobs until the last couple of months... I tend to get it a few days before AF though. They don't really hurt, just tingle a bit. I've heard it's due to raised progesterone levels after ovulation though. Nothing to worry about I don't think. How many dpo are you now and when ru testing?

Is there anyone else left in TWW waiting for AF/BFP?
