@VenusStarr that is a definite positive!!! I'm very happy for you.

Avocuddles · 02/08/2019 12:36

Congratulations @VenusStarr that is definitely a positive! Wow so many lovely bfps on this group at the moment. Hopefully the baby dust will spread to us all sooner or later! xx

Mistymeow · 02/08/2019 12:37

@VenusStarr definitely a good pink line there!! Maybe your womb wasn’t so cold after all (what does that even mean...??) Very wise to ditch the thermometer. Just take it easy. And I really wouldn’t return to that reflexologist.
@ReeReeR glad the lines are getting stronger. Hope you’re feeling ok.

VenusStarr · 02/08/2019 12:40

You can all see it?! @Mistymeow @Pop1234 @Avocuddles welling up now.
Thank you all for being so supportive and confirming that I'm not just seeing what I want to see 💜

Dh is more cautious and thinks its a maybe, because I'm so early and I'm not technically due until Tuesday (although ovulated early so I think I was due tomorrow). I'm testing again on Sunday. I hope it doesn't disappear 😥😢

fnej01 · 02/08/2019 13:04

@VenusStarr so very pleased for you - definite positive!!!! 💕

fnej01 · 02/08/2019 13:05

Totally agree with not returning to that reflexologist - not the supportive approach you need

VenusStarr · 02/08/2019 14:32

Thank you @fnej01 😍 I think you're all right, I need to not see her again x

TubbyMcFatfuck · 02/08/2019 14:55

@Squiff70 I’m so sorry, I missed you in my previous post. Congratulations to you! I’m so sorry for you losses. To loose one baby is hard enough so I can’t imagine the pain of losing twins. Zach are Grace are beautiful names ❤️

@Rumi1 I’m so sorry for your losses. After my TFMR, the doctor told me that after my post-partum bleeding was over, there was no physical reason to wait to ttc again if I felt I was ready. As the others have said, they prefer you to have had a period first but that’s purely to make it easier for them to date the new pregnancy. I’m sorry, I have no advice re the rmc appointments

@ReeReeR great news on the darker line! Hope your feeling ok x

@VenusStarr That line is so clear! Amazing news, congratulations!! I didn’t really want to say before in case I was speaking out of turn but since others have said the same.. yeah I’d definitely ditch that reflexologist. She obviously hasn’t a bloody clue! Go back and show her your positive test and ask her for a refund! Cold uterus, pffft!!

Well, I think I joined this thread at the right time ladies, so many BFPs 😃
To those of us still holding out for ours, lots of hugs, baby dust and positivity. It WILL be our turn soon!! XX

Russkispy · 02/08/2019 14:58

@VenusStarr definitely bin that silly reflexologist! Tentative congratulations! And just hoping and 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 for you!

Russkispy · 02/08/2019 15:01

And baby dust to all waiting. It will happen, I'm sure of it! Still early days for me and I still have brown discharge daily. I've made "peace" with it and my Wednesday scan will tell us all 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Squiff70 · 02/08/2019 15:22

Thak you for your kind words @TubbyMcFatfuck

@VenusStarr I didn't want to diss your relexologist but thinking you have a kink in your fallopian tube from examining your feet sounds a little far-fetched! That said, a massive congratulations to you - that's a briliant line for 11 DPO.

For those of you who don't have your BFPs yet, your time WILL come.

ReeReeR · 02/08/2019 15:27

That’s a good line for 11 DPO @VenusStarr 👍 - gentle congratulations to you

Hugs to everyone else

I’m busy with family so haven’t read the thread properly, today, just skimmed though

VenusStarr · 02/08/2019 16:07

Thank you @Squiff70 @Russkispy @TubbyMcFatfuck feeling a bit silly for not questioning what she said Blush think it shows how desperate I've been feeling, willing to believe anything. Glad I have you guys to talk some sense into me! Thank you 💜

Enjoy your family time @ReeReeR xx

InDreamland · 02/08/2019 18:12

@ReeReeR great news on the darker line! So pleased for you! Fx this is a sticky bean and a healthy 40 weeks!

@VenusStarr Yay! Tentative congratulations! That is a very very clear pink line. Unmistakable. Hopefully you also have a H&H 40 weeks!

Hoping to see many of you ladies over on the grads thread in a couple of weeks time when you're feeling ready. Get the wanting to wait for AF due date to pass first, I felt totally the same. Still thinking I'm going to be back here properly soon.......as in next week as expecting bad news at appointment. Mc really ruins any joy.

DH has had his first round of tests for his swimmers for the clinical trial. I don't quite get it but he seems to know what they're testing.

Lilimum7 · 02/08/2019 19:15

Hello ladies cd5 nothing to report.

Congrats to the BFP's.

Sorry for not being active just not in a good place right now.

Lilimum7 · 02/08/2019 19:25

Truely feel despear, will it ever be our turn. Sorry if I'm dragging the tone down ladies. Just feeling like everyone else is moving on but I'm stuck here with no direction or hope. I really need something good to happen. I'm dreading Tuesday and feeling like I don't want to go. If any of you ladies pray could you please keep us in your thoughts, somethings got to give soon or I think I might snap.

InDreamland · 02/08/2019 21:27

@Lilimum7 sending you the biggest of virtual hugs and I promise on Sunday when I go to mass I will light a candle for hope for you and keep you in my prayers. You've been through so much, you are stronger than you think and I believe you deserve your rainbow. You may feel really low at the moment but you will come out of this, there is a light at the end of your tunnel xxx

fnej01 · 02/08/2019 22:55

@Lilimum7 thinking of you, and very much hoping your appointment goes well next week, and you get some answers. Please let us know. You have been so strong for so long. Please take care of yourself. X

Lilimum7 · 03/08/2019 01:47

Thanks ladies just hope I can hold on for a bit longer x

TwittleBee · 03/08/2019 06:25

Hi, I hope it's okay for me to join in here again. Found this group, and another TTC group, to be so supportive last time I was here (in Nov-Jan).

Sorry to see that there's familiar names on here still Flowers and well tbh, sorry to see you all here, new and old.

Finding myself here again after our baby died at 5 days old last month.

I've been advised to wait 6 months (due to EMCS) as long as it's not a VBAC, as that's a 12-18 month wait. But we will start TTC in November. Thought I'd join the Group now though as I'll be monitoring my cycles, prepping whatever I can and hope to find support and hope in the group too

Brew
Avocuddles · 03/08/2019 07:01

@TwittleBee welcome, so sorry to hear of your loss. This is definitely a good place for support and the last week alone definitely should give hope with the number of BFPs we've seen.

@Lilimum7 it's only natural to feel low, you've been through so much and I'm not surprised that it feels hard to see light at the end of the tunnel. I really hope that your appointment this week gives you some answers. Please don't give up hope, there are so many positive stories on here, I have every faith that you could be next.
I'm 2 or 3 DPO now. Going on a hen weekend today (just about to start epic train journey from Leeds to Bristol), I don't know many of the women attending but based on what's app conversations they're pretty much all mum's or pregnant so I'm hoping there's not too much baby chat. Fertility is weighing heavily on my mind; although I've only had one mc I've also only managed to conceive once in 15 months. I just wish we all had a crystal ball to know if things are going to work out or not. Being on this bird and hearing so many stories of repeat mc's has almost made me feel as if I do get pregnant again another loss is almost inevitable. Need to learn the art of positive thinking!

Avocuddles · 03/08/2019 07:02

Being on this board, not bird! Confused

ReeReeR · 03/08/2019 07:34

@Lilimum7 I’m sorry you’re still feeling low and I hope you manage to do something nice for you this weekend

@TwittleBee I’m so sorry for your loss. Have you been in touch with Sands? I lost my baby girl at full term earlier this year and Sands has been helpful for us.

@Avocuddles I am from near Leeds too 😬

Thanks @VenusStarr and @fnej01 xx

Noisysparrows · 03/08/2019 09:21

Another from near Leeds @Avocuddles @ReeReeR! Hope your hen do is ok Avo and not too much chat of bumps/babies. Fingers crossed you're taking a sticky bean with you for the ride!

@TwittleBee I'm so sorry for your loss, must still be very raw. What was your baby's name?

@Lilimum7 and anyone else struggling at the moment, sending you love and hope. I don't pray but you will be in my thoughts.

I'm having a little wobble this week, I guess still fairly soon after mc and struggling with my emotions around pregnancy announcements from dear friends/family members. Hate the post-mc cycle TTC limbo. Self medicating with cake which only puts me in a worse mood afterwards!

Avocuddles · 03/08/2019 09:37

@ReeReeR @Noisysparrows nice to know there are other Leeds area ladies around! If I get pregnant again then I will be under consultant led care at LGI due to my clotting risk. Both I and DH have had serious health problems at some point in time so I kind of feel like I should have a loyalty card for the amount of time we've spent there! Confused
