Was going to write “line eyes” but I’m not daft. It’s there. It’s really there. After a 3 year wait and a miss carriage at the beginning of the year at 11 wks. I’m praying to anything this one sticks. Eeeek.

So today should have been first day of my period. And this is an evening pee. I can’t believe it. We have friends over and i want to pop with excitement. Help me keep quite. But help me celebrate too.

I just wanted to post to say that this doesn't mean you're out of the game. It can be perfectly normal to have some spotting, and your line looks really strong! Maybe speak to a doctor tomorrow? I really hope you're ok. Be gentle with yourself during this rollercoaster x

Yes, that's very insensitive. I've just been going through a similar hell recently with an expected miscarriage (still hanging on though!) and while my husband has been supportive he also admitted that he was finding it hard to really relate to what I was going through. Put simply, it's usually not quite as big a deal for them (especially early on) because it's not their bodies. At least that's my opinion, and there will of course be exceptions to the rule!

Oh Wing, I’ve got everything crossed for you. Its hard for everyone, and we all need to find our different ways to get through. I know my husband always falls back on humour to cope/distract, just wish he’d put headphones in.

Not had much bleeding since. But last time it was quite stop start. Trying not to read into it too much, in either direction. I’ll call Dr today, try to get an appointment asap.

Pop - sorry your message wasn’t there when I started writing my last message. Got to sleep some point after midnight. Woke a couple of times. Could have been worse but must try not to lose it with anyone today. x

I'm six weeks and the last week has been a wild ride! I went to my doctor with pain in my side a week ago (having received my BFP the week before). The pain wasn't linked to ectopic, she said, but asked to take bloods to see what was going on. But my HCG levels came back low and my progesterone dropped in the second set of results, so she said it was possibly ectopic, but it was more likely I was about to miscarriage, although there was a slim chance all was fine. My bloods on Monday show increases for both, so now she thinks it might be ok! We have a scan on Friday to see what's what. It's been so hard not knowing what's been going on!

I hope you manage to get through today ok and that everything turns out fine.

I’ve got my Gp appointment tomorrow. Not bled since Tuesday so I’m praying all is ok.
