Anyone in the TWW???

Hi everyone,

So as the title says is there anyone in the TWW?
DH and I said we would try for number 2 after summer but whoops we've had a couple of slips. I looked at my ovulation app (which has never failed me before to get pregnant) and both times it was in my fertile days.

So here's the confusion.. I apparently was in my fertile days from 8th-13th June.
13th June being the day of ovulation. We DTD 8th June and 11th June. The last couple of days I have had very bad cramps low down. This can't be implantation yet so was it ovulation pains? My CM was snot like some of it thick but also some of it was slippery too sorry TMI!! am so confused, feeling I've missed the boat.
This TWW is stressful. I've never temped or taken OPK's as it's always been quite easy for me to fall pregnant (I've had a lot of miscarriages Sad)
We are lucky enough to have a DD though.
DH is actually quite excited that we could be pregnant but I just don't know and feeling quite impatient!

Love to hear from you guys and your stories too!

Liv x

@RoRosmama
This is cycle 8 and I have peed on a lot of £ over the last 8 months. Having to be quite strict now.

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 10:22

I'm looking to hearing about the first BFP on here. Only thing that seems to be keeping me going at the moment 😂

@SwimmerGirl40 good luck for Saturday!

@RoRosmama agreed 😁 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for everyone!

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 11:14

I know cervical position isn't reliable to check for conception but mines high (for me) and hard/firm, not heard of that combo before...anyone else experience this??

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 11:17

Hi @Abi58 I checked mine yesterday and it was high and hard. Not checked today. Not sure what it means though???

Glad it's not just me @SwimmerGirl40 I'd love if we could avoid this stage and just find out

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 12:40

@RoRosmama glad it's it just me 😂 I've read low and hard is after ov/ before period and it usually rises and goes soft before ov but not about being half and half 🤷🏻‍♀️

🤞🏻 it's a good sign for us!

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 12:48

@Abi58 just checked mine it's high and soft. Brilliant, another thing to obsess over 😂😂😂
I really want to buy a test but must stop myself. Think I'm 7dpo today so far too early

I can’t work out how to check my cervix position.

I think DP bangs against it we DTD just after I have ovulated.

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 12:58

@RoRosmama I'm 2 days behind you so I'll see what mine does! 🤷🏻‍♀️

@swimmer girl if you google it there are some good tips it took me a few weeks to get to grips with it as had no idea what I was feeling for (and height they have a guideline for but mines never high according to that (can't get whole ding in my hand doesn't bend like that😂)

Firm is like tip of your nose, medium is like your chin and soft is like your purses lips 😁

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 12:59

@SwimmerGirl40 my phone autocorrected 🤦🏻‍♀️

SwimmerGirl40 · 20/06/2019 13:04

So I’m wondering if it drops lower and goes hard just after ovulation and that’s why I can feel DP banging against it.

I only noticed it this month. Pretty sure from OPK, CM and Flo App that I ovulated on the Wednesday but we DTD for a few more days just in case. I could feel him banging against it from the Thursday.

I’ll read up on it but it sounds like it may be a post ovulation sign.

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 13:10

@SwimmerGirl40 yeah I think after ov it goes low and hard

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 13:13

@SwimmerGirl40 pretty sure it goes low after ovulation and then goes high to which it will remain high.

Thank you. So Flo App, OPKs, CM and now cervix all indicate that I ovulated on Wednesday 5th June. We DTD a lot in the run up to ovulation so we defo got the timing right. Let’s hope I had a healthy egg this month and it fertilised!

I can test in 36 hours if witch Aunt Flo stays away.

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 13:26

@SwimmerGirl40 so close!!

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 14:52

I need your help!!!!!! Am I imagining this...?

OP posts:
Abi58 · 20/06/2019 15:00

@RoRosmama I can definitely see a line! Hard to tell colour in here did it come up in the time frame and have colour?? Eeeek so excited for you!!

Abi58 · 20/06/2019 15:01

@RoRosmama maybe you're further than 7dpo?

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 15:02

Hi @Abi58 it came up in the time frame yes but if I'm totally honest I'm not sure about colour. It's really not clear. I'm worried it's an evap line. Think I'll get a FRER but wait a few more days because if my app is right then I ovulated 13th so this is far too early for a positive

OP posts:
MrsHufflepuffMS · 20/06/2019 15:06

@RoRosmama I can see a line every so faint. I'm so excited for you but wait and try again tomorrow? What kind of test are you using cos some can test as early as 6 days? Eekkkk

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 15:09

@MrsHufflepuffMS it's called Acutest early sign from Co-op. The more I obsess over it I think it's evap and I can't really make out a colour! 😞

OP posts:
RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 15:12

Ok I've taken the test apart. Now the line does look pink but there's other lines going in a different direction. Clearly crap tests! What do you all think?

Anyone in the TWW???
OP posts:
Abi58 · 20/06/2019 15:17

@RoRosmama I think it looks positives I've not known an Evan appear in the time frame! And the part one does look like it has colour to me! Try tomorrow with fmu and see how you get on 😁🤞🏻

RoRosmama · 20/06/2019 15:22

@Abi58 thank you. It's becoming more clearer now so does that mean it's an evap line?
