First timer. 10dpo urge to test!

Hi all.

This is mine and my partners first month of trying! I am 10dpo and tested at 2po and 8dpo (got BFN!!!) I now know that that was far too early! I'm now 10dpo and AF is due on fri/sat! Itching to test again but don't want to get disappointed!

Have sore boobs, bloating, nausea and can't stop eating but the symptoms are similar to AF symptoms!

Why does the mind play tricks on us 😔

Anyone else in the same situ?

I don't want to admit it. But I think it's af. I have that heaviness in my stomach too. still not as many symptoms as usual though. But pretty sure it's just around the corner.

Anyone good at understanding charts on fertility apps?

Got a message on the app the other day saying I have "nice and smooth temperature curves keep up the measuring" and then this morning my temp went way below my usual (messing up the curves) it went below the darker line in my chart (can't remember what the app calls that line) does this have an relation to AF coming ??

I think I'm losing my mind a bit 😂😂😂

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated🙏

@Seli3025 I caved and tested this morning. BFN but not really surprised as only 10dpo. Not bought anymore tests so I'm not tempted.

It's our 1st time TTC and my cycle #1, so I will try not to get disappointed as there's still plenty of opportunities 🤞🏼🙏

The wicked witch got me this morning so im out this month, on to the next cycle!

Morning all! Still no sign of AF! She better not come whilst I'm walking around doing a spot of shopping!

Going to buy a FRER today (according to app I'm due tomorrow) I know I should wait for after tomorrow but wow I have such an urge to do one today! I'm trying to tell myself I've already got to the loo this morning so no point 😂😂

Good luck @seli3025 I tested this morning BFN. Also had a few spots of red not long after. But no cramps which is so odd. But the test would have been right at 12dpo so never mind.

12dpo today and I caved and tested on a FRER and got a BFN too 😒.This weekend will tell i guess if AF is coming!

Gutted! Nevermind let's keep going 🤞🏼💪

Don't know how accurate that all is but it's what I've read from multiple sources! 🙄

Hi @seli3025. So sorry about the bfn but we can try again next month together 🤞.
Nop still no af. Did another frer bfn. Not a single symptom for af and the spotting has stopped. So very confused. Was due af today. So just feel if there was any chance the test would have showed something.

I do suffer with anxiety so wondering of all the obsessing is putting things on hold 🤔 i know I ovulated this month because of my bloods.

@Seli3025 No sign of AF yet! She's not due till Tuesday. Currently sitting at 12dpo. Didn't got to town this morning but I'm picking up the OH at 5.30pm so might nip into the supermarket.

Does anyone know of any FRER tests other than clear blue on the high street? Or even the best 'cheaper' test? I've tried wilkos and Superdrug and they've both flooded.

I'm 2 days late at 14dpo! Not going to test now and just wait for AF if it doesn't arrive by Wednesday I'll re test!

Bless you I bet this process doesn't help at all! But continue being positive about next month and we can support one another on the June Bus!

Hopefully AF doesn't arrive for you on Tuesday! I'm 2 days late, but I feel her lurking (tummy cramps and back pain all that good stuff 😫) currently at 14dpo! I'm not going to test until Wednesday (if AF doesn't arrive of course)

Did you manage to get another test? Have you not got a boots near you to get the pink one? I got my FIrst response ones from there!

It is very frustrating @Seli3025 I did another test yesterday afternoon bfn again. We were out with friends yesterday so drank my body wait in booze instead. Silly idea really but I’m hoping that actually relaxing will hurry af along!
