Hi everyone! I’ve started a new thread as we are dangerously close to 1000 posts in the last one! I’ll add a link to it now :) Here’s hoping it’s a lucky one!

I meant very sore boobs earlier, not books!! Haha! Bloody phone...

@purplefig this month I started temping and had LOTS of BD the week of my estimated ovulation. OH can be away a lot with work so made the most of his availability this month!! I hadn't actually heard of SMEP until I joined this forum a couple of weeks ago but my plan was to do that next cycle if i hadn't any luck this time.

I guess it really is just down to timing and volume...lots of DTD! It's a numbers game at the end of the day!

@ELW85 - haha it does make me feel slightly sane knowing I'm not the only one going through all this! Or are we just all crazy? 👀

So after saying that I've been checking for spotting constantly, I've just had some brown cm when I've wiped and on my knicks.. never had this before, even when I had my BFP previously. Is this implantation bleeding?? I thought it was more like blood rather than cm.. Really hope AF isn't showing up early!
No cramps as of yet!

@elw85 @lokicat I like the dedicated and focused explanation! Tbh I am a pretty driven/obsessive person in life generally. DH is ambitious but much more laid back about things - sometimes it’s so helpful but at other times I’d love him to indulge my mad spreadsheets!

So... speaking of being focused, I just realised today that I have completely misunderstood what EWCM is meant to look like! In my head it was meant to be white and blobby, and I don’t get much of that. Bit the bullet to do a google image search (god the things I never thought I’d do before TTC) and realised its the clear slippery stuff. I think (don’t laugh) when I heard egg white I was thinking like a soft boiled egg not a raw one...

Basically I’ve had loads of that this week! So feeling much calmer about the ovulation thing. Time will tell but if nothing else I’ve learnt that google has the solution to everything...

@starkid had a horrendous day at work and had a cry with DH in the car which I generally don't do so going to pick up a couple of more sensitive tests with the food shopping tonight because I m having actual symptoms now.

@LokiCat @Dollywilde had some dark red clots this is not a good sign I think and being away just makes it worse

@Dollywilde I hadn’t thought about it until recently, but I guess we’re all similar personality wise, or we wouldn’t be here sharing research and plans 😊 and what a great place to be!!

And you’re definitely not alone in googling EWCM. I grossed myself out too, but it was definitely worth doing as it’s SO fundamental. I’m really happy for you that you’re mind has been put to rest and you can predict O a bit more now. Again, the things we go through!

@MrsH497 oh sweetheart, how much? Is it bright red or brown? Scrap that, just read your next message. I would be tempted to call 111 and ask their advice if I'm honest, lovely! That would be the easiest thing to do with you being away at the moment xxx

@MrsR16 I've called the insurance company and going to a dr I'm so scared they're going to tell me nuggets gone

@MrsH497 as hard as it is (and I'll be the first to admit that it sounds stupid), try and stay positive. Stressing isn't going to help nugget, but babies are tougher than we give them credit for! I have absolutely everything crossed for you, please keep us updated xxx

I'm 8dpo @ELW85 and not very successfully trying to fight off symptom spotting! My boobs feel a bit sore but they'd usually be more sore by this point in my cycle. Only DTD once and right at the start of my fertile days so I know I'm probably clutching at straws.

@dahila123 thank you, i work in healthcare so it's my job that set me off, i don't plan going back to my job after having a baby. will just get something less stressful that pays for the bills.

@MrsH497 thinking of you, hope all is ok and remember it can be quite common to bleed early on xxx

@dahlia123 - I'm 8 dpo and going mad with symptom spotting too! Trying to tell myself that it's still a bit early for any symptoms... Like you, vaguely sore boobs but nothing unusual...

Guys, I just had my first neon Pregnacare wee, was waytoo excited and needed to tell you all 😂 I took the liquid form tonight instead of the tablets (alongside extra vitamin C, B6 and B12) I hope that means it's working better (?)

@starkid - sounds like your body has gotten used to processing them now :) only problem is your glow in the dark wee has gone, so you’ll have to start putting lights on again for those midnight bathroom trips 😂

@ELW85 - ah no no, I've now started getting the neon wee when I didn't before!

In that case, at least you know your body is absorbing it and it’s working 😂
