Headaches

9 DPO 1st cycle TTC
Ive been having headaches for yhe last 4-5 days..tend to last all day , could this be a pregnancy symptom? I dont normall get them with pms.. anyone got any tipa to relieve them? Paracetamol takes the edge off a bit but trying not to take too much of that.

Following as keen to know this too. 1st cycle of TTC and been having headaches since Friday...

Really horrible! I was out with friends Friday night and felt awful. Have you taken a test? Or is it too early? This is all so new to me I have no idea x

Ive taken 2 both BFN but i know it too early since Im not due for AF until 20th . So may do one thursday as im impatient as is DH.my tests are really sensitive so says i can do one 6 days before af is due. So stressful haha

I'm having horrific headaches also. I'm a teacher though, so have been shouting a bit more than usual! 😂 might be why!

Can't shake this horrible tension headache from the moment I wake. It's right across my forehead. I've heard from friends that headaches can be a very early sign.

I'm waiting on AF to begin ttc. Had what we think were positive lines last week but nothing now. First time.

So glad im not alone with the headaches. This TTC malarky isnt quite as breezy and fun as inwas expecting haha. You spend everyday somewhere between hopeful excitement and going slightly mad haha and this is only my first try!!

Hows everyones headaches? Mine are still niggling. Only thing that eases it is ive packs at the base of my skull or paracetamol

That sucks! You poor soul! Mine are coming and going. Definitely wasn't as bad yesterday but I felt sick yesterday instead 😂

Im just hoping its a good sign. Should be testing soon

Have you got any other symptoms? Ive had a few:mild cramps , sore nipples that kind of thing. But it seems to be easing. Dont know if thats good or bad

I couldn't drink my tea last night as the smell made me feel really sick. Feeling sick nearly all the time and my boobs hurt too! 😂 going to do one today instead.

Good luck x im doing mine tomorrow as ill be 6 days before AF is due. If thats BFN then ill have to wait and see. Ive been feeling nauseous too..could just be nerves though haha

Done a frer and two cheapies - BFN. Can maybe see the faintest line if I squint but that's probably just my eyes. Disappointed but hopefully af will show up soon and we can properly try next month.

Sorry to hear that. Is it possibly a bit early to test? How long til AF? sometimes even though it says 6 days earlier there isnt enough hormone there. Frer are on 20uiml some others are 10 x

Thanks @Peachypusheen. I don't know when it's due as I was previously on the mini pill. I forgot to take quite a few, hence why I stopped it but haven't had af since. Had what looked like 3 faint positives last week and now, nothing.

I know what thats like , ive had really weird cylces for a few years , aggravated by the awful progesterone only pill and then the implant, followed by coil... Ugh all terrible in thier own ways. Lomg story short doc now says i may have PCOS but for some reason doesnt thinks its worth testing properly . So its a matter of get trying now, as i may or may not have problems TTC . But my cycles have sort of settled into a 40-46 day run which isnt ideal.

That's so rubbish, I can imagine how frustrating that must be :( I never realised how awful this process could be! So frustrating, exciting and scary all at the same time!

I just did another test, cheaper one this time, and another faint line 🤦‍♀️. I'm so done! My head is very confused.

Yeah very frustrating and its only 1st cycle. Dont forget that the closer together tests are then its mot likely to be comcentrated enough. I say wait a few days and then make sure that youve held your pee (if you can) for atleast 4 hrs , thats what i read in what to expect when youre expecting x its frustrating waiting but hopefully you and i wont be waitimg long x

Ive had 2 negatives this month so far but i know i tested to early haha...wierdly not my idea , DH was getting impatient when the tests arrived in the post

Here's hoping! I guess in the grand scheme of things, waiting a few weeks is minuscule compared to waiting 40 weeks for a baby lol!

I'm hoping I can wait another week then there will be lines staring at me 😂 either that or af so I can start properly. Can definitely see a line there though.

Just taken a closer look at the pic and i can see something.. eeek!!.
Test again in a few days and it should be darker. Fingers crossed for you x

Just glad i cant vent frustrations and questions on here...we haven't told anyone we're trying. All i wanna to is tell my mum but i promised i wouldnt tell. Feels odd not telling her! Cant wait till i can say something haha

@Peachypusheen Thank you! I don't want to get my hopes up though. I couldn't see anything in the frer but noticed that the control line wasn't very dark either. Don't want to waste another one though so I'll wait a wee while and see.

After the other lines I don't want to get my hopes up. Such a confusing time!
