@Londonkez 🤞🤞🤞🤞 I understand that you are nervous! I have everything crossed for you 🤗

LauraPalmersBodybag · 22/02/2019 09:48

Morning everyone, still checking in hoping to hear of more good news...

Congratulations @38andcounting !!! 🎉 You must be over the moon! How are you feeling today?

@LondonKez don’t give up hope - I started cramps 3-4 days before af was due and I was so upset, but they must have been implantation pains. When do you think you’ll test?

To everyone else, sending babydust to you all. Your bfps are coming soon, I’m sure of it 🤞🏻

Carastarchild · 22/02/2019 10:04

My AF arrived this morning just after I did a FRER. I am really holding in the fact that we can do this again 🙏 The fact that the line became fainter and fainter until it disappeared validates that I had a chemical pregnancy. New cycle, new beginning ✨✨

Sorry @carastarchild I really hope this is your month. Keep with the positive energy 💖

@LauraPalmersBodybag my AF was due yesterday, so I'm now officially late. I was going to test tomorrow morning if AF doesn't show, but remembered I won't be at home, so may have to wait until Sunday. I know it sounds silly, but as I've never been late, I wouldn't want to test without DP there x

LondonKez · 22/02/2019 10:20

How are you @LauraPalmersBodybag amd @38andcounting? Xx

LauraPalmersBodybag · 22/02/2019 10:55

@carastarchild I’m so sorry lovely. But you’re right that it does prove that the sperm is meeting the egg, and that hopefully supports a healthy pregnancy for you soon. Be kind to yourself, this is a rollercoaster. Flowers

LauraPalmersBodybag · 22/02/2019 10:59

@LondonKez I’m doing well thank you, scared the pregnancy won’t stick, and just getting through it a day at a time and feeling grateful that so far, so good. I’m starting to feel queasy and dizzy at times so I hope things are moving in the right direction, just time will tell.

In other news, we’ve had an offer on a house accepted this week, so crossing my fingers that the sale goes through.

I’m really hopeful for you. Please keep us updated!

Ps...my poor dh, both times I’ve been pregnant I’ve tested without him. I’ve had a funny feeling both times and just hidden myself away and taken a test then sprung it on him. It’s a quirk of mine I guess...!

Fx for you lovely x

Carastarchild · 22/02/2019 14:10

Thank goodness it's Friday 🎉🎉🎉counting down the hours.....3 hours 20 minutes left...right back to work! Lunchtime is over

ChikiTIKI · 22/02/2019 17:53

I am already thanks @LondonKez just tired but I have been off today and been out and about in the sun so tired in a good way. How are you feeling? I understand why you want to wait to be with your DH to test. I always test on my own but it seems different for you this time. Especially since your period is never late.

My boobs are really quite sore today. Too early to be a symptom of anything though. Think I am on CD 17 now and DTD on days 13 14 and 15. Husband away now until Sunday night though. My app thinks I won't ovulate yet, maybe over the weekend. But I think it's wrong. All that dizziness... I am assuming it was ovulation anyway!! Xxxx

Haha! I sound really wet, don't I?! To be fair, I'd be fine testing alone, it's that I wouldn't want to tell DP over the phone if it is positive, and I don't think I could keep it to myself until Sunday! I'm instead going with the mental strategy that I ovulated late so that I wait and I'm not disappointed if it is a bfn!

@LauraPalmersBodybag excellent news on the house! The decision to be bold and make the move while ttc has really paid off. What an exciting start to the new year xx

@Chikitiki I think it sounds like you already ovulated too! I really wonder what could have caused the dizziness? Xx

@carastarchild how are you feeling? You are so right. You know now that your body can do this. Sending you lots of positive energy xx

ChikiTIKI · 22/02/2019 19:47

No you're not @LondonKez !! It's a big deal for your AF to be late as that never happens to you so I think you're right to wait and have your DH there whatever the result.

I don't know why I was so dizzy but all I can think right now is my nipples are really quite sore...!

I'm about 5minsPO and already symptom spotting!! Xxxx

38notcounting · 22/02/2019 20:29

Thanks @laurapalmer I'm doing well thanks. Still poas daily (I've got loads for my cbfm) just to check. Doesn't feel real atm. Glad to hear you're good. Good news about the house too - hope it all goes smoothly xxx

38notcounting · 22/02/2019 20:32

@LondonKez keeping everything crossed for Sunday - you've more willpower than me. I'd have cracked and poas by now! Didn't tell my dh that I was testing as he's been getting a bit down with nothing happening xxx

38notcounting · 22/02/2019 20:36

@carastarchild really hope it's your month. Sending lots of baby dust to you ✨✨✨✨

38notcounting · 22/02/2019 20:38

@chikitiki it's impossible not to symptom spot isn't it. Hoping for some good news for you xxx

LondonKez · 22/02/2019 21:23

@38notcounting that's why I haven't even told him I'm late. He's been really upset recently that nothing seems to be happening. I can handle my own disappointment, but not his too! Was going to make out on Sunday that I have an urge to test and then tell him afterwards either way! 😂

@Chikitiki I'm awful for symptom spotting. I tell myself every month that I'm not going to and then I end up on Google reading threads that are 10 years! I still laugh at your analogy of 'dancing around a black hole' - that's me! Xx

ChikiTIKI · 23/02/2019 06:28

Well I've been awake since 4am. AF arrived :(
Time to get up.i can hear my child waking.

Will have to go to the doctor. Just hope this miscarriage hasn't left me infertile.

LauraPalmersBodybag · 23/02/2019 07:28

Sending love @chikitiki I’m sorry that everything is so tipsy turvy. If you’re worried would seeing a doctor help? I hope this is just your body readjusting during this difficult time. Flowers

LauraPalmersBodybag · 23/02/2019 07:30

Sorry - just reread that you’re going to the doctor, i’m a bit bleary eyed. I think it’s a good idea and I hope they’re able to offer you some comfort. xxx

LondonKez · 23/02/2019 07:57

@Chikitiki I'm so sorry. I think you're right to go to the doctor. I hope they're able to give you some advice. Hopefully there will be a very simple solution 💜

I've just had some very dark brown when wiping. I took seven seas this month rather than just regular folic acid + vit d. Just seen a thread on here saying it made a lot of people's cycles really long. Hope that's not the case for me, but I'm not feeling very optimistic anymore x

ChikiTIKI · 23/02/2019 08:07

Sorry to hear that @LondonKez
With my first pregnancy I took those tablets and got pregnant in the first month, and didn't ovulate late I don't think. Might just be a coincidence for those people? Xxxx still crossing my fingers for you xxxx

@38notcounting Such fantastic news! Congratulations 😁 🎉🎉🎉

PineappleC · 23/02/2019 08:39

@Londonkez really sorry to hear that as it looked really promising for you! I hope you're not out and you get some good news soon! Also, I am taking the Seven Seas ones now, and my cycle is most definitely not long. (Average 25 days!). I didn't get on well with the Pregnacare ones so switched a couple of months ago.

@Chiki that sounds really confusing so sounds like a trip to GP is a good idea, even if just to give you peace of mind. A miscarriage probably gives the body quite a bit of confusion so hopefully it'll settle down soon 😊😊

@cara thanks for that - i like the idea of improving circulation. I've now read they also help inflammation too which is one reason I'm trying to (unsuccessfully!) cut down on sugar and stress, so will give it a try!!

I am relieved to be back from my work trip (so dull!) and heading into fertile week. Cd7 now. Plan is to DTD every day/other day until cd11, then just every day from the until we get exhausted 😅

LondonKez · 23/02/2019 11:10

AF has arrived 💔

2 days late and my temp is still up, so imagine it'll drop tomorrow. Absolutely gutted, but not surprised. Hope is a pretty torturous thing!

Good luck @PineappleC, get busy! Xx
