Things I’m changing... massive coffee reduction... swapping from stevia, as I’ve read it can maybe have a contraceptive effect and I probably have about 8 teaspoons a day ....

Ava pregnancy calculator now says it should take us an average of 4 months.

This will be month 3.

We DTD virtually every day during the fertile window, and about two-three times during ‘peak’. Maybe I’ll give him a break 🤣

I’ve also reduced my exercise slightly.

This month we used pre-seed and I bought opks.

Partner has bought a home fertility test that’s arriving on Monday.

What’s everyone else doing?

Can I ask, how often are you ladies dtd? if it’s not tmi!
We wait until I start doing the OPK’s (day 13/14) then try everyday if we can until 3/4 days after a positive. I usually ovulate around day 18. So about 5/6 times during the fertile window. Sometimes hubby feels so under pressure by 3/4 time we end up missing a day. I know that shouldn’t in theory make a difference but I’m wondering if it is.
How is everyone else getting on this month?
I don’t feel very pregnant! Am 8 dpo, had some brown spotting when I wipe but have had that both just before AF and when I’ve been pregnant. Argh...hate all this analysing. Also if one more person tells me to relax....😡😂

@MummyBearBoo -oh no, I’ve only just read the entire thread back. I didn’t realise about the positive test before AF. I am so sorry. What a rollercoaster for you. Mother Nature can be cruel. I hope you are ok xxxxxx

@Broodyaf I'm feeling ok thanks.
I took a test this morning and it was BFN. Just an internet cheapy though and I'm only 8 DPO so I'm not out yet!

@Broodyaf when are planning to test next?

AF hasn't come and I'm not cramping anymore so not out this month for sure.

@kaytee87 I thought I was cramping this morning, but I've just worked out its gas not cramps which can be a sign of pregnancy according to Dr Google!

@Bluebell9 BFN this morning for me too at 14DPO.
This is my 1st month doing BBT too and my temp has plummeted between yday morning & this morning so I know for sure AF is coming. Soooo disheartening! The thought of all that BDing, tempting OPK, preseed etc again another cycle is too much for me atm,
Like how hard is it to get pregnant? VERY is my answer 😥😥😥

@Bluebell9 - I’m with you...I caved...I’m 8dpo and did an ic. Really diluted urine and midday pee. No surprise when it came back a BFN. I had brown spotting yesterday and white cm today so I just got too tempted. Ignorance was bliss, wish I hadn’t but feel better that you are optimistic and don’t think that would rule us out! xx

I was looking at stats today about chances of a BFP if you were pregnant, 8DPO is 18%, 9PDO is 47.5% and 10DPO is 66%!

And that was using FRER tests.

@Bluebell9 Oh really? Ooh I like those statistics! Right, positive thinking for both of us then ☺️☺️

AF arrived for me

I used a Tesco test this morning and got a very faint BFP! DP can see it too. I've got a frer which I'm going to wait til tomorrow to use.

Husband has told me wait sigh I know he is right because all my usual pregnancy symptoms are also my usual period symptoms. We’re going away tomorrow for a couple of nights alone so I think I’m going to hang fire. If I get another negative then it’ll probably ruin the weekend. I know it shouldn’t but I know it will.

That's me out for this month. Af landed yday (16) when I was at a wedding 😩
I wish all of you with your BFPs a lovely 40 week trip to motherhood.

Just did another test and it's BFP! I'm 10 DPO. I'm pretty sure I implanted 5/6 days DPO as I had a temp dip.

@LouH1981 I had my coil taken out in August and didn't use anything else. We started actively ttc, tracking temp etc, in Jan so this is my second cycle.

I think I’m out ladies. Big fat spot appeared on my chin (hasn’t happened in a while but definitely a precursor to AF. Also did another ic and BFN. Am 10 dpo so I reckon it’s game over 😓
