Anybody starting their tww?
Mine starts today, my app says test on the 25th so I'm challenging myself not to test early this time!

Come join me for 14 days of symptom spotting and a healthy dose of moaning about mean AF.

Tell me about it, I've had only about 3 people tell me "don't think about it, if you think about it it won't happen" yes, thank you for that! Even just the few peoole whk say it makes me want to tear my hairnout just hearing those words, It's almost like I have magic brain powers to just switch off my thoughts haha!

Interested to hear how the SMEP plan goes. I am on CD8 and my apps are projecting a 36-38 day cycle so aaaaages to go yet!

My brother in law just told me he's expecting, that's both brother in laws now since we've been trying. I feel like a terrible person now because my initial response is to feel sad for me - obviously I'm happy for them as well, but finding this one really hard. Think this calls for some chocolate & some retail therapy!

Hi ladies, emotional day today. My SIL went to her gender scan today and found out baby is severely disabled and won't survive.
She's going in this week and baby will be born sleeping. I'm so devastated for her and my brother :(

Really does put things into perspective and make you cherish what you do have already. Ttc is such an emotional rollercoaster. So much uncertainty and anxiety but all so worth it in the end.

I'm going to order myself some pre conception vitamins and folic acid today

@ShortandSweet96 so sorry for your SIL. My friend found out her baby had died at her 20 week scan last week it's a horrible thing for anyone to go through 😔

I'm just coming into fertile window according to apps so will be into TWW again in just over a week

Second lot of projesterone blood test yesterday just got to wait til next Thursday to find out the results when have telephone consultation with the doctor. Peak on Sunday 3rd Feb think I've started tww now but with not knowing about ovulating or not don't know whether to keep track of tww my head is hurting with all this 😕

All sounding very promising. I'm on the first day of fertile window, peak ovulation on Sunday. I know I said ibqouod keep track this month but I 'accidentally' opened my app!
I absolutely promise not to test before at least 12dpo, or until the day of my period if I can last that long!

@ShortandSweet96 I'm on my first day of fertile window as well and I've said no testing til at least 12pdo so we shall have to try and encourage each other xx

@ShortandSweet96 that they do! 🙂 I'm trying so hard to not let it consume me easier said than done. What vitamins have you ordered?, I'm looking at trying some different ones. If it turns out ovulation is happening then I'm going to tie my hands together and not test until the day period is due and resist temptation by not having any tests in the house.

CBFM is saying I’m in high fertility but Ovia says I’m in fertile window in 2 days. Here we go again ladies! X

@lauraliverpool I've just ordered basic folic acid and some multi vitamins just to make sure I'm full of good stuff for the best chance. I looked at pregnacare and others like that buy it's all just the same stuff with a bigger price tag

@ShortandSweet96 I have noticed that about the vitamins and can see they all have the same things in like the more expensive ones do. I'm trying to distract myself with cleaning and buying a new mop haha 😂

Hi ladies
Had call from doctor earlier and she said day 2 bloods are 'normal' but prolactin is abnormally high. She is referring me to a gynecologist rather than a fertility specialist.

Don't know much more, had high prolactin years ago which caused periods to stop but because I have periods (albeit long cycles) I thought was okay.

@agteacht Good news that bloods are normal. So would having high prolactin affect fertility? Is it something to do with producing milk?

Not producing milk but I think it's normal to be raised if you're breastfeeding.

It sounds like it could possibly stop ovulation. My level is 1183 and the range is 0-495.

An aside I had other things tested like LH and FSH but don't know what they should be and it doesn't give a range, any ideas?
