Hi lovelies
Started actively trying this month so thought it would be nice if anyone wanted a journey buddy.
I’m 35, DH is 42.
Had 2 pregnancies in past (2002,2011) ending in MC
Married now for 9years so yeah looking to start a lil family.
Currently 2dpo and wait is already horrendous and symptom spotting is in place 😂
So tell me all about you and your journey 💋

Why are they different.
I got my positive OV on 25th so would have OV the day after so the 26th I’m guessing.
Which would be correct?

I've been using P tracker for years. Started using Flo as well a couple of months ago.

I had a polypectomy on 1st Feb. Possibly as a result, AF came 4 days early the next cycle.

P tracker just recalculated ovulation based on my average cycle length. Whereas Flo assumed that the next cycle would be equally as short and predicted ovulation two days earlier than P tracker. P tracker was bang on according to OPK tracking.

Doesn't necessarily mean that Flo isn't a good predictor but it was basing its prediction on less data in my case.

I'm sticking with p tracker anyway.

Tested on a earlier response 6 days and negative! I don’t get this! X

@Lammoshay I used the Flo app and thought it wasn’t very good, I’ve also read VERY mixed reviews on first response pregnancy tests. I tested with freedom tests from Asda and they’re £1 each so maybe try those? Don’t get too down about it babe ❤️

Also feel really guilty as mothercare have a sale on and I’ve just bought a full outfit with matching jacket and hat but I know you aren’t supposed to get anything before 12 weeks so I’m keeping my fingers crossed I haven’t jinxed myself 😩

And yeah I’m just going to wait a few days now as was crushed this morning seeing the BFN as I genuinely thought it was my month xx

Anon. I've been buying baby stuff for about 2 years!! This is my first month trying. I figured that spreading out the cost in that way was actually sensible.

If it turns out that I don't get pregnant then I can sell it on.

Hi everyone sorry to jump in I posted a few weeks ago to say we had started trying and I'm so happy to say that today i got my BFP 😭❤️ i just have a little question if anyone can help when I try work out how many weeks I’m going by the 1st day of my last period which was 30th Jan, so its saying I’m 5 weeks 6 days but I didn’t ovulate and have sex until 25th of feb how can I be 5 weeks? Is this right? Please don't shoot me down if this is something obvious as this is all knew to me and I have no-one else to ask x Thanks in advance x

Yes it is correct as it’s always from first date of last period.
Do you have long cycles? Did you not have a period between 20th jan and 25th Feb as that is 36 days, plus add on your 14 days after OV for period would out your cycle at 50day cycles?
Are you sure you haven’t had another period before jan as if you only tested today and got your bfp and other tests came back negative then you should have been caught in Feb not jan x

I don't know anything much as I've just started ttc but this due date calculator allows you to put in either date of last period or your conception date.

So first day of my last period was 12th Feb. Not sure how long my cycle is as I only came off the pill early January. My last cycle was 35 days so I have been basing my ovulation/fertile times on that time frame this month. Last few days I have felt some cramps and my boobs have felt different, little bit of tenderness. Anyway I have just started having what I hope is implantation bleeding fingers crossed. I'm 26 days into my cycle now. Weird thing is last night I had a dream that I was pregnant too planning on taking a test on Wednesday so fingers crossed for me then please everyone. So excited to find out if our daughter will be having a sibling

I don’t stick with any of those superstitions @anon93 - you buy whatever you want and enjoy it xx We told people with my little boy before 12 weeks. We knew we would tell them if we’d had a loss so they could support us, and will probably do the same this time, although not before we’ve had a private scan at about 8.5 weeks.

Feeling really sad tonight ladies :(
I know AF is coming and this is the first mum I’m absolutely gutted!
Another friend has just announced her pregnancy (wasn’t planned), and I’m like for fuck sake!
Had a little cry before :(
I’m sure it will happen and I don’t even need any replies, and dunno even why I’m posting this but yeah TTC is so damn hard :(
