My first two I just "felt pregnant" with DC3 I nearly threw up at the smell of coffee

italiancortado · 24/12/2018 14:07

I did; but I was 19 weeks when I got one of the BFP's Grin

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 14:08

@whyhaveidonethis Ive heard a lot of people say that, but how can you feel pregnant? What is the feeling like?

OP posts:
Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 14:10

@italiancortado why did it take you so long to be able to detect it?

OP posts:
Bigonesmallone3 · 24/12/2018 14:10

Every pregnancy is different, first one only sore boobs
Second one none
Third one metallic taste

PennyMordauntsLadyBrain · 24/12/2018 14:11

No symptoms with either.

The only reason I tested with this pregnancy was because I didn't feel PMT coming on, so it was the lack of symptoms more than anything!

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 14:12

@whyhaveidonethis I feel pregnant, no specific symptoms other than back ache but I still feel pregnant as if there is something inside me. but I tested today at 9dpo as mild pains started two days ago but no positive

I wasn't looking for it.

Bigonesmallone3 · 24/12/2018 14:13

When trying for a baby I always had more symptoms with a BFN strangely enough

Pastaallday · 24/12/2018 14:19

None at all!

TheSubtleKnifeAndFork · 24/12/2018 16:08

Cramps!
They started about 11-12 d.p.o.
I just thought my period was imminent. But the cramps continued each day and no spotting or AF materialised, so tested at 16 d.p.o., mainly because my BBT was still high.

Blondemother · 24/12/2018 21:27

Absolutely zero symptoms till over 6 weeks. Even had bleeding I assumed was a period.

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 21:42

@Pastaallday oooh wow, how and when did you find out then?!

OP posts:
Pastaallday · 24/12/2018 22:02

@Blueflower22 we were ttc so I wanted to test anyway but had no symptoms. Tested 9dpo nothing then 10dpo faint line.

StarlightIntheNight · 24/12/2018 22:15

I had no symptoms the first time, except a missed period. I tested a week after. We were not really trying. On a one off we decided to see what happens if we dtd on a fertile day and don't pull out. Before that we always pulled out during fertile times. So I was not looking for anything. The second time, I felt very tired and just knew. I am now trying for a third and now in the 2 ww and wondering if I am pregnant...but think I'm just symptom spotting. Feeling bloated and breasts feel more plump. But that could just be my annoying aunt flo on the way...argh!

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 22:18

@Pastaallday ohhhh so a line can develop overnight! That's great. I'm 9dpo tested today with a frer, don't know whether to test tomorrow (at 10dpo) or not

OP posts:
Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 22:19

@StarlightIntheNight awww I see, well I hope you get some good news. What day in the cycle are you?

OP posts:
Pastaallday · 24/12/2018 22:21

If you've only got one or two tests perhaps save it for boxing day. If not, then why not!

SaltPans · 24/12/2018 22:22

Yes, after a bit of practice - I knew within 48 hours of conception, because I just felt different!

One time, we were in a restaurant for DH's birthday, and I was eating an exquisite dish - half way through it, I had to tell him:

"I just can't eat this......"

StarlightIntheNight · 24/12/2018 22:23

I am not quite sure. I got a static smile 7 days ago. So not sure when exactly I ovulated. We dtd 8 days ago only once. So I think the earliest I could test is in 3 days....but even that is probably too early.

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 22:24

@Pastaallday I have one frer left and two normal clearblue ones. Don't know whether it's worth testing tomorrow. My womb feels kind of full though, but have no other symptoms, me and dp managed to dtd quite a lot during the fertile period!

OP posts:
Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 22:25

@SaltPans what symptoms did you have?

How did you feel different?

I feel kind of content and my womb feels different, have you had a feeling like this before?

OP posts:
ps1991 · 24/12/2018 22:26

No symptoms at all. BFP at 6 weeks. DH bought the test as I was ‘grumpy’!! We’d been trying for 8 months. I didn’t really have any symptoms until about 28 weeks when I started aching, now 35+4 :)

Pastaallday · 24/12/2018 22:28

It's tricky - if you know you'll be really disappointed if it's negative perhaps don't test tomorrow as it might spoil your day? Plus it's still early days and many don't get a bfp this way anyway!

Blueflower22 · 24/12/2018 22:30

@Pastaallday I knowww but I'm so tempted to try tomorrow. I've already tested two times though, the earliest at 5dpo 😂
