3DPO today... Anyone else?

Got my first ever temperature predicted ovulation on 19th December on cd19 which was really much later than I expected. Anyone else want to join me in the 2ww over Christmas? I'm only seeing my DP from 27-29th so will probably be testing early so we can do a test together. FRERs at the ready 😂

@whyhaveidonethis FF says I'm 8DPO but I think I'm 7DPO Either way AF Is due approx 28/29 Dec didn't know whether to test on Christmas Day, I've been so chilled out this month not a bit tempted to POAS maybe because I've not had any symptoms, don't want to test on Christmas Day and get BFN as it will put me in a mood for the rest of the day. I think I am 4 DPO but found OPKs hard to use this month as I was working lots. AF due 29th ish and I am going to try to hold off testing as long as possible (ha). Would love to join you in our tww's. Good luck!!

Got my static smiley on thursday 20th which was cd11 for me. Af due on the 6th won't be testing though unless I'm two weeks late (what I've always done in the past).

I'm 4 or 5 dpo, not sure exactly. Desperate to test, I don't cope well with the waiting 🤦‍♀️ Last pregnancy I got my BFP at 9dpo but I'm away with family then so testing won't be easy. Don't know if I should test earlier (probably no point) or wait until we get back home (probably the sensible option that I won't do 🙄.)

Me hope to get a positive on 2nd of January sending baby dust 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I’m actually due for a visit from AF on Boxing Day but ovulated really late. I’m more like @rainbowbows than @watchingthewheels85 there’s no way I could wait 4 weeks to test!!

Fingers crossed this is our month. I’m planning on testing on 29th which will be 10 dpo.

@mrsp4 sorry, I thought I’d messaged you back earlier but it clearly didn’t post. I’m not sure how I’d feel if I got a BFN on Christmas Day. I suppose it might help distract you if you have family there?

Been having cramps today and feel like I’ve pulled muscles in my stomach. I’m also exhausted. Far too early for symptoms but I won’t let that stop me...

I'm so impatient! Feel like testing today even though the maximum I could be is 7dpo so it's way too early! I fooled myself into thinking I'd be all calm about it second time round. No chance 😂

@whyhaveidonethis That's ok, I just don't know what to do, feeling very unpregnant had few occasional twinges and creamy CM but nothing that I don't normally get before AF! FF telling me to test 27th so might wait until then if I can resist

I'm normally a 30 day cycle however last month was 28 but ovulated early at CD14 however I didn't get a positive OPK until CD 19 this cycle so I'm guessing I ovulated at CD20 and I'm now 1DPO? Due to test around New Years! All my cramping has stopped since yday so that makes me think even more yesterday was O day x

@whyhaveIdonethis I O-ed on the same day as you (19th) which was CD 12 for me. So 4dpo today.

@tobeornottobe1 Your cramping sounds similar to the Mittelschmerz pain I feel on O day. This month I got the positive OPK early CD11 and the cramping began about 24 hours later. I find it really uncomfortable, you?

Will be testing earlier this time too as have previously had BFPs on days 8 and 9 and, like @purplerainbows, I’m impatient!

This time, I think I might go for next weekend @whyhaveIdonethis, so Day 10? Get next week’s madness out of the way first.

However, with each pregnancy I’ve felt what I assume to be implantation pains, fairly early on (Days 5 and Day 6 respectively) so perhaps that explains the early + tests? If I feel anything similar over the next couple of days, I might test earlier.

I am finding it really hard to work out when to test as I am a) impatient, b) not having any cramping and c) didn't really have many signs of ov either. Feels like some sort of strange no-man's land!

Trying to convince myself I am definitely not pg so hopefully pleasantly surprised or at least not so disappointed. Feel a bit silly as it's only cycle 1 but didn't realise just how emotional waiting around can be.

@Clementine19 yes it was uncomfortable esp on my right side so I'm assuming i ovulated from the right ovary this month. Slightly worried that I ovulated late and my Implantation stage will be short and not give it enough time?

@tobeornottobe1 and @whyhaveIdonethis, afaik late O is only potentially a problem if it’s very late (25 days+) I know in the past, my O day has been on CD16 (now CD12), but my luteal phase stayed 12 days long. X

Caved and did a FRER this morning, BFN ☹️, not a surprise really as I think I'm only around 7dpo. No more tests until after Xmas for me now because I know if I get another BFN it will make me feel fed up and I want to enjoy Xmas and just try and forget about it a bit.

When I've ovulated late previously and not been TTC my period has just come a week or so late ladies so I think you should still have plenty of time for the eggs to implant. 🤞 for everyone.

Hi everyone, I have a question for any OPK experts. This morning I had a LOT of ewcm (more than around ov time last week) so tried an OPK and it came up with the strongest positive I have ever seen! A much stronger line than I have had around my normal ov time... what on earth could this mean? Has anyone else had this? I think I am only 6dpo so surely too early for anything to show?

It could be showing pregnancy or it could be that you didn't ovulate when you thought you did 6 days ago and are actually ovulating now? Have you tried a pregnancy test?
