So this month I've used clear blue ovulation tests and according to when I peaked and my ovulation was I can test Christmas day! Anyone elses test day Christmas day ? Hoping for some Christmas luck ❤️

ME!!! I ovulated 1 day late and so now my test day is 25th December. I can't decide if I am excited for the best Christmas ever or scared that AF will ruin pigs in blankets forever!
We DTD everyday for 10 days but last time was the day of ovulation we just couldn't manage the day after. I am a teacher and a September baby would be incredible.
Too much pressure.
@Bethany0903 when are you going to test? Have you been symptom spotting? My boobs feel normal but having some cramps I think it's too early for symptoms though

@Soexciting how do you know when you ovulated? I'm Still not sure I did/when and I'm using OPK and temping! If I'm correct, I can test on 23rd! Not hopeful though, first month of attempting to muddle my way through figuring out my cycles etc!

@Soexciting I think I'm going to test Christmas day morning or boxing day depends how I feel Im just worried! I ovulated 3 days late this cycle according to my clear blue ovulation test kit 😩 nothing really just feel really tired but I have been poorly so could just be coming round from that!

Me too! Im a christmas-dayer...

Though one app told me I ovulated saturday, had ewcm from sat-mon, then another app said ovulated wednesday...no ewcm... and then today, randomy have ewcm...

Either way, going to test xmas morning. If bfp will add to dh stocking, if bfn will try and be distracted by presents!

Hello ladies

Hope i jumped on the right board

Quick story: last period 15 nov, now due on 13th , on the 12th at night noticed some blood on toilet paper, used a tampon and it was barely dirty, this lasted until yesterday so 2 days spotting. Tested before AF due, tested while spotting and all negative. Im gonna buy another test today and try again as spotting has stopped so maybe it would show

Yes its dragging. Just went to few shops like a crazy person and bought all the cheepies i could find! I got a stash now and just used same wee on 3 diferent brands and all are BFN !
I usualy spot for 1-2 days before AF hits me hard for another 3 days but today when i wipe, its nothing or just a big of brown discharge... very little (tmi sorry! )

I never had this before! So on to testing tomorrow morning again

How are you all today? I have been weepy and having very mild period pains all day. I have read so much about how it's impossible to have symptoms pre implantation and that 5dpo is too early for implantation but can't help symptom spotting!

@Soexciting I'm trying not to symptom spot. Tbh I haven't noticed anything really anyway but it's still early days. My cycles are still getting back to normal so I could have symptoms for anything really! Just poured some wine...I'm assuming my first cycle trying won't be successful that way I will be very pleasantly surprised if it is!

@03cclarke welcome to the thread. This 25th December period due date is so confusing. Christmas could be the best ever or the worst.
I have to admit to stocking up on pregnancy unfriendly food incase I need to see a bright side. Have a lovely pate, salamis, cheese and prawns. I am also making sweetie vodka to drown my sorrows with!

Count me in!! This will be our 5th month trying and I am really hoping for a BFP on Christmas morning, but if not bring on the prosecco! I am trying not to symptom spot as I have been let down each month before but it is so hard not to think every twinge is a sign! Wishing everyone luck and hoping to see some BFPs this Christmas!

@Soexciting I'm also hoping for a September baby for same reasons. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but its hard to not get excited. Also is it me or is everyone announcing pregnancies or are pregnant with you start TTC!

@Soexciting I know I'm scared I'm going to be miserable as anything in Xmas!! Has anyone thought about who they would tell if the got a bfp on Christmas morning? Spending the whole day with family after getting such exciting news would be hard to keep under wraps! Especially when the 'why aren't you drinking are you pregnant' family member pipe up!!!

Another Christmas Day tester here!! Although I've decided that if AF doesn't show on Christmas Day or before, I won't test until after Christmas because if it's a BFN I'll be in a crappy mood.

Just ordered a box of FRERs just hoping this next week goes fast! We DTD so many times this cycle too! Hoping we have done it! My husband said to wait until boxing day because I'll be moody Christmas day if it's a BFN

Luckily I'll be about 12dpo on 23rd so if I'm still negative then I wont retest over Christmas. At least ill get to enjoy a glass of bubbly I suppose. I'm also trying to convince myself that it'll be negative anyway 1st month of trying so that I wont be tpo dissppointed.

Omg lady's I've woke in with some bad period pains I never get them this bad and I've still got over a week to go until my period is due 😬 x

Me too! Been so restless all night so been up laying on the sofa since 4!!! Period cramps- only mild though, hunger pains but don't want to eat, napping a lot And gurgling belly! I'm 5/6dpo so I'm probably attaching symptoms to things which I shouldn't!

I had cramps yesterday too and went to bed with an earache. Convinced myself that it was implantation cramps and lowered immune system due to implantation that made my ear hurt. I am addicted to symptom spotting and obsessed with TTC.
I am even stressed because we didn't DTD the day after ovulation. I get so confused about sperm viability and peaks etc I feel like we didn't give it the very best chance and we wasted chances pre ovulation...Sad
Really hoping that the fact that I haven't bought ant presents distracts me from obsessing next week.

Well I dont appear to have any symptoms at all! Plus I'm trying not to symptom stop. Most things seem to be the same for pregnancy or AF! @Soexciting I read the highest chance of getting pregnant is dtd 1/2 days before ovulation anyway so I wouldn't worry too much about not doing it after.
