@EltzBee I reckon cd17 too. I think you're definitely post ovulation now anyway so you can get settled into your tww. I will be hopefully joining you tomorrow.

@KatBeCool it is one of my most least subtle friends so I haven't told her we are trying or it would be around the entire friendship group in minutes! Our house is old and very creaky too so even if we can keep the panting under wraps the floorboards will probably give us away. Oh well screw it, they will just have to don some earplugs...maybe I should leave some next to their bed 😂

@FlapJackered we had a friend stay over once, we just went to the other side of the house, grabbed a big fluffy blanket and.... On the floor 😂

@EltzBee yup TWW here we go...LP is 13 days long for me and I'm not going to test until after AF is a day late at least.

About your bloods, most of you on here have had those but they have never been offered to me, is it something you ask for?

Hi all! This thread gets so busy :) Struggling to keep up, must try harder!

So I'm 8 dpo and tryyying not to symptom spot. Not usually a massive problem for me but the last few days I've had no appetite and have had cramps, wind etc. So fun times generally Ah well, at mums tonight for Strictly, dh is out with some old friends (he'll need looking after tomorrow :) ) Hope everyone has a good Saturday!! @SullyWifey enjoy the one for luck, y'never know! My luteal phase is usually 11 or 12 days (it's been pretty consistent at that!).

I had some bloods done when we first started trying as I have historically bee aneamic and had scary low B12 levels, so wanted to make sure they weren't too bad before TTC. Then had a follow up appointment last week as since coming off my pill, my weight has been rising and terrible hormonal acne. Dr checking my thyroid and for PCOS just in case, but she thinks it is probably a hormonal reaction. My periods have been pretty regular (within a couple of days for my cycles) so I don't think they'll find anything, tbh, but the Dr said if they're checking a couple of other things they may as well check for PCOS now as well, because then if we haven't conceived in another 6 months time, they'll know that is already ruled out. Which is good :) she said the whole aim is to get my pregnant, and if helping find out how to boost my weight management as it's going haywire helps with that, awesome. If they rule out other things to it'll help further down the line.

Trying to sort my camera out this evening as doing some big cat photography tomorrow, and realised I had a load of honeymoon photos left on my memory card which I'm sure I've backed up already, but doing it again just in case. I'm not paranoid haha.

I'm feeling so beluga today. A close family member announced their pregnancy today. We've only been trying for a couple of months but can't help but feel jealous.
Currently on CD 21 so a week till AF. No symptoms and only managed to DTD up to ovulation and not since till today.

Hoping for plenty of BFP from you ladies in the lead up to Christmas

I get the jealousy, I'm the same with my nephew 😩 but we just have to try (I know it's easier said than done) but we need to stay positive because our time will come - soon enough it'll be you announcing your pregnancy too xx

It's interesting that a woman claiming ovarian ache has such a different meaning from a man with testicular ache. 😂

I used a frer this morning as temp was back up after yesterday and got a bfp and a 1-2 on a clear blue. Very nervous after the earky mc in september so will try this time to not keep doing tests and just take each day as it comes. Wishing those testing soon all the luck.

Morning ladies. A bit stressed this morning- crap sleep and hubby is officially ill with some sort of cold/flu/virus. Trying to avoid catching it myself but I worry about what it might do to the baby. Hope you're all having a lovely morning

2 days late & BFN. I just want it to come now so I can move on to the next cycle and start trying again. 😞
