Starting the TWW - anyone want to join ?

So I think I'm in the tww, had a positive OPK on Monday afternoon and negative since so think I may be 1 or 2 dpo

Not sure we've done enough this month so will be surprised if it does happen .

Anyone want to join me in the wait?

I've continued doing OPKs because I have long cycles and got a positive result really early. I got a positive result again today. So I probably did not ovulate on CD15 at all, but now, on CD26. Really, really sucks.

(Yes, I did a pregnancy test too. BFN).

I also caved today 7dpo , obviously negative lol. I thought my internet cheapies were coming today but turns out it's Thursday 🙈 so I'll wait til fmu Friday (10dpo) to use them. Well I say that, I'll probably pee on one straight away 😂

I'm glad I'm not the only one, caved about a minute after waking up this morning...

I win on the crazy level. Tested yesterday at 5dpo as had to do a urine sample at doctors and had one in bag and thought may as well. How would it even be possible?! This baby making has made me lose my mind a little! X

Shall we all promise to wait until the weekend now?! I'm not ordering any more frer from Amazon until Friday so I can't test with fmu until Sunday x

I really want to wait for the weekend, but I'm off Thursday and working Friday sat, so I'd rather find out either way on a day off! So I don't think I'll end up holding out!! Haha

I'd decided Friday would be the day to use the only FRER I currently have. Have family coming to stay for the weekend on Friday and would rather do the test before they arrive. Will be 11/12dpo so should get a relatively accurate result. Plus I'd like to know whether I can have a few wines over the weekend - which I may well need if it's negative! Shall we all just agree to wait until a CD that is realistic for each of us and to stop testing on silly dpo?!

Hey everyone! I'm 3 dpo and haven't been able to do much work googling symptoms lol...A little background, Husband and I have been ttc for almost two years. Recently had a laparoscopy for stage IV endometriosis. Just had my period for the first time since my surgery. Baby dust to all!!

This is getting out out of hand...

And I caved! BFN! Whyyy do we do this! Couldn't even hold out for FMU!

I am holding out until Sunday. Make sure I stay firm! AF isn't even due until following Saturday but I definitely can't wait that long. I have too many IC so might as well use them!

Thanks! Unfortunately we've had 2 miscarriages (forgot to mention that previously). Praying that the [egg] or [eggs] finally sticks.

@mrsof20118 I've ordered the one step strips from Amazon, I think a lot of people use them , they're supposed to detect levels of 10!

Although ... Last month I ordered one step but they were the plastic casing ones which I thought would be better... In fact someone on mumsnet recommended them. I got evaps on every single one !! So, not sure how good these will be 😂

I had those plastic casing ones but wasn't so keen and reviews were bad @ReginaPhalange89. May order some ic x

@mrsof20118 very and with the endo it's harder so now that i've had the laparoscopy, we're hoping to conceive in the next 2-3 months.

Omg I'm so glad I'm not the only one.... I too tested today at 5dpo @mrsof20118 😂 I'm gonna do it again tomorrow morning too! I agree, it makes me feel in control and less annoyed about waiting til the weekend - it scratches my POAS itch.

Count me in to this 2ww, we've been off contraception for nearly a year now. Not been "actively" trying but just kind of leaving it to fate. However this month I feel a bit different period symptoms REALLY early. I'm only cd17 and feeling like I'm going to come on any second. So fatigued, heavy headed, headaches, stabbing pains, pot belly, dizzy and ravenous one minute then going off my food half way through eating (not like me at all!) might just be symptom spotting and may be brought on by the good news from one of my friends but it's super strange that I would be getting such strong period symptoms so early!! Good luck to all of you other 2wwers xx

Ps I tested at lunch today bfn but I'm 10dpo and didn't use the fmu and used the eBay cheapies so god knows x

First full cycle TTC since merina out... think I’m ovulating atm (CD 13) so will soon be in the TWW!

BFP yesterday evening and this morning!

AF is not due for another 8 days, but I think I ovulated on the 2nd.
