Starting the TWW - anyone want to join ?

So I think I'm in the tww, had a positive OPK on Monday afternoon and negative since so think I may be 1 or 2 dpo

Not sure we've done enough this month so will be surprised if it does happen .

Anyone want to join me in the wait?

Yeah, I've been doing them for the last 10 ish days to try and cover all bases. Will hopefully be able to report back with a positive!

Hello all. Any news your end? No news my end. I did a frer yesterday morning and I thought there was a very faint line but I did another one this morning and it was definitely negative. I am gutted. I did drink about 2 litres of water last night ( I get extra extra thirsty after acupuncture) but I very much doubt it diluted my wee... I am expected AF tomorrow so it would have shown by now... I am pretty much out...

I feel like i am this month. Waiting a bit longer to test. But getting crazy mad symptoms i dnt normally get. @mrsmargot how many dpo did you test. You could still be in

Could take up to like 15 dpo you know. Deoending on your implantation and how quickly your hcg doubles. Ive read some people only get bfp's 18/19dpo

So I'm using the cycles app and I think I put the data in wrong to begin with. It's now readjusted so according to the app, DP and I DTD 4dpo (still a green day apparently) and tomorrow will be 11dpo. I thought that we dtd 1 dpo so it's not looking good. Got my head muddled trying to remember when I did come on and I had a really long cycle last month out of no where. Anyway I think I might do a FRER tomorrow morning but I assume it will be negative.

My symptoms well have hit me like a bus tonight well its how I feel I have had niggly left sided back ache all day my head feels all fuzzy like I have a head cold and I feel so sick I just cant seem to be sick x

I did a FRER on Saturday that was negative but I'm still not sure if it was early because of my dates mix-up. Going to wait until Wednesday to test again as that should be a reliable result. Have a strong feeling that it will be a BFN though. Have got a bit of cramps today again but with DS I was knackered and had tingly boobs. I'm knackered all the time now anyway as DS is still bf so I wouldn't know for either of them!

@GimbleInTheWabe - I wouldn't rely on the symptoms for your last pregnancy tho as when I had DD I was tired and had really tender boobs but with my second pregnancy it was totally different - I was a lot more sick and my boobs only hurt at night. I had no symptoms at all until about 5 weeks anyway - that baby was too poorly so I had to have a TFMR which could be why this was so dramatically different but I've heard a lot of people say their boobs don't get tender after they bf their first baby as they are less sensitive and also with a child already you don't have the luxury of resting where you would have fallen asleep first time around!!

Interesting that you've experienced a mix of symptoms though and definitely true about not having the time to notice every cramp or twinge!! Are you def out this month?

I've had a sore back today.. again could definitely be due to carrying v heavy 13mo in the sling so not reliable at all! But also some cramping and period like pain. Not sure when to expect AF though. Anyway testing tomorrow morning with a FRER which will be 13DPO according to my adjusted cycle so should be a reliable response. Still expecting a BFN though.

@GimbleInTheWabe - Yes I’m out I’m on cd4 my AF started Friday two weeks exactly since my OPK was positive and I’ve got to wait 3 weeks til I’m next due to ovulate as I have a 35 day cycle!! Let us know how you get on with your test fingers crossed for you xxx

Oh gosh that's a long wait @Boo2you. Sounds like you've got a good handle on your cycle though so fx for next cycle.

Was a BFN on the FRER for me this morning so I'm assuming I'm not pg. I'll only test again if AF is late. I'm due on tomorrow according to the app but might leave it until Friday to test if AF hasn't shown up.

Had my results back from bloods and scan at hospital they said that I am ovulating! So the operation I had and PCOS not affecting this at the moment!! Fingers crossed for December!!!

It was a BFN for me and then AF came bang on cue so at least my cycles are back in sync!
At least I can drink and be merry over Xmas with your worrying about people finding out.. every cloud!

Sorry to hear AF came @GimbleInTheWabe but good news re the Xmas merriment!

I'm CD23 9dpo today (AF due in 6 days) and testing BFN. Might have had implantation cramps last night – they were noticeably less mild than the other cramping I've had so far – so I guess if I am pg, I'll need to wait a few more days to know.

Still having very vivid dreams, very mild heartburn last night and this morning, mild nausea, very gassy (burping), bbs heavy (but normal for week before AF), and this morning had weird bits floating in FMU (sorry tmi).

SoNovember wasn't my month! The whole 2ww was very stressful and then upsetting last months as I did think it might have worked. Anyway. New month! Fertile window starts today! I have started a convo 'TTC December 2018' in case there's anyone else needing some support / friendly chat this time month. I'm planning to be calmer about it all this time around, try to relax and busy myself with Xmas as well. Good luck to anyone else having a crack at it this December
