Yesterday's tests think they are bad evaps. As nothing now x

Anita that must have been very upsetting for you. Sending you a virtual hug. Sometimes if you pee too much on them or immerse them for too long you can get horrible evaps.

BLS it hasn't been easy. I have been feeling very teary today. I feel like curling up in a ball and hiding from the world. I understand where you are coming from. That's why I am not going to test too early. It's too painful. We were not trying for a few months before we began TTC properly...I feel like our journey has been going on forever in a way, as we are approaching nine/ten months ourselves if I count the not trying.

Ladies what pregnancy test do you all recommend. I spent ages searching the internet to try to figure out how sensitive the monitor pregnancy tests are. I eventually found out that they are 50 miu, so not very sensitive at all.

Also a BFN here sadly. Still waiting for AF (CD29, 11DPO). Late ovulation this month, my cycle is usually 26/27 days. Temperature dropped so just a waiting game for AF!

@Carastarchild thanks just so bloody gutted I really want a baby again. I feel so down today but always next month hopefully x

@Carastarchild a lot of people use first response 6 days earlier one, I've never used them I always use Sainsbury's or IC then if positive confirm with a clear blue digi x

Sorry to hear that @anitagreen. Try to hold out a bit longer, it might be that the new batch of tests aren't sensitive enough. And I know it's easier said than done, but if it is a bfn try not to stress yourself out too much. Sending you hugs xx

How are you getting on @carastarchild? I'm afraid I have no advice on tests! 11 cycles in and I'm still a poas virgin! Silly AF keeps arriving on the exact date my app predicts, so figure it's a waste of money and heartbreak if I've got no obvious symptoms.

Not done Opks this cycle. BBT app told me ovulation was due yesterday/today, so I won't know for sure until my 3 consecutive high temps, but dtd everyday since Friday. 🙊 Once more for luck tonight and then I'm in the 2ww (I think!)

Sorry about the BFNs today. Hopefully it's just because of easily testing.

@Carastarchild I thought water was helping, well I am sure it is but I'm worried I ovulated early this month. I was getting tiny bits of ewcm amongst watery cm about a week ago and the last couple of days it's been very watery. Cervix was very open yesterday and we dtd then but not for a few days before that. Cervix was even more open today so will dtd again tonight. My app thinks I will ovulate on Thursday though. Going to keep dtd until about a week after that before assuming the egg has definitely gone.

If not pregnant this month I am probably going to try ovulation tests next month. I want a better idea of when I ovulate! With such long cycles it's no fun feeling like we have to dtd every second day or more for so many weeks a month just to be sure!

Tests still negative I'm due on tomorrow really strange felt sick all day long, and have had loads of watery cm never get this at all before a period I'm 12dpo also x

Anita I know how you feel. I'm so ready to be pregnant! I hope AF stays away and you get a BFP! We have to hold onto hope 🙏

London thank you lovely lady. My DH gave out to me earlier for testing when I said I was going to wait. The thing is he doesn't have hormones raging through his body, so I told him not to judge me 😆 He could not argue with that 😛 So did you ovulate? I'm really hoping and praying this is your BFP cycle 🙏

Chiki I would crack up if I didn't have my monitor. I am the type of person that needs to know. I have a slightly posterior presenting cervix so I literally never check if it's open etc. I had loads of EWCM this month. Drinking more water definitely improved my cervical mucus. Lots of trips to the bathroom, but I see it as practice for when I eventually get pregnant 😆😉

I had a nap earlier...well a two hour one 😑. Now I'm wide awake and probably won't be able to go back to sleep for ages. I am definitely not testing tomorrow. I will test on Thursday morning if AF stays away.

@EltzBee I haven't been using either.

I've been feeling so down because we didn't dtd for 3 days in a row and I am worried I ovulated early and we missed our chance this month. But also trying to stay positive and keep dtd later in the month as I am wondering if I actually ovulate much later than I thought. We usually abruptly stop dtd after I think I've ovulated. Had loads of watery cm during the 3 days of not dtd which has gone now so I am not feeling optimistic this month!

@Carastarchild I'm so sorry to hear about the BFN! Did you test with the fertility monitor? You're right, they're not very sensitive. First response early result are the best I think, don't do what I did and accidentally order the rapid results! I got a BFN on an IC (100miu i think) when I tested again a couple of days after my BFP with a first response (I had some that came free with some opks - so silly - but was about 15dpo).

@ChikiTIKI definitely try using opks if no luck this month. It is a bit annoying but saves a lot of stress from not knowing, thinking you've missed it etc. I used the clearblue advanced AND internet cheapies (you can get 30 for a fiver on amazon) and found both to be just as easy and accurate (I used the ICs 3-4 times a day and the CB once-twice a day). If anything the ICs are better because you can see the rise and fall of the surge. I just keep them in my pocket or something and use them directly in the stream for 5 secs rather than dipping them, works fine.

Good morning everyone, AF not due till Sunday but tested this morning and got a resounding BFN. I’ll test again on Monday if no af but I guess I’m out.

So sorry you’re in the same boat @carastarchild and that AF arrived @EltzBee and @anitagreen. Hoping that next month is our month.

Guys try not to get down about the bfn before af is even due. I was 10 days late with dd before I tested positive. Although some can test before af they do say best is to wait until after af is due x

Oh really @BLS1983? I was late before I tested when I was pregnant with my daughter, but I’ve just been so preoccupied with it this time around I wanted to know ASAP. My FRER says that today it’s 96% reliable which is why I’ve given up... maybe a little more hope left though.

I will wait and see, just not getting my hopes up now I suppose.

Still nothing today had loads of watery cm yesterday all day long, felt sick my boobs are still hurting for me and no af so hoping I just ovulated late and I'm pregnant, might get a test later on. Not getting nothing on ic x

Hi there. We haven't tried yet but will start tonight! Get married in a month though so not sure it's a sensible move but i dont want to wait any longer! My app says I ovulate in 4 days so I guess we should start tonight? Also been taking folic acid.
