@Carastarchild oh I hear you with the work probs. My work is quite annoying at the moment. There is a bullying culture at my organisation sadly. I also think I am not cut out for working for other people!! Lol. I suppose we spend so much time with our colleagues it's difficult to get along with them all the time.

Your boss sounds rubbish, a bit like our big boss who's always swanning off to conferences and promising the earth, while the rest of us work our arses off!! It's a bit like nailing jelly to a wall! @chiki @londonkez work can get you down can't it and takes up such a lot of time

Is anyone doing anything fun for Valentine's? DH and I are going out for dinner with my mum on Saturday. Not v romantic but there's a special tasting menu on at the village hotel which looks yummy and I haven't seen mum for a while. Just hope we don't cramp the other couples' style, as most of them are on the hotel's romance package 😉 Xxx

My husband took me and our toddler on a date a week or so ago, we never do valentines on the day. I haven't got him a card.....

Ah ok @LondonKez I forget where everyone is up to these days as I think we are all at the same point in our cycles and then I get AF on CD 13 lol !

My guess is I will start my 2ww when a few in our group are finishing theirs.

Emotional rollercoaster 🤞🤞🤔🤞🤞

Hi everyone, I’m checking back in after a quite start to the new year. We sold our flat in Scotland and moved back to England and in with my in-laws whilst we house hunt so life has been pretty full on.

I’m unfortunately still not pregnant. Pretty devastated by that at the moment, I’m feeling pretty defeated and defective, but hopefully that will change soon. I’ve been trying hard not to think about it, but actually think having some support and company from people who are going through this is probably just what I need.

I hope you’re all well? Does anyone have any good news to share? x

Hi @Carastarchild no not yet although I tested with another frer this morning and line slightly darker. I started on the monitor late so it's all screwed up and if I try to test it shouts at me to take the test out as it's too early lol. Think I'll try again tomorrow but assuming it will tell me when I'm allowed to test. I have a cb dig to use and if monitor doesn't let me tomorrow I'll probably cave and use that :-).

@LauraPalmersBodybag hugs hun. It's so hard. I was trying for 14 months and even now I'm feeling scared to tell dh in case it's too soon but going to tonight.

It will happen for you. Just breath and remind yourself our bodies are made for this. Baby dust to you xx

@38notcounting your husband sounds like mine 😂 we don't celebrate valentines day and I commented on never having received flowers from him in our 10 years together. His response was 'you've never bought me any and yiu don't hear me complaining'. I laughed - harsh but fair! 😂😂😂

@BLS1983 I'm month 13 (cycle 15 ttc/cycle 7 temping) so can imagine how excited, nervous and surprised you must be! I am so happy for you 😘💜

In real life it's always such a blow finding out someone you know is pregnant, but knowing everyone's stories here I always find myself so excited by line pictures! Xx

I am on cd25, still no AF but same cramps/nausea as usual 😭 At least AF arriving soon will mean I'm back to normal after that 5wks on the pill.

Also a little bit upset that DH keeps telling ppl we're trying. I've told no-one because I don't want people to start expecting an announcement, or asking me, but it's gonna really get me down if people start asking or looking for "clues" and it takes ages. This whole thing is already stressful enough without other people involved!!

(Although obviously I've told everyone on this group, but that's fine right 😉)
