Thread two for TWW begins...stop me POAS every day!

@LondonKez felt really low today. Sounds so pathetic when you say it out loud and my DH does try to understand but he doesn't really.
Boobs still very sore but I'm convinced it's just post-ov and pre-AF. Natural Cycles throwing a curve ball and moving my dates by a week has completely confused me to what is going on when so I'm completely in the dark.
What about you?

Totally understandable @MrsLBear. I think as supportive as they are, it's always harder for us than our OH's. Our emotional involvement is so much higher - it's constantly on our minds throughout the cycle, not just FW or AF due date. Our hormones don't give us the option to switch off. How are you today? I hope the weekend has helped x

I'm ok, ovulation is today/tomorrow for me. Trying to distract myself as much as possible, but it's so hard! x

Hi all I am actually feeling all over the place... nervous, excited, upset, emotional,...the list goes on.... I am 11dpo... definitely not testing until 15dpo

How is everyone else... I am out Christmas shopping, so I will update the stats when I get home.

Strangely feeling a bit better today thank you - in terms of not being so sad about it all. Friday was a low day but we saw friends last night (who are also TTC) and was nice to just vent and get stuff off my chest.
I'm 9 DPO I think and have had really bad period like pains today and one big cramp which sounds so silly but I ran to get pain killers straight away cos I thought the witch was coming but still nothing... I'm expecting it overnight now which is fab cos I get really really really bad pains.
Still got sore boobs though and they do normally go before AF comes but hey what is normal when AF is involved! She likes to mess with us all just for fun!!

@Carastarchild fingers crossed for you!!!! How have you been feeling? Your so good waiting till 15 DPO. I had one FRER left and I had a crazy moment Friday and did it after I already got a BFN on IC when I knew it wouldn't be especially as I would have made Friday 7 DPO (despite app saying I'm 14DPO which I now actually think is complete BS) x

@carastarchild we’re in a similar wait...I’m 10 dpo and today had a tiny bit of pink cam when I wiped. Working to keep myself sane, I’m trying to assume AF is coming and I’m spotting like last month. Due on Thursday so I might test Friday if no sign.

Hello ladies. Hope you are all well. Having taken a break from thinking about ttc too much I've realised how stressed out it made me so this month we have a different tactic ......bd every other day until af arrives! :-). I'm exhausted already haha xx

@MrsLBear, I hope your symptoms settle down (or at least get a bit less painful!) and that it means something good is happening 😁 Really wish our bodies did the same each month so that it'd be a bit less confusing for us all!

@38andcounting haha yeah my DP is still using the sauna every day, and that is literally the only change he actually needed to make 😅 I think I will get a bit more militant when/if the months roll on without a BFP.

I am feeling totally different to last month, but not really in a promising way. Currently cd20 and feel like all my hormones are dead - had less cm generally this month, no ewcm, no ov pains (apart from nipples!) and now not feeling anything hormonal at all! This time last month I was all crampy and emotional. Probably just my body adjusting as it is only month 2 off the pill bit just feels a bit disappointing like I'm already out 🤔 Still just gonna keep acting as if I'm on course - cutting sugar, alcohol etc as you never know!! Xx

@Londonkez it is great to have wedding planning as a distraction 😁 We are getting married early next year so only a few months to go. A little bit stressful atm but I'm telling myself that at least getting BFNs will have one positive in that I can fit into my dress!! Congrats on your engagement too! Have you started planning yet? Xx

I have been a distaster keeping up with you all. I am really sorry. My DH is back since late last night, so at least I have some help around the house. I can never again say he doesn't do anything in the house 🙄

I am 13dpo today, well thereabouts as I didn't start using my monitor on time. I tested with the machine on Sunday, 11 dpo, and got this, see attached picture. Don't know if it's something to get excited about and I didn't until I showed DH and he could see it too. The clear blue advanced fertility pregnancy tests are 50miu, so not sensitive really. I am going to test in the morning and I am scared...scared of a BFN again. I have a twin pack of FRERs and a twin pack of clear blue digital with the how many weeks indicator. Don't know which one to use....

Reading back now and updating the stats x

@Carastarchild I've been thinking of you today and glad to hear your update.
I see the line too and it looks blue not just like a shadow.

Will have my fingers crossed for you in the morning. This looks very promising. Hope you're coping with all the feelings these feint lines bring! Good that your husband is back home now. Please let us know how you get on xxxx

Thanks Chiki! I am so so nervous. I had a line like this before and it disappeared when I tested again. I had very bad cramps though that cycle, which thankfully I don't have this time. I am taking 200 mg of cyclogest, so that could be making all the difference. Enough about me, how have you been feeling? Did you ring the doctor or make an appointment? I really hope you are feeling better x

AF arrived as expected this morning, so on to cycle 2 for me. If my calculations are correct, I'm due my BFP on Christmas Day [santa]! So either I'll have just received some amazing news or I'll be able to partake in some sparkles with everyone else (in which case DH will be driving us home). It's win win!

@PineappleC my DH had exactly the same reaction as yours to AF "oh, didn't it work then", as if it's that simple! Hope it's your month and that the odd non-symptoms are a good omen. Enjoy the wedding planning (if it's not too stressful). My wedding was amazing. I felt like I was floating on a cloud the whole day and nothing would phase me. Just remember that all the little things don't really matter as long as you and DHTB have a fantastic day.

I am sorry to hear that 38andcounting fx that Santa Claus will deliver a BFP! I went to the loo not too long ago and I had some spotting again. Put it this way I will be incredibly shocked in the morning if I get a BFP. I just don't feel it will happen...is it fear, perhaps, but the morning will tell all. Why it has to be so hard to get pregnant actually bewilders me.

@Carastarchild I know everyone's different but this time around, lack of cramps was a good sign for me right before the BFP.

I am ok thanks, having a bad day today (work stress and spotting worries) but tomorrow will be better. Phoned yesterday to see a GP, they offered an appointment today but I had to change it because I don't like the doctor they assigned me (she didn't ask me how I was feeling my 6 week post birth appointment which is the main reason for the appointment, and I had severe PTSD. She also informed me she was going to examine me, didn't ask, and I agreed, then she gave me a really rough examination including of my back passage without warning. AND even though we had already discussed contraception and I had said we were going to use condoms, she asked me if I wanted my husband to get a vasectomy!! Not even something the NHS would do for a man under 30 who had only just had their first child) so, sorry for the rant!! I have an appointment next Tuesday after work.

I will ask for referral for an early scan as had more spotting today. Just want confirmation that there's an alive little baby in there, as at the moment I just don't believe it.

I'm only temping and not using OPKs. I think I ovulated yesterday, but it'll take a few days to confirm, so I'm now in the tww.

Chiki some doctors just do take the ! Wtf 😲 Stick to someone that understands you and who is supportive of you. I really try to let things at work go over my head in terms of stress. It's not worth it! Fx you get an appointment asap just for your own peace of mind x

Londonkez great to hear from you! Congratulations on ovulating! Fx you get your temp rises to confirm ovulation. I really hope December will be kind to you! I can't temp because I have to drop my husband to work some mornings at 5.50, which would mean having to wake up every morning to temp before that.

Due today and because I got a negative I have to stop taking the cyclogest. I will know more by tonight as without the cyclogest if AF is coming I will start bleeding.
