So I’m currently on day cycle 12 not due ovulation yet but I should be in a few days! Trying for my second is anyone else wants to join this tread to talk about TTC come on over.
I have been tracking my cycles for a few months now but we are only trying from this month.
Please feel free to share your TTC story xx

I'm currently in my tww and making myself a bit crazy. Never been like this before 😂

I'm using Ovia to track and according to the app my predicted period should be starting next Saturday, making it a 30 day cycle. Mine are usually 28-30 so I figured I'd try taking one of those early detection tests. Not a good idea haha.

It was BFN and I'm feeling very discouraged, but trying to tell myself it's probably way too early to tell.

I'm using ovulation sticks,but not expecting to ovulate until next week. Just want to make sure I don't miss it!
I've been doing my maths wrong the last couple of months as didn't realise you start counting the 1st day of period when it's bright red, not before!

I'm using the clue app to track, it seems to do the Job!

Anyway, I seem to have the beginning of cystitis so hoping to get rid of that quickly 🙄 I don't want to DTD with it, but don't want to miss another month!

@Rightnow1245 to be honest I think it usually drops gradually, not in such a leap then I get af or I get af and then it drops. I reckon I ovd when the app says as I had a small amount of pain. Ive has some cramps and then had some spotting a couple of days ago, pink and then brown, just when I wiped, nothing today so far though. App says AF due Tuesday and the app is usually accurate, but I’m still getting some cramping. Who knows! Everything is heightened when you want positive hpt. What cd are you on now?

@bunhead34 I think I’ve been doing it wrong too! I usually have one day just spotting/really light then a few days normal bleeding and the last day is really light. Should I be counting from the first day of real bleeding?

@MrsMcNtobe apparently you should only start counting when it's bright red and enough to fill a pad/tampon.
Last month I had about 7 days of dark brown (old) blood before the red, and counted it as my period 😖 so must have missed ovulation completely!!
There's so much to learn with this baby making stuff 😂

I have convinced myself I can't have children because of previous irregular cycles. But my fingers are crossed every month! Two new babies in the family are making me so desperate for my own little bundle!

Hi @rightnow, CD11 here, usually ovulate on CD's 16-17 so I'm looking to inseminate next weekend with our donor. So count me in!

Hey ! This is our first month ttc #3! Happened first month with #2 so hoping it'll happen quickly again this time . I got my positive opk today so have everything crossed for a bfp in a few weeks time ! Baby dust to all 😁

So after necking several lemsip, much Pepto bismol, and also going for the hat trick by using antihistamines too yesterday evening I got my BFP.

Thunderstruck doesn’t cover it. Desperately hoping to get through the first 12 weeks successfully as this hasn’t been the case in the past.

@PaulHollywoodsSexGut wow congrats, that's incredible. Lol were you being sarcastic about the meds or are those supposed to help?

They are the meds you’re 100% not supposed to take when pregnant and I’m a bit twitchy to tell the truth but I’m going to have to think positive else...what’s the point?

I did test on CD30 out of a 32 day cycle and it came back BFN.

Two days and many tests later; BFP. Mental.

@PaulHollywoodsSexGut It's gotta be fine. I know so many women who were out doing god knows what in their TWW because they had no idea they were up the duff. If you were born in the 80's and before chances are your mum smoked and drank throughout pregnancy as they had no idea it was so bad.

So I’m sure I will be ovulating soon.. in the next few days anyway! I’m DTD every other day, will that be enough of should I be doing it everyday?

Rightnow1245 - sadly I’m back to CD1 today, it was af on the way. Fingers crossed for you . Am going to get myself some Ovulation strips this month to support the temping and see if that helps!

@Rightnow1245 I'm doing every other day too, I hope it's enough!
I plan on doing every day for a few days when the ovulation tests give me a smiley face

I've got a bladder infection now tho, so hope that doesn't mess with things 🙄

AF due sometime towards the end of the week (Thursday-Friday) and I am trying to resist all urge to not POAS!!

I'm so spotty at the moment and not like me to be spotty at all! Keep telling myself to stop being silly / overthinking and just wait but it's so hard😩😩

Hi all! I'm new to this. I'm 27, ttc #1 and this is our first official month trying. I'm 2-3 dpo (AF due on 20th) but have only been using Flo and Clue to track! I feel like there's so much to learn when trying to conceive that I didn't even know about! Hopefully I get a bfp, if not will try OPKs and other stuff I've read about..

Hi all, I’m due AF on Saturday and on month 2 of TTC baby number 2. My first is 16 months and it took a long time to have her so I’m hoping it doesn’t take as long to conceive another! That said, in the end, she was conceived during a month when we only DTD once!

I’m trying not to symptom spot but it’s hard! I’ve got a weird red itchy patch of skin on my neck, last week I felt a bit crampy as if AF was coming and yesterday I felt ill but just in a ‘feeling odd’ way - which was my first symptom when I was pregnant.

notabumpjusttoomanybiscuits it’s so hard not to symptom spot just try and hold out until day of missed period 😊 I know it’s hard.. how long have you been TTC?
Welcome Abzi91 hopefully you won’t need the opk but I do think they are a good idea because my sister wasn’t using anything for months and she was missing her ovulation date by a week due to the app.. first month of using the opk she got her BFP 😊 I think that happens to a lot of people but hopefully the app is spot on for you 🤞🏽
Hi Kitsandkids we are also TTC #2 our DS is 13months old everyone thinks we are a little crazy wanted another so soon! If you are having the same symptoms as last time it sounds positive 😊 are you usually quite regular with your AF?

I know @Rightnow1245 it's so hard not to symptom spot, cruel wishful thinking! Going to hold off for as long as possible but I don't think it's the month!

It's the first month of trying for us so we would be incredibly lucky if I have conceived! So not beating myself up about it. We haven't been massively safe over the last year or so but decide to try properly recently!

I didn't realise you only had a couple of days to actually make one so this is all new and confusing! Don't think I will OPK though and just dtd lots next month!
