I have recently come off cerezette and haven't had a period for years so no idea when to expect one!

Hi @jq28! It took me about three weeks to get a period after stopping but I know it varies hugely

@Crossfitgirl I love your essays 😂 I'm not one for being succinct either....
Few people chatting about BMI. Just want to say that I think that BMI is total rubbish a lot of the time and doesn't take different body shapes types into account. You know in yourself if you're overweight or not. I'm within the healthy weight section but only by the skin of my teeth - couple more pounds and I'd be overweight BMI. But I'm a size 10, small waist, I exercise and I eat well (most of the time...) I just have a lot of junk in the trunk plus big boobs, they must be the extra stone!

@Delilah7 sorry you're feeling a bit rubbish too. I have had a few small twinges of cramps but no major ones so not sure what is going on? 🤷🏼‍♀️ How are you feeling? Are you getting normal af cramps?

Cycle 8! 6 days past AF (not great with the short lingo!) ovulate between now and the next three days! Trying every other day this time! Crossing everything! DH is starting to feel unwell so hoping I can get at least two more times out of him! (Is that mean!!)

@Flapjackered what's your latest?

@jq28 I was on a similar one to you. I came off December and have ovulated the last 4 months that I can tell. My periods came back quiet quick but my body took a while to work properly. Good luck

@MrsC87 I can give you a summary of what I have been given if you like? There is a lot of info on where you can get nutrients etc from that are needed. I’m not being super strict but have tried to make sure I’m getting my 5 a day taking folic acid and cut out sugar and reduced my caffeine intake

@CrystalBlaze - hi lovely! I am 12dpo which is normally AF day but no show so far. Got a definite bfn yesterday (boo hiss!) so think I am out. A temp rise this morning though has given me a glimmer of hope as I normally get a dip below cover line on 12dpo. I have once got af on 13dpo though so maybe just AF playing silly buggers with me! Acht who knows!

@purplestar9 I had a lot of cramping Friday afternoon/ evening would have definitely thought I was out but @ChaosMoon said she had the same! Keep the faith it could've a good sign! 🤞

@RanchoRelaxo @FlapJackered still plenty of time for those bfp to appear, I thought by this time mines would be much stronger but 🤷‍♀️

@Flapjackered you are definitely not out till AF shows my love. I have just looked at my app and I didn't get a bfp till 13dpo. And had bfns before that. Not even a hint of a line.

How are you feeling in yourself?

All good here. I feel very well and DP keeps telling me I look radiant, bless him. Waiting for that all to be obliterated when I start feeling crap in the next couple of weeks though.

DEFINITELY don't go @ttcat32 we love you and want to hear all about your pregnancy journey. We are all sticking together now!

@CrystalBlaze really? Oh god I am going to start hoping again now! Will test again tomorrow if temp is still up.
I am not really that crampy but sore boobs and a bit nauseous. Who knows!? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had sore boobs too. But it was actually on and off in the first couple of weeks so I veered between thinking 'maybe...' to 'definitely not'. Keeping everything crossed for you!

@Flapjackered I'm only 5+2. Time is going so bloody slowly. Think we are going to tell our parents next week. It's still early but I'm not sure I can keep it to ourselves any longer!

@MrsReader how's your DH now the news has had some time to sink in?

I'm glad everything's going smoothly and no nausea so far @CrystalBlaze I have everything crossed that it stays that way. I feel like a big ball of rubbish but hey ho. 😊

Oh god, I went and stupidly did a test now with a B&M cheapy and there is the faintest of faintest lines 🙈 but the test flooded a bit so may well be an evap line.
How do I tell if it is or not?
I tried to take a picture but it's not focusing well enough to see it.
Gahhh I should have waited until tomorrow!! Now I keep on staring at it! 😂🙈
