@sunshine1987 I'm trying to wait but it's a daily battle! I technically could test now but think that i wouldn't believe it either way, oh it's just to early or oh no it's a false positive as so early. The madness of ttc!

I have just booked a 20 minute consultation for acupuncture as it's meant help anxiety and it is thought that it helps you to conceive. Has anyone had acupuncture and what are your thoughts? Thanks

@ttcat32 how many days are you? I remember last cycle it being such a battle and I was convinced I was pregnant too. Then was annoyed at myself for weeing away £7 early lol x

@Rach142 I've got my first hour long acupuncture appointment on Thursday 👍 Decided to go for it because the WHO acupuncture guidance document (the world health organisation and not the 60's rock icons 😉) says that there's evidence that acupuncture helps with female fertility - that's good enough for me!

Spoke to some lovely ladies on another thread who have been having it and they're very positive about it. It's supposed to be very relaxing and costs less than a massage/facial, so even if we don't get pregnant at least we'll be chilled about it 😂 Needles apparently go in forehead above the nose, toes and shins, but I guess I'll see for myself on Thursday. I'll report back to you 👍

@sunshine1987 I know... I promised myself I wouldn't get too excited about possibly being pregnant this month, as it's only cycle 1 and my body's still fixing itself after coming off the pill, but I can't help it!

@sunshine1987 I'm 10dpo have no symptoms other than some cramps yesterday so pretty sure it's not my month. AF due Wednesday so I'll see how long I can hold out, trying to wait till Monday and then if nothing I won't unless late x

I’m 25 ttc#1 Cycle 1 I’m around 6do and AF is due 2nd Sept. thought we DTD enough but zero symptoms so just waiting for AF really.

Wow! I'm currently out with the girls at a bottomless brunch so I will catch up with everyone and will respond to you all later! I'm pre-ov and hoping to be tipsy enough to rock DH world later as I got my first smiley face on the clear blue OPK today! First month using them!

Been trying from June so 3rd month!

Stopped my pill in May, had withdrawal bleed then AF came when it should have so been pretty regular cycle around 32 days. However this month when I thought I was ovulating just going by Flo app there was no sign all negative OPK but the week before I had a lot of EWCM and jusy thought nah couldn’t be way too early but now I’m not sure!!

I'm 35. Got my BFP last month and now spending all my time in a semi-comatose state! This will be DC1.

@Crossfitgirl I loved what you said in another post about exercising while TTC and while pregnant. I just wish I didn't lack the energy to do more than 5 minutes at a time!

@ttcat32, cramps don't necessarily mean anything. Had them before my bfp and pretty much every day since. Got my fingers crossed for you, and for everyone else in the 2ww.

@Kileah18 welcome! I dread to think what you have seen, this group is not for the faint hearted 😂 we don't believe in tmi and will quite regularly admit to forcing seducing our our half's in pursuit of the swimmers!

I'm another silent viewer, not really knowing what to say but would love to join in.
I'm 31, ttc child 1 and on cycle 2.
Didn't really try hard last month but on cd8 today and going to give smep a go!
Not sure myself and hubby have the energy but will give it a good go! Starting tonight
Is anyone else following smep at the moment? How's it going?

@MrsC87 I'll keep your parts in my prayers, you're going to need it, SMEP is a complete and utter shagathon lol. We did it this month, currently on 6DPO so waiting to see if it works lol x
