I need some of your positivity 😩 I'm in a crazy amount of pain right now, if it gets worse I'll probably go to a hospital. No idea what's happening because there's barely any bleeding now

I’m now CD10, and following SMEP to the letter. I did an OPK earlier but left it too long beforehand I checked the result so will retest. Assuming it will be too early anyway.

Feel like an absolute twit and I know it's way too early at 5DPO to feel anything but my stomach feels like I've done shit loads of crunches this evening and well, I'm not that into exercise. Had cramps past couple of days and pains in my boobs, why are our bodies cruel and play tricks on us?!

@Delilah7 same Hun, have had cramping since late afternoon more like a mild burning sensation than aching but pretty sure AF on the way. That's what I get for complaining about waiting!

Hi all, sorry I've been visiting family. The pain got unbearable and I was going to go to hospital, but then I lay down and managed to have a nap, and it's slowly died down. I'm feeling okay now, I don't think I've bled much... thankyou for all the messages, I'm going to see how I feel tonight. Will update you all in the morning xx

Just tested and bfn 😢 I had such a vivid pregnancy dream too, so just got to wait for AF to turn up now and on to the next cycle.

@MrsM2017 don't worry, I'm not a huge drinker and have stopped drinking at home since TTC, but I've had a few blow outs with my friends, you can't deny yourself every fun thing in life before BFP plus it would be mega obvious if I refused a drink! Don't want everyone gossiping until I'm actually pregnant.

Couple of people asked about mindfulness- just type pre pregnancy meditation into YouTube. There's a lot of utter garbage so you need to filter, I thought one from a channel called Mamababylove is good and a non pregnancy one called 'let go of anxiety, fear and worries.' Found one that sucks as it's just a video of a happy pregnant woman for 40 minutes with music - how's that going to help my head???!! @Crossfitgirl Moved in about a month ago 😃

@Crossfitgirl we did every other day during the flashing until solid then did three times in a row, we were following SMEP x

@daisiesandpeonies ooh that's still all very new and exciting then! Have you settled in ok? I'm just waiting for the new house to show as SSTC on rightmove... don't want anyone else swooping in! Not sure when that will happen... maybe once we've had our mortgage approved? We only put the offer in on Thurs morning so it's early days lol.

@sunshine1987 thank you! We've managed twice the past week already, so I will initiate today and given it's bank holiday weekend maybe every day! Just debating whether to tell DH it's "time" or not, he did agree to try properly this month but I still think I might get away with just initiating and he will probably clock anyway :-)

@delilah7 you gonna test again tomorrow to see if the line gets stronger? I think you are pregnant you know. Same as valid. I just have a feeling.
