Starting 2ww once again! Who's with me?

Looks like another 2ww for me, anyone else just Starting? I'm only 2DPO so still 12 days to get through!

Age - 25
TTC #2
Cycle 5
CD 16 on a 27 day cycle (usually)
Only 2 DPO
AF due 25th July

Finally a positive opk today on CD 19!! 🙌🏼 Ovulation here I come!! 😂 waited just over 2 weeks for this so surely my 2WW should be a doddle 🙄 yeah, I know, fat chance!!! 😂

Pleased I have someone at the same stage in cycle as me @purplestar9 I’m getting very jealous of everyone already well into there 2WW

@MissNena we can stick together! I didn't ovulate until CD22 so my cycles are now around 5 weeks instead of 4!

@purplestar9 judging from the opk I should be having approx another 33day cycle same as last month. I had a Mirena coil for the last 8/9years with no AF at all and I honestly can’t remember how long my cycles were before that. I know that AF in general has changed, days and flow etc. but don’t know if that is due to being nearly 10years older. I feel as though I am a teenager starting all over again. Lol.

Any tips for surviving the 2ww? I feel the more that the months go by the sloooooower it gets. How do I get through the next WEEK?

@MissNena it's hard isn't it. My last 2 cycles were 34 and 33 days. Based on ovulation this cycle might even be 35! I was on the pill for 11 years and you just kind of get used to the regularity of it! I hate the unknown of 'natural'! Haha.

8 dpo today and I've been quite busy lately so not been thinking too much about it which is good but how is it still only 8 dpo?!?! Hurry up 😭😭

@alicepol when are you testing??

@8daysaweek I'm saying to myself I wont start testing until Monday which will be 12dpo but I reckon i will probably start Saturday realistically haha! Although I'm busy at work all weekend so I might not have time to think about it.
When are you testing?

I'm gonna test on Saturday. According to FF I will be 7dpo but I could be 9dpo. I don't mind using my internet cheapies stupidly and won't be disappointed when (not if!) it's negative.

I waited to test last month and actually seeing a negative at 11dpo is horrible because you lose all hope instantly. At least at 9dpo you can convince yourself you've still got a chance but slowly come to the realisation it's not your month. That's my logic lol.

See that's good thinking! I like that logic! I have 10 ICs so I'm just gonna use them and start soon!

7-8 DPO here and I’ve got a weird tummy this morning, but I think that might be because I had toast for breakfast and so it’s gas.

On a separate note (and possibly TMI) me and DH were DTD last night and when we changed to him behind it felt like he was banging against my cervix and was painful so we had to stop. Anyone else experienced that? Google tells me it might be because of where I am in my cycle and the cervix gets lower towards the end?

Funnily enough during ovulation I had that once. Which was weird because I thought when you O your cervix should be high. O has been confirmed with BBT so I don't know what that was about.

No it doesn't make sense for it to happen during ovulation at all which is why I found it odd. So really there may be no rhyme or reason to it!

Anyone else jonesing for POAS?

8-9 DPO today (I’m thinking probably more likely 8) and now it’s getting close to a time where it could show on a test I’m getting inpatient, but know it’s not quite worth it yet.

How is everyone else getting on?

11dpo af due tomorrow so will test Sunday if she’s not here.

I’m in a really crap doom and gloom mood. I really don’t think we’ve done enough this month - only dtd 2 and 1 days before ovulation so quite pessimistic.

7-8dpo and dying to test!! I'm testing with a cheapie tomorrow. I know it'll be super early but I'm doing everything in my power to not test today so no way will I resist tomorrow!

Took a IC today on 9 dpo and BFN obviously!

I just feel so emotional. I get so excited after I’ve ovulated but the closer it comes to testing my anxiety hits the roof and I feel so depressed. I just want to cry.

I am having a total downer day today too. Myself nor my toddler are even dressed I just don't have any drive to get on with it. My brother has just text me to see if we wanted to do something so I'm jumping at the chance as this day is dragging. Time is literally standing still as I'm waiting to test.

halfblood and alicepol I’m in exactly the same boat. DTD day before +OPK and day off so that was probably 1 and 2 days before ovulation.

Am trying to hang out till Sunday when I’ll be at least 10DPO and will be expecting AF. Ideally I’ll wait till Monday if I can hold on.

Think I’m out - got awful cramps and back pain so have a feeling af is on her way. Having an early night with my hot water bottle 😩
