@MrsGS76 my 2nd AF after Mc was also only 3 days long- very strange! But seems to have been normal! I think our bodies just need a bit of time to regulate!

@KnitKitty wow! Wow! I see a line too! Try and stay calm (haha) and test again in a couple of days Fx for you!!!!

MrsLCW · 30/05/2018 10:54

@MrsGS76 I take the pregnancy ones rather than pre-conception so I'm hoping that's ok? X

KnitKitty · 30/05/2018 10:59

Thanks all, I'm surprised any of you can see the line in those terrible pics because even I'm struggling to, but it's definitely there IRL.

I've calmed down a bit now. Trying not to count my chickens. Will test again on Saturday or Sunday I think.

zarala · 30/05/2018 11:13

@KnitKitty haha don't you know you're talking to professional squinter spotters over here!

MrsGS76 · 30/05/2018 11:30

Thanks @zarala and @MrsLCW , just had a little panic about AF and vitamins but this has reassured me x

Mistymeow · 30/05/2018 11:31

Thanks for the suggestions!

@zarala interesting that your doctor suggests the aspirin. I may look into this a bit more. Thanks for providing your list!

RedRobin7 · 30/05/2018 12:16

@KnitKitty that's definitely a line!! 🤞🤞 If you're anything like me you're not going to be patient enough to wait until Saturday or Sunday!! 🤔

Really hope this all works out for you! It's my FW next week so I hope I'm not too far behind you!

PassTheAfterEights · 30/05/2018 12:30

Hi all! Scheduled a big thread catch up for later today but just wanted to wave hello, hope the back end of May is treating everyone kindly.

OPK's turning worlds upside down here; FW started early and ovulated between yesterday and this morning at least two days ahead of when the apps thought I would.

DH was out the door at 0630 in full wet weather gear destined for the Cotswolds just as the static smiley formed... had to ask permission to leave his walking boots on for three whole minutes of his finest work. If anyone can beat us for romantic TTC bonks, consider the gauntlet laid down.

DaisyMay25 · 30/05/2018 12:33

@PassTheAfterEights hahaha omg that killed me! Who said romance was dead?!

YellowDaffodils86 · 30/05/2018 12:41

@KnitKitty i see a line. Try to stay calm, you cant change the outcome at this point, so breathe and re test at 12/13dpo. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🎉

@rdm10 i think the ibuprofen will be ok.

@sweetpea0318 i know what you mean. Pregnant ladies and newborns everywhere!

@zarala that's interesting thanks

@MrsGS76 i carried in taking my pregnancy ones, even my midwife said i could. I do plan to switch to conception ones after they are done. But im not sure if i really need to.

YellowDaffodils86 · 30/05/2018 12:43

@PassTheAfterEights thats ttc dedication.
That story is one of the best!😂

Lilimum4 · 30/05/2018 12:56

@PassTheAfterEights omg that post has made my day lol was feeling proper down as fw starts today and hubby is away but I'm smiling ( didn't think that would happen today) so thank you.

To all you lovely ladies sending magic baby dust and sticky bean glue your way

RedRobin7 · 30/05/2018 12:59

@PassTheAfterEights I have also just smiled for the first time today!! Had to show my DH your comment to prove that this is the TTC life and not just us who are unromantic 😂😂 Thanks for the lols 😁

zarala · 30/05/2018 13:05

@PassTheAfterEights hahaha gives another meaning to getting some bootie ! 😂
Sounds quite hot haha

sweetpea0318 · 30/05/2018 13:11

Hahaha brilliant! @passtheaftereights

Lilimum4 · 30/05/2018 13:12

I have a TMI question.

What time of the day should I be checking my cm for ewmc and I understand it should be clear and stretchy like eggs but mine seems to have a slight pink look to it is this bad?

zarala · 30/05/2018 13:32

@Lilimum4 mine is all day! So don't think there's a certain time
The pink maybe ovulation bleeding ah uh is quite common after mc

Lilimum4 · 30/05/2018 13:39

@zarala thanks I've never noticed it before. But then I'm experiencing a lot of things I never had before my mc

MrsGS76 · 30/05/2018 13:55

@YellowDaffodils86 thanks, glad others are using the pregnancy ones. They were 3 for 2 at boots so I bought a few! NHS offer the free ones but they only contain folic acid, Vit A and vit C .

@PassTheAfterEights Hilarious story , definitely one to share with my DH when he thinks he's got it bad having to perform on cue! X

KnitKitty · 30/05/2018 14:23

PassTheAfterEights That's hilarious! And love zarala's suggestion for a new meaning of getting some bootie!!! Haha! Can this be a new thing? GSB!

Murderino · 30/05/2018 14:57

@KnitKitty I was certain I posted earlier that I couldn't see a line - I've looked back and done some zooming and I can see a faint line after all ... universe must've deleted my post because I was wrong! Congrats and fx

@PassTheAfterEights this is too funny, if ever JKS is going to run through your head it's at times like that!

Murderino · 30/05/2018 15:00

@KnitKitty I'm not crazy - it was on the June thread!

Wellthisunexpected · 30/05/2018 15:15

@MrsGS76 it's fine to take the pregnancy ones.

@knitkitty definitely a line! So excited for you.

Lilimum4 · 30/05/2018 15:23

OK is this opk a nearly there or is it positive

Taking a break from lurking to say thank you to @PassTheAfterEights for that gem!

First proper cycle post MC and ERPC back in mid April. DH abroad but miraculously my (booked when PG) visit coincided with flashing smiley and then running out of smiley sticks. In America where a new kit is $60. Cue total meltdown on my part when DH pointed out we could have sex anyway and see - wouldn't actually change when my flight back was, after all - and was told 'what's the sodding point then?' He was not impressed.
