I'm 35 yo
DD is 3yo
Cycle 25 (urgh!!)
Af/bfp due 18th June

After a few months charting and opk-ing, I've decided to chuck it all out and try and dtd every other day. Eek. Only two more cycles until we start ivf in August so crossing fingers we can get a natural bfp before then. Here's hoping!

So excited forceveryone, hopefully lots of good news at the end of the month.
Mrspasaoglu it looks like an idnent to me. I'd wait a couple more days and retest.
7dpo and feeling tired, emotional and sickly on the night. Not getting my hopes up as it could just be a mix of PTSD and IBS, it's tricked me before

@Lookingforhelp123 Regarding early testing... With my first pregnancy I tested two days before AF was due, primarily because I was going away. I was inexperienced - I waited for three minutes and when it was negative, I chucked it away. I came back two days later with AF not showing up, and pulled the test out of the bin out of curiosity... There was a bloody line! And it was not an evap. As DS can attest to! But it was very very faint. With my second pregnancy (which I mc at 9 weeks) I tested the day I was due, and I had, again, an extremely faint line that came up at around 7 minutes. So I don't think I could test very early anyway. In fact, this is making me wonder whether I do ovulate late as a rule and perhaps have a short-ish (but obviously sill viable) luteal phase, which is why my BFPs have both been v v faint to begin with... Anyway, I won't be testing early in the future either I don't think.

@MrsPasaoglu I'm not sure - it doesn't seem to have any colour but it is a clear line. I'd test again tomorrow.

Hi all - seems I'm a little late to the part but can I join?! I'm 33, ttc#2, ds will be 2 next week, on my 2nd ttc cycle. Af due next Sunday and feels like forever away! Great to see the bfp news on here!

Hi @Murphyrocks! We have v similar stats - age, age of DS, and cycles trying! My first cycle trying resulted in a conception though, which I miscarried at 9 weeks. So this is technically my second cycle?! Anyway hope your DS has a good birthday! Mine's is in a few weeks :)

Anyway ladies, something has finally happened on CD 40... I have slight pink spotting. AF arriving? Implantation bleed? Who knows, but I'm just glad that SOMETHING is going on down there as it was starting to feel like groundhog day over here! (Wake up, pee in cup, dip test, see white...) I'm going to celebrate with a bath and ice cream!

I am so scared to test again after 3 BFNs but also terrified to see AF appear.

Been feeling off last night and today. Was nauseous few hrs this morning but can eat ok. Now have weird twinges to the left of pelvic area nearly like ovulation pain but Im 12DPO and due Monday. Keep going to loo expecting AF. Still have ewcm since O 😕

Angel i know what you mean about being scared of seeing another stark white bfn. Maybe wait a bit? Until Sunday? Do you ever come on early? I'm also having dull cramps on my right side, feels like ovulation pains and also on 12dpo (and due on Monday like you). Hopefully it's a good sign? I dont usually cramp for so many days before af arrives.

My spotting has now stopped, was like pink tinged cm that came and went and expected to wake up with early af this morning but nothing. Going to test again shortly with 2mu and I'll report back. Dh having a lie in so the ensuite bathroom with all my poas kit is out of bounds - argh!!

Another vvvfl today, looks fainter than two days ago so not too hopeful. Bfn on frer too! Hate this waiting game!

@CatRen27 I never cramp either until day of af so the twinges are really obvious at min! 🤞its good news for both of us. Had HSG last month so very possibly my cycle has changed abit pms wise?! Yes I have come on early by 3days before so it's possible.

Think I will test with fmu as dh doing errands in morning 🤣 and I might settle before we go on holiday tomorrow evening.

catren the pink spotting sounds v promising. Wait until Monday when AF is due then test again with a FRER.

@catren27 the pink sounds like implantation bleeding, if it is you don’t usually get a bfp until a few days after 🤞

Thanks @catren27! We're having a proper old school birthday party for DS, with sausage rolls and cheese and pineapple and pass the parcel, should be a laugh! I concur with others, that sounds like implantation bleeding in which case it'll take a couple of days for your body to make enough hcg to pick up in the test. Sounds very positive though, how exciting!

Argh CatRen27! I wish it was possible to just know without all this waiting around!

Anyway I got my period this morning. A 41 day cycle for me! Feeling relieved actually because I didn't want to have to head to the doctor if it went AWOL for much longer! Time to order some new opks x

So 13DPO I pee in a cup until DH leaves.

I did a frer on a 90 minute (only) hold this evening and i swear i see something there. I never see anything but blaring white on those things. I tried to take a photo (obvs) but it is so faint i cant capture it. I'll send an update tomorrow of course. Out for dinner tonight so need to watch my wine intake just in case 🤞
