Faint positive or imagining things?

Hi Guys,

So I had my son almost 11 months ago now and been on nexplanon for 6 months. The past week or so I've been extremely tired, overly hungry and my boobs have been mega sore. I did a test earlier and I could see the faintest of faint lines. Could be an indent but I've attached a picture to see what you guys think. It's in black and White to make it easier to see. TIA

I can see a faint line x

peepholepringle · 30/04/2018 19:20

I'm not sure if I can see anything from the angle of the picture. Do you have one of it straight on?

Laurenmclovely · 30/04/2018 20:04

It's super faint but I've used a filter to try and make it stand out more. It's been a few hours since I took the test

Looks positive

Mrstobe90 · 30/04/2018 23:17

I think I see something

Redrosebelle · 01/05/2018 07:39

Can you try and get a clearer photo?

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 07:51

I'm going to take another test this morning to be sure. I'll attach photos

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 10:12

I haven't done it yet. I'm popping out soon to get one!

Honestly? Maybe, maybe not. If you can bear it wait a couple of days and test first thing in the morning. It looks like there's something but it isn't pink so may be evap or just a dodgy test.

lolli18 · 01/05/2018 15:37

Ok looks good!!

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 16:04

Honestly my camera is crap, if you look at it in person there's a faint purple line the same colour as the one in the picture

I can see a faint line, was the photo taken within the time frame in the instructions?

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 16:08

Yes it was

I can see it!

Fingers crossed it's a BFP

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 17:34

Going for a clear blue test tomorrow. Not cheap this business is it!

peepholepringle · 01/05/2018 21:23

I can see a faint line! Good luck @Laurenmclovely

Laurenmclovely · 01/05/2018 21:31

Thanks Peep. I'm just baffled as to how I could be with being on the implant. But then again I fell pregnant with my son on the pill so maybe I'm just one of those people contraception doesn't work for!

So the test I did yesterday was a superdrug test which can detect 10ml of HCG and I got a faint line. I also got it on the first response tests albeit you can only see it when you hold it up to the light. I did clear blue digital and another non digital clear blue and both at negative. Do you think I should get another superdrug one to be sure or wait a few days? If I am pregnant it would be about 3 weeks gone

I found out that clear blue aren't that sensitive and they only detect from 50ml upwards so I went out to get a FR and there's a faint line again! Can I assume that I'm pregnant or should I wait a few days?

I know it's easy for me to say, and I definitely didn't listen to my own advice, but I would try wait a couple of days before doing another test.
Hope you get the result you're after Smile

Are you sure that isn’t the bit of plastic behind the test window that’s showing up when you hold it up to the light?
