Ladies, tell me which app you use to track your cycles please? and why you like them 😊

Boboelephant · 16/05/2018 20:41

Thanks @BabynameEdie. Was just saying to DH it's nice to have all your support whilst waiting to test!
@PassTheAfterEights get in the middle of the huddle hun! 🐧🐧🐧 I'm so sorry. Yep testing tomorrow. Not sure how I feel...

dulwichdays · 16/05/2018 20:59

Congratulations all the new BFP’s today. Best of luck to you all.

@Boboelephant I can totally relate to what you’ve said. I too feel that left behind feeling especially as the months tick by since my MC. I’m also out of sink with a lot of you, coming up to 7DPO and weirdly that makes me feel a little out the loop as well.

This is the first month of taking my BBT - would the chart experts mind taking a look for me? I’ll see if I can attach it....

@Anyday88 I use Ovia. I like the fact I can record lots in there but it's really simple to see the key info without over analysing everything.

Just been skimming through photos as it's DS's Birthday tomorrow and stumbled on a pic I took before my MC, labelled 11weeks. I'd felt confident enough at that point to start taking and recording pics but I had my first bleed of miscarriage less than 24 hrs later. Feels like forever ago now but still brings it all back. Forgot I even had the photo. I don't want to delete it as it's all I have left of the pregnancy but I know it's going to suck seeing that in future.

strawberrye · 16/05/2018 21:04

@PassTheAfterEights oh I'm so sorry hun get to the centre of the huddle

@boboelephant you're not an old cheese in the fridge! I'm still here too! AF arrived a couple of days ago so no fertility cape for me first month after MC. I'm on holiday without DH over my next fertile week as well I think, so unlikely to get a BFP next month too! So I'll cheese away with you Smile

Cakelaur · 16/05/2018 21:23

@dulwichdays you're only a couple days behind @BabynameEdie And @Boboelephant And @YellowDaffodils86 babe!!! Everyone's at different stages. And your chart looks great. Well placed BD!! And temps are on the rise!! I think it looks good so far! When are you testing? 🤞🏻

@Anyday88 I used fertility friend to track bbt temps. I like it cos it's simple and without frills and for £29 a year (ish) you get a complete analysis which I love!!!

@HidCat sorry about the pic and memory. But don't delete it. I always find its good to keep something. I have a little envelope in my bedside table with my scan pic (that had no heartbeat) and the notes from the scan. I also had a bump pic (or a bloat pic haha) and I printed it and put it in the envelope. I never look at it but I like having it there. My MC is very real still and I don't want that baby to be forgotten. But everyone is different.

dulwichdays · 16/05/2018 21:28

Thanks @Cakelaur - it’s good to have someone remind you of that
Glad you think the chart is looking like it should. It’s a relief to know that I’m ovulating and my cycles are back to normal. I’m not planning to test before AF, I personally can’t face the BFN and then not having AF to confirm! Have no FRER in the house so I can’t be tempted!

I like cheese. Bit of Davidstowe on a garlic cracker. 🧀
@Boboelephant ❤️ with a good bottle of red.
🐧's Cheese and Wine party anyone? Xx

😜@zarala - well I did get a bfp but not a real one. No worries babe.

Boboelephant · 16/05/2018 21:33

@dulwichdays you're only 5 days behind me. Hopefully it's our month!! Your chart looks great so far. Lovely high temps and very clear ovulation. 👍
@HidCat that's tough. Big penguin huddle for you too. 🐧
Thanks @strawberrye. #cheeseaway 🤣
@Anyday88 I use ff too. I've also used glow but I don't like it as much since they updated it.

MrsLCW · 16/05/2018 22:21

Hi ladies, I'm new to this site so hope I'm doing this right, but this is my first month of TTC after losing my little girly at 20 weeks back in Feb. This followed from an early MMC back in Aug too.

My hubby and I are both still completely heartbroken, but we now have some answers and plans in place for next time. I won't lie, I have my hopes up for falling pregnant quickly this time round, as it happened first cycle with both other pregnancies... but I'm most likely setting myself up for a fall!

I wish you all the best of luck, and look forward to chatting with you all x

Eastend2015 · 16/05/2018 22:34

@mrslcw welcome, I’m so sorry for your loss and that you find yourself here but we are a friendly bunch. Sending hugs Flowers

Eastend2015 · 16/05/2018 22:39

@boboelephant I’m old cheese too!!

@passtheaftereights you are such a lovely friend. 🐧🐧🐧

@hidcat I have a lot of old pregnancy tests, I wish I had scan pics. 🐧🐧🐧

weasledee · 16/05/2018 22:52

Hi mrslcw, so sorry for your loss....

It's s great group with plenty of advice and a good place to rant if needed :) x

Boboelephant · 17/05/2018 06:43

FFS looks like I'm staying here forever. Another stark white bfn. Dammit!!!!

@mrslcw welcome and I'm so sorry for your loss.

MrsLCW · 17/05/2018 06:53

Thank you all! 3 days until my fertile window starts, should OV next Friday, hubby works away mon-fri so gonna have to squeeze in a mon morning quickly my which I'm sure he'll be gutted about 😂

dulwichdays · 17/05/2018 07:02

@boboelephant - how many DPO are you? Do you know how long your luteal phase is? I know we always say it but you’re not out until AF shows. Don’t forget @cakelaur didn’t get a BFP until 15DPO! X

SerenaOverjoyed · 17/05/2018 07:04

Boboelephant Sorry, that's really unfair. I hate that white empty space.Angry xx

BabynameEdie · 17/05/2018 07:14

@Boboelephant I want to reiterate what @dulwichdays said, some people haven't for bfps until way later than 12dpo, plus each cycle is usually a bit different. You are not out until af arrives, I repeat: not out until af arrives. I'm so sorry though, I know that feeling of stark empty white-ness and it's horrible. Can you do something today to treat yourself? Sending lots of hugs and come to the middle of the huddle if you want 🐧🐧💕💕

weasledee · 17/05/2018 07:23

Hang in there bobo, but you are right, there is nothing whiter than a BFN :(

Pearcrumble · 17/05/2018 07:35

Hello everyone, I am going through my first miscarriage now (early but feel devastated nonetheless), and have a few questions about going forward. Apologies if it's the wrong place to ask do tell me to go elsewhere if need be.

If you feel like answering, when did you start to TTC again? Does the story about higher fertility after miscarriage have some truth in it?

I feel that I don't want to wait too long, for age related reasons mostly, but not sure how I would deal with going through it all again from the hope to the potential of loss.

Sorry for hijacking the thread if it's inappropriate!

SerenaOverjoyed · 17/05/2018 07:35

I'm also in the BFN club today. But it's not over until the fat red lady sings!Smile

Boboelephant · 17/05/2018 07:44

Thanks @dulwichdays. I'm 12dpo and have a 13 day LP so not looking good.
@SerenaOverjoyed thankyou and sorry for yours too. They suck. How any dpo are you?
@BabynameEdie thanks hun. I'm just annoyed at myself as I always do this and then keep my hopes up. So I should just wait until after af to test! If I was like you and that was an implantation dip at 7dpo it really should be showing by now though. I'm going to an ADHD conference today so no treating myself but I guess at least I'll be distracted! 🤣
@Thanks @weasledee. They really are the worst.
@Pearcrumble you're very welcome. Definitely not hijacking! Sorry for your loss. Lots of people here started trying right away. Lots have gotten pregnant within 3 months and lots haven't. So there seems to be no rhyme or reason! Good luck though and we're all here for support.

Cakelaur · 17/05/2018 07:50

@Pearcrumble welcome babe. Sorry you find yourself on this thread. But I promise you've come to the right place.
You'll get very different stories and experiences from each person. I had a missed miss carriage at 8 weeks and surgical management to remove it. I ovulated 3 weeks later (a week later than usual) and period seemed normal straight away. I then fell pregnant again on the third cycle and I'm now 9weeks. I'm one of the lucky ones with the fertility cape. But everyone is different. We started trying again immediately. More out of desperation that anything. I was surprised to fall that quick because it had taken us more than a year to fall pregnant the first time.

Cakelaur · 17/05/2018 07:52

@Boboelephant I'm so sorry you have to look at a bfn this morning. But don't count yourself out just yet. What's your chart done this morning? Any signs at all of AF? Sending massive hugs. I have everything crossed for you!

Cakelaur · 17/05/2018 07:53

@SerenaOverjoyed sorry you had a bfn as well today. What dpo are you?

@BabynameEdie have you tested again?
