Looking for luvely ladies with long cycles who want to swap tips on how to shorten your cycle..doesnt matter how bonkers I ve tried it all !😘

So I made my own post but no one has replied to it hopefully someone can help I had a period about 2 weeks ago and a day or two ago I bled once then stopped same thing this morning g it wasn't a lot but I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for is it implantation bleeding??

How long are your cycles? Some people get an ovulation bleed I've heard

Usually every 28 to 29 days

And I have never bled like this before everything usually is perfect but I have had some very light cramps as well

Honestly I don't know too much but I'd say it's a bit early for implantation bleeding if you're midway through your cycle

@Mrsbotchnarr - have you come off birth control recently? I had spotting mid cycle for a while and the doc said it was likely due to the pill. Probably nothing to worry about but I would get checked out as it can also be a symptom of cervical cancer.

In the gp waiting room for my smear. Shitting myself. Excuse the language. Never sure why I'm so nervous it's the results that worry me not the test itself.

@Aph413 im the exact same the test isnt pleasant but its the wait on the results that r horrible! Treat urself afterwards thats what i alwaya do lol

@FlapJackered i think afs has finally fuckd off soo woohoo for that ive been temping past couple of days on n off, ive not even been drinking my tea or taking my vits past wk tho..thats how down ive been. Looked at acupuncture near where i live not too expensive think i need to give it a go..and pluck up the courage to fone gp thats my 2goals this cycle, need sumthin to push forward with!

I ended up jabbering away to the nurse all the way through. It's just the 6-8 week wait for my results now I'm not looking forward to. She was ever so good at the test itself. Didnt even feel uncomfortable this time, hopefully that's it and I can go back to 3 yearly checks.
We're off to McDonald's for breakfast now so much for healthy eating. Also managed to get my husband to treat me to a new pair of jeans and he's taking me to buy some caravan bits too.

Glad af has finally fucked off thisis I always find it hard to keep on track of vits during af, it's just so miserable.
You should phone the doctors and then book yourself some kind of treat for doing it.

@thisisouryrfx18 wooho! I am so jealous. Still waiting for AF to show up. I think it's going to be a long wait, I don't think I have ovulated this cycle so I have no idea where I am. Although cramping a bit so hopefully that's a good sign. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not convinced this ovulation date is correct anymore. My temperature is dropping like crazy again.
This is ridiculously frustrating, I wish I had a holiday closer than December. I need a break.

@Aph413 sorry to hear that, it's so frustrating isn't it. I get exactly that, temp goes up, I even get positive opks then it plummets the next day. So annoying.

Back to fertility. Temperatures haven't increased at all so I'm pretty sure that was a false ovulation date. Keeping on with my opks though to try and catch it again

Sorry to hear that @Aph413 Did you get a positive opk before that rise? It's so annoying isn't it. I think my body gears up to ov several times in my cycle but doesn't follow through.
