Welcome cup and so sorry you find yourself here....
I had something similar late last year, I also have 2 DC similar ages....
It does get better over time, you just never forget what happened....

As for me, my temps have risen to 37.5 from around 37.2 most of the week and I was due on today?!? Had a BFN last night, no idea what's going on, just waiting for my huge temp drop! Confused

Daffodils86 · 13/04/2018 21:28

@KnitKitty @mrsd1103 @Melamine @Cupofteagarita
Hello, sorry you have found yourselves here, hope you are all doing ok.
Cupofteagarita - sounds similar to me, they found a decompressing empty sac at 6w. Most depressing sentence i have ever heard.

@Cakelaur yey puppy day, how has it gone?

@PumpkinPatch000 welcome to the tww!!

@Boboelephant yes pretty much twins, i could be 6dpo, im not 100% when i ovulated.
Symptoms include - still alot of cm creamy more than ewcm though.
Boobs sore on sides and kind of inside too.
Lots of crampy tingly feelings in uterus are too. How about you?

@BabynameEdie
Hi have found i cant get my words out sometimes and lack a bit of concentration, but maybe im tired.

My high risk job is within a veterinary practice. So i have X-rays, drugs and anaesthetic gases which can cause mc, and heavy dogs to wrestle and lift 😬
Also means i have to inform work as soon as i know so they can keep me safe, no waiting til 12weeks.

To those of you with pregnant colleagues I empathise with you, im so pleased thats one thing I haven't had to face yet.
I do have a colleague that is on maternity who popped in today. She asked how i was and do i have a bump yet. It felt like id been shot!!
However she had a mmc just before her this baby, so was nice having a little chat with someone that understands.

Cakelaur · 13/04/2018 21:42

We've got our pup home!! He pees everywhere!! Hahaha!! I'm literally following him round with disinfectant and paper towel!! Hahaha

Okay well I’m counting myself out now and just gonna wait for af to arrive in about two weeks. Couldn’t dtd tonight as OH’s crohn’s started acting up so he’s very sicky right now and definitely not up to dtd lol. Just accepting that there’s nothing we can do about it this month, he’s gutted too but we’ve both said next month we’re just gonna try so much harder!! Looking forward to next month now Grin
Really hoping to still see BFP’s from everyone else though, fingers crossed!
@Cakelaur you must be chuffed! He’s gorgeous 😍
@Daffodils86 @Boboelephant ooh symptoms sound promising... keeping everything crossed for you both 😊

strawberrye · 14/04/2018 07:08

Feeling quite down this morning ladies. Gave in and did a hpt at 9dpo and it's a BFN. Really thought this month was our month as we were on holiday before I ovulated and lots of BDing at the right time and lots of promising symptoms I thought. I know it's still early to test but feeling a bit deflated Sad

Cakelaur · 14/04/2018 07:18

@strawberrye you're DEFO not out at 9dpo!!! I got a positive at 10dpo last time and didn't get a bfp until 15dpo this time!!! So it can happen.

KnitKitty · 14/04/2018 08:09

Daffodils86 TimeWaitsForNoWoman Claire138 hayleyfx strawberrye Cakelaur PassTheAfterEights Boboelephant Wow, what a lot of support, thank you so much ladies. I'm so sorry you're all going through this too, but I'm so glad to have others here to talk to who know how I'm feeling. I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you all to get BFPs soon.

Boboelephant I really needed to hear that, thank you. And you ovulated 4 days after negative hpt? I didn't realise it could be so quick afterwards! I'll be taking another pg test on Tuesday (three weeks to the day since my surgery). I don't expect AF to turn up for another 3 weeks or so at least.

Hope everyone has a good day today. Thank you again for all of your support and hi to the other newbies on here, sorry to see you here too.

PassTheAfterEights · 14/04/2018 08:11

Good luck today @Boboelephant 💉

PumpkinPatch000 · 14/04/2018 08:25

@Boboelephant Thank you :) it's early days, i'm only 4DPO but feeling surprisingly chilled out at the moment. No doubt i'll be obsessing over counting and symptoms soon though ha Good luck for today!

@strawberrye you're definitely not out yet lovely, i didn't get a BFP until 14DPO and from research i've read that some people don't until 19 or 20 DPO due to late implantation +4/5 days until the hormones start showing. Good luck!

@hayleyfx sorry to hear OH isn't feeling good this month but fingers crossed for you for next month

@Cakelaur ahhhhh your pup is so gorgeous!!! They are hard work to train but totally worth every second. I love dogs, they are incredible.

@Daffodils86 thank you! It's early days today, i'm only 4DPO today. How about you?

@Claire138 thanks so much. How are you doing?

@BabynameEdie i'm only 4DPO today, how about you? I'm feeling so much better! I was worried sick and my emotions were all over the place because I didn't know what was happening and because it all dragged on for 9 weeks it was hard to fully move on from the MC. Feeling more like myself now! How are you?

x

PumpkinPatch000 · 14/04/2018 08:27

So sorry to see a few newbies on the thread. Sending my love Flowers. The people on these boards are incredibly supportive and I hope being on here helps you as much as it has helped me. These ladies are amazing x

Laney79 · 14/04/2018 08:35

@Cakelaur Awww that pup is gorgeous! What have you named him/her? What breed? Looks a bit like a St. Bernard! Just adorable. Hope the first night went well xxx

seven201 · 14/04/2018 08:45

I'm cd 29 and after 14 days (!) of flashing face on clearblue ovulation tests I've finally got a solid smiley! So happy. Didn't dtd last night as I'd had enough. Will do for the next three days though. I'm hoping my cycle isn't as messed up next month.

seven201 · 14/04/2018 08:46

I don't even like animals but even I think that puppy is cute.

SerenaOverjoyed · 14/04/2018 08:51

Melamine, mrsd, cupofteagarita, KnitKitty and PetraRabbit welcome and I'm so sorry you've all found yourselves here. I've only been posting here for a week but it's a really supportive and empathic group. Flowers

Daffodil I really relate to wanting to be in a bubble. Grief comes in waves, and seeing a pregnant friend prompts so many conflicting and unpleasant thoughts/feelings (at least for me!)

I'm still waiting for my bleed, I felt like I'd crossed the line from spotting to bleeding yesterday but it has now suddenly stopped. I also poas and got a bfp but a fainter one from before. Even having a mc is a damn guessing game!!Angry

seven201 · 14/04/2018 08:56

Serena, there is something massively cruel about having to do a hpt waiting for it to be 100% negative. I got one that was very nearly 100% negative a week after my mc and decided I would not do another one. I'm not recommending that btw.

Daffodil77 · 14/04/2018 09:14

Welcome to all the newbies. It's really shit and I'm sorry you're going through this. But this thread will always be a place full of understanding and support. You're not alone. Chances are anything you are feeling or going through, someone here is or has been there too.

@cakelaur Hello Teddy!! He is so cute. I keep saying to dh that we should just get a dog lol

@Daffodils86 I'm thinking of changing my username so we don't get crossed wires 😂. It's nice that although your colleagues comment wasn't great you could explain the situation to someone who understands. My line manager was on mat leave last year when it happened to me. Her cover was a lady who had never had kids so really want going to understand. My manager had IVF so has some understanding. I've already said to her that I'll tell her early on just in case something happens again.

I'm now officially in the tww. For once I'm glad I only have an 10/11 day luteal phase. This cycle will be around 40 days. It's tough because it means you have less chances for the same amount of time. Feel like we gave it the best shot we've had in a while.
DH gets his final accountancy results on Sunday. If he passed, I'm ok with not getting my BFP this cycle. That would be too perfect. Lol

Sorry to those with BFNs and hand holding to those on the verge of testing. I didn't test til 16dpo last time so no idea when it would've showed. You really aren't out until the fat lady sings even though it's disappointing to see a BFN at any time. Good luck! Xx

Melamine · 14/04/2018 09:37

Thanks for the welcomes, everyone. How long did it take everyone to show negative on a test? I wonder if it’s timed from when you pass the sac etc or the rest of the tissue? As the former for me was last weekend and most of the rest yesterday so a week between but had a blazing positive at hospital yesterday am. Any info welcome!

hayleyfx · 14/04/2018 10:13

@PumpkinPatch thank you! Was feeling pretty gutted last night but feeling quite positive today, looking forward to May! I think the sunshine is also helping Grin
@Melamine so sorry you find yourself here, everyone here is great though. After I passed the sac it took about 2 weeks in total for me to get a negative (or almost negative) hpt. I got my first negative about a week after the bleeding stopped. So I’m not really sure but it definitely takes time, even after I had passed the sac I still had loads of HCG in my system. So sorry for what you’re going through. Hugs Flowers
@Daffodil77 ooh good luck in your TWW!
@SerenaOverjoyed so sorry it’s taking so long. I’ve been in your position and it was awful so I 100% sympathise and understand. I hope it happens soon for you so you can start to move on. Hugs to you too Flowers

weasledee · 14/04/2018 10:21

Ladies still no period and 2 days late! Still no positive either,
Did a random test from boots and I think I can see where the positive would be if you know what I mean...
Sending OH to get a frer and if that's negative then I really have no hope! Smile

PetraRabbit · 14/04/2018 10:30

I don't know how to tag individual posters but thanks for all the kind words. I'll keep an eye on this board and will be back but not immediately as my ERPC was so recent so it's going to be a couple of weeks before I'm recovered. Still haven't decided whether to try before my next period or wait one cycle. I intended not to wait but will try to judge how my body is healing. Good luck to everyone trying.

hayleyfx · 14/04/2018 10:34

@weasledee oh exciting!! Fingers crossed 🤞🤞

Lovewinemorethanhusband · 14/04/2018 10:40

@cakealuar he is absolutely gorgeous ! I want a dog but my son is terrified of them so holding off for now.
I'm in the tww and already desperate to know ,y husband has gone away for the weekend said he happy for the rest haha .
