@hayleyfx thanks mate. So sorry OH is poorly. Fx for next month!
@strawberrye definitely not out yet! Sorry for the bfn though, I know they suck. It's still very early though. Fx for a few days!
@KnitKitty yes I did a hpt 16 days after erpc and then ovulated 4 days so about 3 weeks. Then af 2 weeks after that. I hope you get your negative soon and your body gets back to normal so you can start moving forward.
@PassTheAfterEights and @PumpkinPatch000 thankyou! They just took the blood so no results yet unfortunately. It was a drama as I have very small veins apparently and when they got the needle in no blood came out! So they had to call the doctor whilst I sat guzzling water. My DH thinks I'm part zombie. 🧟‍♀️😂

@weasledee omg!! Everything crossed for you

zarala · 14/04/2018 11:38

@Boboelephant sorry I must have missed from posts - what is the blood test for ?

@Cakelaur you puppy is amazing! Good luck for the first few weeks! It's challenging but oh so worth it! Perfect baby practise too!

@Melamine sorry to hear what you've been through. I've never taken pregnancy tests after my miscarriages- I've just waited for my period to appear- so I can't really advise specifically- but I think it's from when you pass the sac- I say that based on my last MMC in March -I passed the sac but then exactly 2 weeks later had to have an ERPC due to there still being tissue that was stuck. Then I got my period exactly 2 weeks after the ERPC. I was bleeding from the day I passed the sac to about a week before my period started. So AF came 5 weeks exactly after the sac was passed but only 2 weeks after ERPC...hope that makes sense...,

I'm still here- my cousin announced her pregnancy yesterday- her due date exactly as what my last due date was! My cousin and I grew up like sisters - it would have been sooo awesome to have had twin babies! Made me reallly sad.

I'm now seriously considering forking out on seeing the famous dr Shehata privately as he can see me in May- and give me results in 2 weeks! On the other hand- the nhs won't see me until June and I won't get any results until September!
I know I want my body to rest but that's a bit too long! Don't you think?
What would you guys do?
Save £3000 and wait it out for NHS? Or just go get seen ?
Another thing to consider is Dr S prescribes intense drugs- steroids and injections and god knows what. I'm more of a natural medicine type a gal- so he kinda scares me!
But he's supposed to be magic!
I'm confused- I basically stayed up all night researching (again again)
What would you ladies do?

Boboelephant · 14/04/2018 12:46

@zarala just getting the bloods done to check I don't have PCOS, AMH levels and pprogesterone etc and then a scan next week to check my ovaries. I just want to know everything is ok as I fell pregnant with my DS first month and then again straight away but that was an EP. After that surgery it took a year to fall again which was sadly a MMC. Doc says tube is fine as I did fall again but checking ovaries are ok as it's taking so long and I'm 35 now.
I was joking on another thread that it'd be great if today's blood test picked up hcg! But I don't get results for a month so pipe dream anyway!

OP posts:
zarala · 14/04/2018 13:11

@Boboelephant ah good ! Hope it all comes back ok!
Did you go private? I didn't think nhs test for AMH?

Claire138 · 14/04/2018 13:12

Just realised I have EWCM so did an opk and it is nearly positive!!! Looks like I’m back in with another chance this month! Of course all my perfectly BDing last week is out the window so going to have to do panic shagging for the next couple of days 😂 (sorry for the crudeness!). I thought back what I have done differently this month and started to blame acupuncture but this is the first month I tried evening primrose oil and I googled it and a lot of ladies have found it delayed their ovulation!
@boboelephant good to get it all tested so you can strike things off your list to worry about. Hope you’re still getting plenty of pregger symptoms 🤞
@weasledee sounds very promising!! Get the FRER out! 🤞
@cakelaur ❤️ Gorgeous boy!! Laughing at the antibacterial comment. I just said to my hubby last night all I seem to do is buy anti-bac wipe, spray and kitchen roll for our pup...she’s getting a lot better now though thankfully!
@strawberrye sorry your are feeling deflated but 9dpo is still really early! You are still in with a chance 🤞
@hayleyfx you never know you might have a few swimmers still strong enough! But good you are feeling positive! This feels like the longest cycle ever!!
@melamine sorry you are here but welcome. Hope you find this thread as supportive as I have. Hope you are feeling ok 💐
@zarala I have heard about this great man but not from anyone close. It’s a hard one to call. You have been through a rough time. Can you even just go for a consultation?

hayleyfx · 14/04/2018 13:46

@Boboelephant thank you! Must be a relief to have your tests done now, fingers crossed for good test results 🤞
@Claire138 wow this is happening to a lot of us this month haha! Better jump your DH! 🤣 yeah I have the tiniest tiniest hope but I’m totally okay with it not happening this month despite me wanting it so much. I think partly to do with starting a new training course at work and just being so busy in general it’s making me way more positive! Grin

Boboelephant · 14/04/2018 14:18

@zarala no I didn't but I think maybe I got lucky. My GP referred me to a private hospital that accepts some NHS patients. Maybe the consultant is just used to testing for that. Who knows but I'm grateful! Tough one about the doc. I think if it's playing on your mind so much maybe it's worth paying the money for peace of mind and answers. It's expensive but you can always earn more money...i think you have to think what do you value more and what can you manage? And there will be your answer. Good luck!
@Claire138 sorry it's dragging on so much- it's super frustrating isn't it! BUT definitely panic shag away and I hope you catch that egg!!
Thanks @hayleyfx. It's so weird as I totally want everything to be fine but i also want a reason as to why it's so hard!

YellowDaffodils86 · 14/04/2018 14:19

@Daffodil77 i kept thinking the same lol, i think there has been a few responses to the wrong daffodils along the way. I have edited line to hopefully make it a bit less confusing.

@Boboelephant hope your bloods results are good ones.
Im having a weird belly today at 6/7dpo.
A bit pully, crampy, heavy. And soo bloated.

weasledee · 14/04/2018 14:21

LADIES!!! This just happened! Now you'll need your glasses and magnifying glass to see it but it's there.
I won't lie I'm not remotely positive as I've never had a BFP so late in the cycle and frankly so weak. I don't think it will last but it gives me hope that I'm "still working" Smile

Beck1988 · 14/04/2018 14:25

@weasledee I can see a faint line! How many dpo are you? Could just be a late implanter? Keep testing the next few days. X

weasledee · 14/04/2018 14:27

Beck I'm 16DPO so I'm 2 days late period wise. I normally get a test this faint on 11DPO so I'm not convinced this is gonna last... but like I said previous post, at 41, I'm glad it's still possible :)

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 14/04/2018 14:38

@weasledee I see it! Maybe it took its time getting there but fx something good happens!! Smile

YellowDaffodils86 · 14/04/2018 15:00

@weasledee
Just keep testing, you just never know. There is definitely something there. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Daffodil77 · 14/04/2018 16:10

@yellowdaffodils86 thank you!

@weasledee I can see something. But I wouldn't be able to say for sure that it wasn't an indent or evap line. See what fmu shows tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Claire138 · 14/04/2018 16:26

I know @hayleyfx it’s been a crazy month for everyone! Glad you’re feeling good 🙂
@boboelephant it’s been a loooong cycle but I just pray I see my temp go up tomorrow/next day and then we can finally rest. Starting to wonder if DH has anything left to give 😂 a month till you get results? Seems like a long time to wait. Will they be testing for other things in the mean time?
@weasledee I can see a line if I tilt my phone a certain way (I know pics aren’t as clear). Good luck and I hope you get a darker like tomorrrow 🤞

MatchesMalone · 14/04/2018 17:02

I can't remember which thread I posted in..

Anyway as an update me and the enemy went for an early scan today and she's 7w 4d. Said everything looked as it should and that there was a proper strong heartbeat.

Beck1988 · 14/04/2018 17:23

That's great @matchesmalone ! Hope everything goes smoothly for the next 7 1/2months! There is a new thread for bfp not sure how to share it on here, but there's a few of us on that now aswell if u wana join? X

HidCat · 14/04/2018 18:00

@MatchesMalone that's great to hear. Hope everything keeps going so well for you!

Just had a positive opk! But of course, waiting 12 weeks for my body to regulate means I ovulate when hubby is working 14 hour days all weekend 🤦🏼‍♀️. Here's hoping it can wait until Monday. Reckon Af will be here about May 1st then but so nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Boboelephant · 14/04/2018 18:26

@YellowDaffodils86 thanks! My cramps and back pain seem to have petered off a bit today but I do usually have quite bad back pain right up until af so maybe a good sign? I am also incredibly bloated!!! I look 6 months pregnant today!
@weasledee that's exciting!! Hopefully it gets darker!!!
@Claire138 I'll keep everything crossed for you. Yeah I had my appt with the consultant 4 weeks ago and he said I had to do the 2 blood tests and the scan and just booked in a follow up in 8 weeks so that's why. Hopefully I'll be pregnant by then any way!
@MatchesMalone congratulations. Glad to hear all is well!
@HidCat glad to hear things are getting back to normal- finally! Good luck for Monday!

Random q (but trying to take my mind off the fact my body won't let go of bean and the demon hospital med management is looming) but is it possible to get pregnant again after MC if you haven't had a completely negative hpt? Is it possible to ovulate whilst there's still hcg in your system?

I'm desperate to be ready to try again by the time we go on holiday on 31st may but getting worried I won't get a negative test by then the way my luck is going...

UnicornsandRainbows1 · 14/04/2018 19:42

@Laney79 It's unlikely but possible if you have a tiny amount left in your system (I'm one of them). Had a negative test (I think) after a month and a half post-ERPC but a couple weeks after if that started getting positives again. I was having blood tests and hcg levels were very slowly going down. Think they were around 10 or so when I ovulated. But try and take it a day at a time ^^

Martydog · 14/04/2018 20:44

@weasledee I think I see something too🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞test again tomorrow 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Laney79 · 14/04/2018 21:04

Thanks @UnicornsandRainbows1 - would an opk show positive if you still had hcg in the system?

I want to try ASAP after my miscarriage is over and bleeding has stopped (if it ever starts) so was planning to use opks to give me an idea of dates just in case we are lucky and conceive before my first AF.

weasledee · 14/04/2018 21:08

Thanks for all the congrats, unbelievably I have nothing left to pee on!!! I've order some frer soft amazon but they only come on Wednesday!
