@OntoTheThird sorry you've had such a horrid time. Regarding telling your doctor or not, I think I would personally just so that it is logged on your medical record. The midwives told me I should inform my GP of mine. But if you would find it too distressing then just do what is best for you. Hope you have lots of support around you x

I think my mc has almost finished, 14 days after it started. I half want to hurry through the next month so that my next period will come so that I can crack on with TTC again! But actually I am going to spend the month wisely doing post-MC, pre-TTC things... i.e. relaxing with a bit of booze, having some lovely hot baths, painting the lounge, etc etc. May as well make the most of not being pregnant and not trying yet, eh?!

I can't keep up with you all lol! Trying to follow and feel so pleased to see some really exciting news and so sorry for those of you who feel let down by Mother Nature.

My tests are now negative so looking forward to seeing what happens next. Will be closely monitoring signs for ovulation and even giving BBTing a go although I don't think I'm going to be very good at it! So far every time I wake up I'm still so dozy I think I've done it already! I woke up at 3 am last night totally confused. I realised the birds weren't making a noise so it can't be morning. All whilst asking myself if I'd taken the temp already or not. So went back to sleep thinking I've still got 3 hrs sleep so can take it in the actual morning. I did manage to take it as soon as I woke up but cocked that up as according to my temp I should have hypothermia! Ffs!

Thanks everyone. I don't really know how to feel about it yet. Last time I had a likely ectopic and I remember the CB test not going up from 2-3. I compared the rear last night to the one from 16dpo last time and it was about the same. So it's reassured my HCG levels seem higher. But I'll feel better in 4 weeks if I can get further than last time.

I feel like I’m going a bit bonkers today! I’m 9 dpo and I’m desperate to test but I honestly am going to be so disappointed if I see a BFN! I keep going into my work toilets and looking at my boobs to see if I see any blue veins and jiggling them about to see if they hurt, and then I think to myself oh I think they hurt but it’s because I’m jiggling them so much 😩 I have a work social tomorrow night and I don’t know what to do about drinking. If we don’t conceive this cycle the next one will be cycle 4 of trying and cycle 5 since mmc!!! How has that much time passed already!! We conceived our last bean on second go and I naively thought it would be just as quick. Sorry for rant just feeling out of whack! 🤯

Er - well - if we're doing this, and it appeals, @claire138 copy & paste & pop your deets under these ones (name, age, cycle, which #DC are you trying to C) then whoever kicks off the new thread can post the list of existing penguins in the OP and we can use it as a handy reference to who's where, kind of... and new penguins hopping onto the ice floe (floe? flow? flo? AUNT FLO? no stop aftereights gone too far ) can post their stats to add to the register each time we start a new thread? not sure cycles/dates and new threads will keep pace in a way it'll work but who knows 🤷 I think I've reached peak Mumsnet 🙈 @babynameedie SOS

Okay after doing that I’m now confused... do I count is as cycle 4 (since MC) or cycle 7 in total (the 3 months TTC before MC)? I’ve confused myself now. Oh well. 🤣

I think I am just going to have a few drinks @daisymay25 I don’t want to look obvious if I’m the only one not drinking and then potentialy not even pregnant 🙄. I’ll def be joining you on POAS friday!!

Also, when you get your bfp don't let epu bring you in for a scan at 5 weeks. They could see nothing on mine and now they're all like possible ectopic. Nothing wrong with me! Anyway, next scan for me in Fri. TV gross!

@BabynameEdie the milestones do suck. That is so hard, i would be exactly the same. Im extremely grateful that none of my friends or colleagues have announced any news. A couple of my close friends have had a baby in January, and seeing them sometimes make me a bit sad.

@strawberrye I think the 12 week milestone is worse as you would have had the scan and seen your baby.

Haha love the spreadsheet idea although never know how to record cycle number. 5 since MC (4 trying) but seems a bit wrong considering I've actually been trying for 18 months with the 2 losses 😭 so I guess

@Claire138 sorry its hard! I know exactly how you feel. I fell pregnant without even trying with DS and then first month with the EP. I thought even after losing the tube that as it only ever took 1 month it might take my 3. A lifetime later... I hope this is your month. Although maybe time to give your poor boobs a rest. 🤣 Also definitely have a drink and enjoy. I didn't find out until 6 weeks with DS and doc said not to worry that if had some drinks when you didn't know as you can't do any damage until after placenta is formed- about 3 weeks after ovulation.

@peachesarenom that's crap! I've been thinking about you. Don't listen to them! I went in at 5 weeks and she said we can't see anything on the uterus but we also can't see anything anywhere else so no need to worry about ectopic. Then two days later there it was in uterus. Clearly just too early. Good luck for Friday!!

So everyone, I really feel pregnant. When I was first pregnant in January I just knew it because I felt like I had an avocado stone in my lower tummy to the left..I know 😂🥑🥑 ridiculous but I hadn't ever felt that before and now I have it again. But I'm CD4 -well I assume I am as I had 2 days of bleeding, AF type bleeding. HELP! Am going mad! I'm literally wondering if I could be pregnant even though clearly I can't be as just had a period!! 🥑🐧🤦‍♀️
