Wanted to start a thread for slightly bonkers ttcers who can laugh at themselves & boost one anothers moral😉 shy posters scared to talk about the nitty gritty shagging at all hrs and discussing cm in detail need not reply!😜

@thisisouryrfx18 I'm in 2 minds as to what to do. I don't want to jinx things and tell family etc and then something happens. Think we might wait till at least 8 weeks.

Yh i would be paranoid too but it must b sooo hard not slipping up and just telling ppl lol

So my 4 yr old DS just walked in on me doing an opk dip test and decided that he wants to try them 🤣. Not sure he's going to get them to work but suppose it's a good control test! Cue the amazon order of cheapies....

Bfn for my this morning. Temps are sky high (but I think that's the progesterone cream masking it) af style cramps right now and bfn on an IC 😭

Cakelaur noooo I really hope temp is sky high because of pregnancy that just isn't showing on the ICs. how many dpo are you again? Could it still be too early?

10dpo. so could still be early but last time I had a really obvious line in frer. But I don't wanna waste frer so saving it for Saturday morning if no AF

Morning all 😊 @Cakelaur I hope you manage to find something distracting for today and can stay positive while waiting for that bfn to turn into a BFP 🤗 I know it's awful to see a BFN but as others have said it is still very early days.

On a nutty note, I just went into the shop and bought a big bottle of pineapple juice, necked a bunch of it and then read up on what pineapple 🍍 does to help with implantation... yeah turns out it should only be two slices with the core each day before implantation. So... I'm going to put that bottle down again now!!

Hahaha! @GoldilocksTheGraceless I ate a whole pineapple (one big slice a day incl core) from 1dpo-5dpo I'll let you know if it's worked by the weekend.

I got impatient and tested - nothing but still 5 days to AF so maybe?

The waiting is so hard lol!

So today I am 4DPO which is of course incredibly exciting... 😑
I'm clearly bonkers as you can all tell by my pineapple situation, but I feel so much like I should be doing helpful things pre implantation. Anyone have any ideas? I'm open to anything from stuff to eat to yoga to headstands!

@goldilocksthegraceless Yeah, I think I'm 9dpo, but this is only my first proper cycle since coming off the pill (i.e I've had one period since) so my cycle may not be as I expect it to be!

@Goldilocks keep your feet warm, drink green tea, eat brazil nuts eggs yams cinnamon and/or pineapple obvs not in the 1meal that would just b xtra bonkers lol😜

@thisisouryrfx18 I am so on it!! Thank you!! Hadn't heard of the cinnamon but OF COURSE I think it's only sensible that I just ate a cinnamon danish thingy from Starbucks. Ok I ate it before reading your message but at least now I can claim it was good for me 😂 feet warm I can do no trouble, DP is bringing me a pineapple tonight 🙄 he must be so confused... and I shall go see what I can find in the way of Brazil nuts...

And as for having all those things in 1 meal... how about making a pineapple nut cake and add in some cinnamon then eat whilst having a cup of green tea! Only thing missing is the yams (btw where are people buying these?!)
