So many hello's - 1dpo here so been keeping up but v little to report. Still hoping for the post-mc superboost and trying a daily cup of pineapple for 2ww.

Welcome @Panoramarama and @zarala and very sorry you're here, but you're in good company - this is a great thread. FWIW I'm also pretty much "TTC-Lite" in that I've never (yet) tested for ovulation / bbt etc, but find Glow app very helpful but steer clear of the cheesefest community as a tool by itself it might be better for those with regular cycles than irregular though.

@zarala welcome and I'm so sorry!! 3 mc! I are a brave woman! I'm struggling with just the one!! Sending massive hugs. As for bbt. You need a special 2 decimal point thermometer. You can get one on amazing for about £10.

@Panoramarama it's a person choice. I felt I was obsessing even when I wasn't tracking. At least with this I'm a little in the know. So for me it's the only option. Everyone's different.

@Claire138 Opk didn't work for my first cycle and this second cycle is questionable. I had a temp shift the day of my peak. Although as of today on of the apps has changed my ov date. So don't rely on them too much after mc. Eventually you should regulate again.

@zarala welcome to this lovely group although I'm so sorry for your losses. I can't even imagine how 3 back to back feel. If it was me I'd go to the RMC and get tests but I think that's because it'd give me some feeling of control. Just hang on to the fact that you have been able to carry to term. That's the thing I hold onto in the midst of the losses and heartbreak.
@Claire138 so glad the acupuncture chilled you out! I have my second session tonight so hopefully it'll help my little eggie implant in the next few days! 🤞🤞

@Boboelephant Hi, you! All is okay here, had a private scan yesterday and it's currently looking okay for now. Might see about ringing the EPU next week for another scan as I'm going to be a ball of nerves at 8 weeks but they're already seeing me at 9 weeks. We'll see.

@UnicornsandRainbows1 so glad things are going well for you. The worry must be really tough but I imagine that will stick around for a bit. Fingers crossed you get your reassurance scans and that your rainbow baby will be meeting you in about 7 months!

@weasledee I'm 5dpo too! Hoping to hold off until 12dpo. But we'll see!

Zarala- so sorry for your losses💐 I to have had 3 mc’s back to back (1 mmc,1cp & a mc at 7 weeks) my last was July 17 & I am under a professor at St. George’s Hospital in the rmc I have had all tests & a questionable pesky polyp (had a hystoroscopy November 17 & no polyp!!) & apparently I’m perfect even at 39🙈🙈 I have a ds who is 13 from a previous relationship & my fiancé has no dc. All of the specialists/professor I have seen are confident I will become pregnant as I have had 3 spontaneous pregnancies but still no luck as yet this will be our 5th cycle ttc as we made the decision to not ttc so I could have the tests carried out, we have been advised to have genetic testing if we mc again as me & df May not be compatible!! I really hope everything sorts itself out for you sending you huge hugs💜
A big ditto to all of your thoughts & feelings about mc.
Bobo- every word & feeling you mentioned is how I feel & I don’t know about you guys but every month af turns up I feel a bit more has chipped away at me & I feel a bit more broken & sooooooo guilty that I haven’t managed to make df a daddy😢 df of course doesn’t think that & tells me off & gets upset that I’m so hard on myself (as a lot of you have mentioned!!)
Just trying to plod on & keep a happy face on it & look forward to our wedding in 14 weeks❤️

@Panoramarama Just echoing what everyone's already said about tracking BBT - definitely worked for us. It confirms ovulation after it's happened, but also shows you when you'll be most fertile based on past data. After 3 months using the Natural Cycles app and thermometer, and making love every other day during the fertile 7-10 days, we got our BFP after just 3 months (7 months trying without). @PassTheAfterEights AF showed her ugly face yesterday. Gutted and feeling silly for getting my hopes up - so cruel that my temps and symptoms were so similar to when I was pregnant 😭 At least I was only 6 days late - getting a lot more cramps than usual, but at least I didn't have to wait weeks on end like others. What's the news with you? X

zara so sorry to hear of your 3 mmc. That’s a lot to take. I have a friend that went under dr quenby and she really helped her. After 6 mc she went on to have her healthy baby.

@NoCatsHere and @weasledee nice to have cycle buddies. Hope this is our month! I'm the same @NoCats! Having quite a few cramps and twinges and trying to be hopeful that as af isn't due for another 8 days so maybe they're a good sign! (At least I've moved on from sneezing 😂)
