Anyone else about to begin their FW or coming up to it soon?

My FW starts from tomorrow, I will be CD10, cycle 3 and will be DTD as much as poss (Taking into account our house is fecking cold and all I want to do is put my onesie and fluffy socks on and watch Marcella on catch up).

Haven't been temping this month but will do my first OPK tonight... I haven't been doing them since my period finished but hoping I will catch my LH surge anyway. Has everyone been doing their OPK's since the last day of their period?

How does everyone feel about having a November baby?

@Karigan1 I didn't realise that age affected the app! That's still pretty much 20% though, and I've read that's the usual average.

So last night I totally stacked it down the stairs and have messed up my back (yet again - I also did this 2 months ago - I honestly don't remember the last time I fell down the stairs and now I'm ttc I've done it twice)

The paramedics gave me gas and air, and asked if if I was pregnant 😩 I said I find out in a week.

Am lying on my back unable to really move, I really hope this doesn't affect my chances, god this sounds ridiculous but could a big 'jolt' affect an embryo and my body not implant it? (So aware of how stupid that sounds but do ykwim?)

Was just about to wave hello to FW then saw your update @rosiesposies how AWFUL - you poor thing! Are you in pain?

FWIW, I know it's impossible to get a thought out of your brain when it's in there but when I was all cut up about having done aerobics / DTD immediately before chemical preg the advice I had from everyone incl the medics was that nothing like that should affect successful implantation. If the chromosomes are good and the bean's sticky it'll stick no matter what you do to yourself - showjumping, aerobics, stairs, glass of wine... You never know, being relaxed while you recuperate might work to your advantage! Hope you feel better ASAP.

On Glow %'s - mine's 7.9% today going into FW, peaks at 28.8% on Wed. Then two days decline and hello 2ww. Pounce central tonight

DH has work at 3 so I pounced on him earlier but I am feeling super in the mood today so may do it again when he gets home then give him a day off :)

@PassTheAfterEights ok that's made me feel about a million times better! Thank you ❤️ I am in quite a lot of pain, but not sure what's worse, that or the fact OH has to cook lunch and dinner. He has many talents, but chef he is not bless him.

I am super lucky this has happened after FW, because there is no way I could dtd right now! Well we could but we'd have to get very creative.

I had alot of white cm yesterday, I actually had to change (so sorry for TMI). 5DPO now it's weird because it was pretty much dry the day before.

😂😂😂 I keep telling OH to enjoy the pouncing whilst it lasts. Have heard being preg can take it out of you!

@rosieposies oh no you poor thing! Hope you can get some rest in. I agree with @PassTheAfterEights - I slipped down a hill about 4 days before I found out I was preg and had a panic when I found out - doc reassured me I would be fine and an early scan confirmed no damage. Also if ever there was an excuse for takeaway, this is it!

Ive heard about this documentary about sperm called The Great Sperm Race, found it on Youtube, going to watch it now

@rosieposies i watched that documentary and it really put things into perspective enjoy its like 1 hour you won't get back but it makes you realise why there is like only 20% chance of falling pregnant

I'm really liking Glow, it's crazy how my chances of PG fell from 22% on Thursday to 8% Friday.

Glow is great isn't it, definitely satisfies my need for statistics.

@rosieposies I did that I ended up watching all sorts on there according to glow I'm most fertile today but I'm not due to ovulate till Wednesday but will dtd lots anyway

@thisisouryr Haha! Ahh it's pretty bad I'm not gonna lie, they've put me on tramadol now and I'm being set up to work from home. They're all aware I'm TTC and don't seem to be concerned so that's good.

1dpo here, we have lost something of the romantic enthusiasm of early week but DH has coped admirably with the schedule last day of FW tomorrow then the joy of symptom spotting and agonising over whether to continue with yoga or not. Trying the pineapple this time - started yesterday and will have a cup a day until 10dpo. Anyone else embracing the crank old wives tales certain fertility boosters?

I ll give nethin a try once lol im trying to eat lots of protein heard that helps

I got a BFN with FMU at 9dpo 😢 trying to stay hopeful. I am very sore from my fall and still on pretty strong pain killers so I'm hoping that is just masking any kind of other symptoms I may have... who knows. I just feel like so many mumsnetters get their + really early!!

Boobs are a bit painful but mainly just at the sides. Other than that I just kind of feel normal (apart from the fact I'm walking around like Quasimodo).

Do you have a general 'feeling' about this month?? I really thought this one would be it!

I have a question about opks. I know some people always get a second line (I'm not one of them) but was wondering if for some people the second line always stays quite faint? Attached is an opk from today CD19 and I've been having these on and off since CD10. My app suggests I will ovulate CD23 but the line doesn't seem to be getting any darker, does this happen to anyone else?
