78th day of no period....

As the title suggests, I haven't had a period since the 18th October. I came off cerazette at the start of June and have had irregular cycles since but this is by far the longest.

DH and I are TTC and I last took a pregnancy test at the start of December so I'm fairly confident I'm not pregnant (we were both sick after that and didn't have any inclination to DTD).

We finally DTD on 26th and 27th December and yesterday I had really sore breasts and some cramps and EWCM in the morning for the first time in a long time, but we only managed to DTD late last night. Im mildly cramping this morning and have watery CM. These long cycles are so confusing! Is there a chance we might've caught ovulation this month? How long should I wait before testing?

@Loz604 I'm going to test tomorrow at 12dpo. So nervous and dreading getting a bfn. I've just got a few cheapies that I stocked up on a while ago. One test says it can detect 4 days before expected date of AF.
If I get a bfn il test again at 14dpo when AF is due xoxo

I got a BFN this morning...however no more spotting since yesterday afternoon and my boobs are now pretty sore! Last night I had the weirdest tightening feelings in my abdomen too. I've some frers arriving tomorrow so will probably give it another go in a couple of days.

Wait 5 days Spades. Then you’ll either have an AF by then or a positive surely. I just keep telling myself waiting 5 days won’t change the outcome.

Just got the first flashing face on the clear blue opks so fertile week is starting :). Best part of this ttc in my opinion lol.

Fertile week is the best part but the 2ww is the worst! 😂 wishing you lots of luck spades- it may just be to early for a bfp.

Ah fx for you gossip girl. I’m going to test Friday but curiosity will get me before then I’m sure. Woke up with the worst headache I’ve ever had today (don’t normally get them) and my tender boobs has pretty much disappeared 🙄

I'll try and wait 5 days but I don't think I'll make it that long.... I'm too impatient! It's not normal for me to stop and start like this, so I'm holding out hope that different means good!

@Loz604 Well yesterday was my last day of my first AF, never thought I would say it but I was glad to have it lol cramps and all So now its just a wait to see if I ovulate, the thought of doing countless tests... then the wait after that for either next cycle or Bfp!

I’m pretty sure I ovulated and dtd almost everyday. Feeling a little strange for the past few days so who knows.... will test Friday if I can hold out that long xx

Can I ask you ladies something...
Since coming off the pill, have you noticed any changes in your moods or sensitivity?
My moods seem to flare up at the smallest thing and linger there for hours. I feel mega sensitive to everything around me. I know it's Monday and thats usually a good enough excuse to be in a bad mood, but today I just want to stuff my face and punch everyone!

@LifeOfRiley63 I've definitely been more emotional. I can remember feeling like I wanted to cry around ovulation time for no reason as all. I usually have it together all the time

Its reassuring to know it's not just me. I feel really 'heightened'. I sound like a crazy woman but tbh I feel it today. I am sitting in the biggest grump ever for the smallest reason.

I’ve definitely felt more sensitive about my body. I have a lot mire ‘meh’ moods than I usually do

Yeah I feel more sensitive too Riley.
Though for me it was my DH who noticed when I came off the pill, he said I got a lot more pleasant and loving pretty much overnight I thought I'd been a joy and delight the whole way through, but there ya go lol

@LifeOfRiley63 Ive noticed I am more irritable, I always am grumpy but I do think I have an even shorter fuse now haha! But don't really feel sensitive or easily upset.

I don't think any of us will be going back on the pill anytime soon

Just bought my first response early pregnancy test ready for tomorrow.
I'm so scared ladies! I've had no symptoms today though. Xoxo

I'm still cramping and a small amount of brown spotting but no sign of AF. The waiting is killing me!!

My Dr's have no apts... At all. They're releasing some tomorrow morning for the week commencing 19th March apparently, so have to try again I'm the morning. Along with everyone else that wants an apt.

@HidCat i finally got my period last month at nearly 90days I think. This is my next cycle and I'm currently day 36 waiting for either AF or a bfp.
