78th day of no period....

As the title suggests, I haven't had a period since the 18th October. I came off cerazette at the start of June and have had irregular cycles since but this is by far the longest.

DH and I are TTC and I last took a pregnancy test at the start of December so I'm fairly confident I'm not pregnant (we were both sick after that and didn't have any inclination to DTD).

We finally DTD on 26th and 27th December and yesterday I had really sore breasts and some cramps and EWCM in the morning for the first time in a long time, but we only managed to DTD late last night. Im mildly cramping this morning and have watery CM. These long cycles are so confusing! Is there a chance we might've caught ovulation this month? How long should I wait before testing?

No blood at all on wiping today! Just a waiting game now I guess. So glad you ladies understand, DH doesn't really know what to say lol

Morning ladies. Just another positive story for you - it took 10 months after I came off the combined pill for my periods to settle into a ‘normal’ pattern, and DS1 was conceived four months later. He’s now 7!

Also, with him I had my period start for a day then completely stop - that was my inplantation bleed.

@SpadesOfGlory Not to get your hopes up, but this sounds good for you. Fingers crossed, and if not, your time will come and I really hope this time round is your time!

Cramps are a bit worse today but still just a little light brown spotting when I wipe. Keep rushing to the loo thinking AF has arrived. I'll be so mad if this is just my period taunting me lol..never had anything like it before at all.

My brown spotting has just stopped today, in total that's 3.5 days of random brown light bleeding/spotting. Had mild cramps too.

@gossipgirl28 how long of a cycle are you expecting and what day are you on now?

I'm on CD24 or CD25 according to ovia and 10dpo.

I'm hoping my periods will be every 28 days. Prior to the pill I was regular like clockwork.
That said this is my first cycle since getting my periods back so I'm not 100% sure of my cycle.

Well that’s my first AF over I think and it lasted 4 days, so hopefully I now ovulate and hopefully either I get a shorter second cycle or a bfp. Now the wait and constant testing to see if I ovulate 😞

Maybe I’m just wishful thinking but my boobs have got gradually more painful over the last day or so.

First blood test in the morning! Bit nervy but hoping results come quickly and doctors can help!

CD101 how frustrating for you! Have you seen your GP? Is this TTC #1?

@PickettBowtruckles Hope all goes well at the doctors tomorrow! Is it just a blood test they do?

@tinyradish I was CD116, I sympathise so much! But it came! If it helps, I had sore boobs in the week up to AF and on the day I had tight cramps across the lower part of my belly.

Thanks all :) @gossipgirl28 it’s just a blood test tomorrow which is CD86, once AF finally appears I have to have more blood tests between CD2-5 and then again CD21. Just had a look at the blood request form and they’re testing for the following;

Free androgen index, full blood count, FSH / LH, Prolactic, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), testosterone, thyroid testing.

@PickettBowtruckles its good how they are doing one blood test for a range of things! Good luck!

Thank you @lifeofriley63 I remember you reaching that number & so glad it's happened for you now :) I've had sore boobs/nipples/cramps on & off for months so I don't think much of it anymore haha.
